To be honest, I'm not a food court type of diner since I'm incredibly picky-but as soon as I saw Pokeworks came to GSP-NJ, I was elated!! The line was a bit long but worth the wait! The tuna and salmon were so fresh, the toppings were plentiful and seaweed salad perfectly seasoned! Overall, high grade quality ingredients, knowledgeable staff and healthiest food option in GSP! Well this place went down hill fast. First experience was fine. Second? Garbage. Went at 9 pm...guess that was the first mistake but... If you're out of: spicy salmon, sushi rice, avocado and the rest of your items are nearly out or crumbs perhaps you should close early. Order double salmon? Get maybe half of the first time. I had triple seaweed salad which I didn't want or ask for. When we called shortly after to complain I was told a manager would call me right back or that I could call back in 10 minutes, I even joked that no one would call back or answer...and I was right. Probably should have stayed in the city because somehow Manhattan never had this problem but the garden state plaza clearly has more customers than an entire city. read more

These folx are always nice. It takes some time to get into the flow of what you might want to order but after having stopped by a few times I got used to it. This place is the Chipotle of Poke, you can customize everything in the bowl and thats what i love about it. I think the quality and quantity of the ingredients is very good. I usually get the 3 protein bowl with Spicy Salmon, Ahi Tuna and Scallops on Brown rice and add almost all of the toppings. These bowls are packed with flavor. Mmm. Yummy! My boyfriend and I made a quick stop here before the mall closed. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. For $11.95 (small bowl) I can't complain. It filled me up and it was healthy eats. My boyfriend advised he could have went with the large bowl which has the option of three proteins rather than two. The food is kind of plain. We ate here twice then I ordered a third time. The food was not very good... We gave them several chances but you know when they mess up and decide to give you a mayo-bowl(Lots of mayonnaise...) instead of a regular bowl, it tasted like that and didn't look appetizing. The sweets were too sweet, they had a lot of salt and the amount of sauce was like soup, did I mention that? I emailed and called they didn't care, I even messed up an order and tried to change but they waited until after the order was over to get back to me which was most likely not their fault. I think it's really bizarre I don't blame them it's tough to work in this industry but I just can't eat here anymore. Surprisingly good. I was not expecting great things from a food court Poké but I was pleasantly impressed. Pretty fresh ahi! I got the spicy ahi which was not as spicy as I would have liked but had a great flavor. My first poke experience was in Hawaii so it's pretty hard to top that. I absolutely love the bowls and order often. However, they seem to never have spam musubi which is one of my favorite foods. I've tried to order this multiple times in person and on doordash. In person they always say they're out, and on doordash I pay for it and I never receive it....I don't know what's up with that. They should take it off their menu if they're too lazy to make it. read more
