Best Poki Bowl yet!!! Price for the bowls are just right, service is great! And this place don't charge you extra for Edamame or Sea Weed..

Very fresh fish, flavorful sushi rice and great service. I've been here a few times now and Kimmy and a few others have helped me out with my visit. At first when coming here, I felt that it was a bit pricey and not enough for the worth of the trip. I had originally finished it and was able to eat another bowl! I'm glad I came back as they have given me a lot more food the second time around. The owner is usually working along side the workers and the place is very clean. First the price increase and every time we came always see these two Asian black hair females one is younger and the other elder Asian lady skimp your scoops on protein. A poke place that actually uses real sushi rice. I love sushi rice with my poke, I don't like it when other poke places label their rice sushi rice and in reality it's just plain rice. So Poki Run has been the only place I go to for poke. Aside from that you have options for brown rice and even black rice or greens instead of rice for your base. They have multiple options for your proteins (fresh fish) too even tofu. Then there's the sauce from house (not spicy) to spicy and extra spicy with the option of adding sesame oil (house sauce with sesame oil is so tasty). Then you have the usual toppings for your bowl, I like the fact they don't charge extra for the seaweed (wakame) and the crab, most places charge extra for that. They do charge extra for the tobiko but not for the masago. For dressing they have spicy mayo, wasabi mayo, blueberry sauce and mango sauce. Also you can add some furikake seasoning and crunchy noodles for added texture and flavor. So with all that a small bowl with 3 scoops of proteins will cost you $10.95+tax and a large (5 scoops) is $13.95+tax. A small bowl is already very filling so consider that before getting a large. They also serve miso soup and a few other items. The restaurant is small but very clean and the people working are friendly. I've been to many poke places but since this one is close to home I don't have to go out of my way whenever I start craving for poke. Delicious! By far the best Poke Bowl I've had in the Bay Area. Delicious, fresh fish in large portions. Lots of yummy toppings to pick from and tasty sauces too! From pizza to poke! This location was Papa Murphys Pizza before it became a poke place. I was a regular pizza customer but the poke is healthier but not too cool for my poker parties or watching football especially when it is closed on Sundays. Store is clean and the ordering is simple compared with other poke spots with too many choices. Price is a tad more but the portions are too skimpy. The fish is fresh and tasty but I would rather go to another poke restaurant 18 minutes away in San Jose where the portions are more generous. Poki Run is closer to my home and is good for a quick fix but their closing time is too early at 8 pm and never on a Sunday! read more

We went an half and hour before it closed and were super surprised no on was there. No line at all. This place is very clean with beautiful live orchids in the window. I got the Poki bowl. The food was fresh, I wish I would have taken a picture of my food it looked so beautiful. And the taste was Fricken awesome. This was our first time here. I was hesitant to leave a review because I wanted to be selfish and not let anyone know about this place so I could have it all to myself with no long lines. But then thought about it and this place really deserves it's props! And I can't forget about the staff. We were greeted the second we came in and were helped by Michelle. Their food is fresh and tasty. I try to come here regularly since their bowls are affordable, tasty and filling. The only downside is their ice cream macaroons are hard as a rock and aren't flavorful. This review still deserves 5 stars though because the Poki bowls are worth stopping by. read more

Doesn't give you as much of a bang for your buck as Poke House on Hostetter like a lot of people said. However, Poki Run wins in freshness of the protein choices and just overall taste. It's either one or the other for me. But if I were to crave some real good poki and choose quality over quantity, I'd go here. read more

I was nearby for a training and pulled up yelp to see places nearby for lunch. Poki run was only about a mile away, so we decided to try it. The restaurant was clean and had a very cute atmosphere. The staff took the time to check ingredient information for a colleague who is on a very restricted diet. The food was fresh and very tasty. I've had a lot of Poki bowls but Go Fish Poki Bowl in Cupertino just can't seem to be beat. We were driving through Milpitas and decided to give Poki Run a try. Clean place, nice staff, mostly the standard options -- less sauces but otherwise similar. It was a good, solid bowl, with everything you would need, hence the 4 stars... but for me personally, I still can't say it beats my fav place :) read more

Went here thanksgiving weekend cause it was the only poke place open. It's pretty good for the price, you get free avocados and seaweed salad. It's protein portions is a little less than Poke House but they don't give you those extra free toppings. They also have green tea ice cream for like $1.50, but I haven't tried that yet. They also have additional stuff like rolls and miso soup so that's a plus. read more

Love getting this for lunch, fresh sashimi with brown rice and greens, they don't have that many selections but they got all my favorites, the flavor is less complicated and I can actually taste the sauce, the portion do seem less than other place, but it's enough for me to finish the whole thing, no waste. read more
