I stood in a short line so I was a bit confused about the ordering system but another patron standing behind me was able to guide me through it. I ordered a Hot sizzling bowl, and a Coke I was able to find a seat and it was lunchtime so I am to understand that this is kinda rare. My order was called and the food was actually very good and very hot. They gave me some extra Hot Sauce and I added that immediately. The place got packed quickly and then I could feel the hustle and bustle of the lunch crowd. I finished my meal and as I was leaving a middle-aged woman thanked me for my visit. Overall the food was very good however if I had one suggestion I would ask for a larger plate. I am use to ordering BibimBap or Dolpan on a larger scale and pair it with a side of Kimchi. The food is okay. I only have had fusion Korean cuisine before, so I wouldn't be able to evaluate on their authenticity. However the food is freshly prepared. The vegetables are fresh and hold their crunch. There is not much flavors though unless you add the bottled siracha. I am yet to try their tofu box, hopefully that will be better. Portion was good and quality was great/enjoyable for my cravings. The egg is not crackable on your own so it's simply a sunny side up egg tossed on top and the rice is your typical white rice. Meat was great, sauce was as expected with gochujang, and the side of veggies and miso soup was a nice mix. No japchae or appetizers though so don't be expecting that. I went here after work and ordered for pick up. There's a few tables inside, but there's a lot of tables available outside as well. Shrimp Do Si Rack Bento Box(4/5): I enjoyed most of the items that were in the bento box except the kimchi. I prefer fermented more compared to fresh kimchi because of how much flavor the fermented one brings out. The japchae was delicious with a hint of sesame oil. The cucumbers were slightly pickled, but still had some freshness to it. The pot stickers were juicy and delicious and reminds me of a popular korean brand. The rice was nice and fluffy and the shrimp was full of flavor! The shrimp is stir fried in a sweet, spicy sauce and the vegetables were cooked nicely! This was a very filling meal and I think the price is worth it as well! It also comes with miso soup which was delicious too, but I wish there was tofu in it. I used to go to the Sunnyvale location a few years ago but it was a drive and they're only open certain days/time so it was difficult to go sometimes when they are open. Finally was able to eat at Bibimbowl during lunch and it was just as good. During lunch, it might be difficult to sit and eat instead of grabbing to go but i highly recommend getting the Hot Stone when dining in. It keeps my food hot and I love burnt/crispy rice!! Hot Stone - I selected white rice, beef, teriyaki. Comes with veggies and a fried egg. Tofu Soup (Soon Tofu) - always a must order when coming here. Favorite two. Me and my sister was Hopi g to grab some kind of hand rolls from this other place on the same plaza, but we later found out that it was closed. So, we turned around and saw this place here and said why not? Service: The service is fairly quick so not much of a waiting period. They were really nice and of course the menu is located digitally and paper menus. They also have a sign outside their door to look at their menu as well. Food: We looked over the menu and what they had to offer. Of course they had the bibimbap, tofu stew, dorisak (bento box), tacos and a few more other stuff as well. What we ordered was the dorisak. It came with chicken (choose your meat), japjae, rice or salad, kimchi, cucumber salad, and mandu . You can add a side of miso soup if you want, but this was already a lot of food to eat. It was delicious! We enjoyed everything in the bento box. Ambiance: We didn't really sit down and eat inside. We ate outside with tables with umbrellas. So can't really say much. I was at my chiropractor's office and Bibimbowl was next door. I was going to get a salad but I couldn't pass up trying this new Korean food spot. I don't usually come around here so best to try it now :D It's a small little restaurant in the corner next to Hobee's. The menu is decent sized and it's easy to order from the menu while waiting in line. I ordered the classic bowl galbi since the hot stone is dine in only which they are not open to the public for. I decided to splurge on the galbi with the mild Citron Soy. The Citron Soy sauce is mildly spicy. Topping off with the fried egg. That's always a must with bibimbap. The galbi was super delicious. My mouth watering for the next bites. They give a good meat portion but the rest were small portions. I hardly noticed the rice. The veggies were fresh and tasty. Came here for my lunch and it was close to my work. Honestly really good for what it is. It is quick Korean Bibimbap bowls with choices of meat. The quantity of food you get is really nice and if you decide to sit down and eat, they give miso soups complimentary. At least that's what happened to our party. What a find!! The food here is so good, and very reasonable prices compared to most places these days. We ordered the combo tofu soup and the dosirak with shrimp. All flavors were on point, and the food was chock full of veggies and protein so the food felt healthy and nutritious. The seafood in the combo tofu soup was fresh and yummy. There's a small dining room indoors, and food came out decently fast after we ordered. They were pretty busy around 12 for lunch, but by 1 pm it had calmed down and was pretty quiet. No restroom on premisses; the shared one outside lacks the water tap in the man's bathroom (it's torn out and no water to wash your hands!) I've been to the one in Sunnyvale though I prefer this location just open last month so it's fairly new mainly it's take-outs with a wide range of healthy nutrious meals and their specialty are the dosirak (Korean for lunch box) with side dish, veggies, toppings, rice, sauce and any additional add-ons. They do offer hot stone bibimbap, but that's for dine-in only. Tofu soup would be my second choice along with Korean style tacos. I was quite surprised that it's not so busy though it's located near an apartment complex with only a few surrounding businesses such as Hobees restarant, Subway and Chase Bank. Came by this afternoon and was greeted by a young lady and I chose the Dosirak with brown rice and for my topping bulgogi beef for sauce citron soy and no add-ons that would be additional cost. I observe the young man preparing my meal and placed them individually pack in a lunch box. Prices are very reasonable just around $17 dollars that includes tax, but with generous portion size. I'm sure there are some places I could get it for a dollar or so cheaper but then again don't want the cheap type of food that lacks taste and flavor. They do have outdoor seating and parking is not a problem the only drawback are the hours Monday thru Friday from 11 to 3 closed on the weekends. read more

Great for lunches. I and my wife frequented the Sunnyvale one initially due to the proximity to our home, and then we moved to north Santa Clara. Imagine our delight when this place opened close to our new home. This place became our regular family lunch place during the era of COVID-19. We found all the menus taste good and the quality is consistent. Our favorite is the hot stone bowl, and we also often had do-si-rak (Korean bento) or tofu soups together with the hot stone bowl. After a few visits, we began to make some small talks with the owners, and one thing I learned from an owner was that they are doing the COVID checks for their employees regularly at the location. We even talked to a nurse visiting for the COVID test. This fact gave us more safety in our mind about dining-in lately even during the Omicron surge. read more

I got the classic bowl with beef (+1) and kimchi (+1) and was pretty underwhelmed by the amount of kimchi and rice in my rice bowl. Rice was pretty unnoticeable since it was such a thin layer on the bottom of the bowl, and I got 5 pieces of small kimchi for an added cost. Probably would avoid getting kimchi next time.
