Decent customer service, the employee who helped me was friendly enough. I think the price was a bit steep for a small - about $20 because I added seaweed salad, which they do charge an extra $2.25 for. Decent quantity and I feel like their portions here are more fair than their other locations, but it still does not justify their prices. My husband ordered me a poki bowl and an onigiri for himself. He got a soy sauce packet for his food and when he got to the car noticed the soy sauce packet was expired/ best by:1/10/26. He went back to the store to get a fresh one. The kind employee went to get him another that one but was also expired. Employee got manager where the manager expressed "if they are not bubbling they are still good" to the other employee. no apology's from manager. Expected my husband to eat expired soy sauce. The employee on the other hand was very helpful and gave my husband a different kind of sauce to enjoy with his onigiri. Like any standard poke shop, you're going to have a few options here for the size and types of bowls you'll be ordering. You'll be able to choose among their signature raw fish bowls like salmon and tuna but also be able to customize your own bowl with the fixings of your preference. Pretty standard practice of poke restaurant by now. I ordered for small bowl, with the base of zucchini noodles, they offered a scoop of the imitation crab meat salad for free. The protein choices are ok but not excessive, good enough for me to choose soy marinated tuna and fresh salmon. He ate about half of it and stated it tasted funny and that the fish may not be fresh. 20 minutes later, he complained of stomach pain and violently threw up. He is still throwing up as I type this and this happened around 1PM, it is currently almost 6PM. Do not eat at this place. It is disgraceful, unsanitary and disgusting. Sadly with everything increasing the prices, fresh poke has definitely sky rocketed with their bowls ranging from S- $15.70, M- $17.95, and L- $20.20. However today I decided to try other options on their menu. What I ordered: Salmon shoyu hand roll (4/5): the portions are huge, I was very skeptical about the portion size in the beginning but they hooked it up. It comes down to $6.25 for a roll which at first I thought was crazy for a traditional hand-roll, but it blew my mind once I saw it. In my honesty it felt like the salmon was really warm and wasn't cold to my liking and I would like my salmon to be a bit more flavorful. Spicy tuna hand roll (5/5): just like the salmon hand roll, I was very impressed by their fish to rice ratio. But with the spicy tuna you can definitely taste more flavor and spice marinated into the tuna. I was really impressed with this one the most out of both of them. Overall, this isn't a bad place to come by for the Poke. I saw their reviews recently and wanted to see for myself. I was excited when I found this other Poke House location because I am a fan of the one on Hostetter. However, my experience was not as great because this one is busier. Parking is irritating during lunch hour and there is a longer wait in the store. I like the free scoop of Crab for your bowl, but one thing that varies between this Poke House location and the one on Hostetter is that the free scoop of Crab here contains sesame seeds. The last few times I went to the one on Hostetter, there were no sesame seeds in my Crab salad, so keep that in mind if you have a sesame allergy or need to limit your intake due to special diet. I think what would be helpful for Poke House is if they had an allergen list in their restaurant and online for most common allergens in all their ingredients, like sesame, soy, wheat, etc. Overall, nice portion size and I liked the extra ginger they gave me when I asked for it. read more

A few ingredients that they carry here, that I don't see everywhere, and other Shops out there don't got is Garlic Oyster Tuna, Grape Tomatoes, Hijki Seaweed, and Octopus. I really liked the Garlic Oyster Tuna, so flavorful. I enjoyed the Grape Tomatoes, it reminds me of Heirloom Tomato. The only downside is the growth of prices... $17 for a small build your own poke bowl is pretty expensive. The salmon here is excellent quality. Marbled, bright orange, and so fatty! Just visually, you can tell it will taste delicious. When the salmon has a buttery texture, that's how you know it's good! I definitely recommend the spicy miso salmon as well. Pretty good Poke spot!! With a really bright, fresh atmosphere, this poke place has your typical poke bar style setup. This spot is located in a pretty busy plaza, so parking can be a bit tough. They offer Small, Medium, and Large options which is something I dont usually see. Normally poke spots opt for the Regular and Large size. I ended up getting a Small, built my own bowl. They offered a lot of inclusions that you can get, including the array of proteins! They were pretty generous with the proteins as well as the other toppings. Presentation was pretty good too. The sauces that they have were really good too, I got Chipotle Mayo and it was really nice. One thing that stood out to me was that the protein tasted really fresh! I got the spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Usually it takes a really good poke place for me to always opt for the salmon, but here I felt every bite tasted fresh and not chewy. I had wanted tofu but noticed it's just plain raw tofu and not marinated or fried like other places so did not go with that. Got my toppings and there seemed to be confusion twice that my bowl was a small (even when paying) and when asking for their house chili sauce. They do seem to be a little stingy with their ingredients as my friend asked for jalapeños and got 3. The salmon was also cut really poorly as the white skin was still attached to much of the salmon which didn't make it appetizing to eat.
