love poke in any form and it's nice that pokitomik serves it in 3! you can get a bowl, burrito, or tacos and they will all be good (yes I've tried them all)! the bowl is standard and filling. the burrito is fun and v pic-worthy. but my fav has to be the tacos! the crisp tempura shell w the fish + toppings go so well together! it can get messy, but so worth it! the fish has always been fresh from what I've tasted but I also only get salmon so I can only speak on that... the sweet salmon was p good but since I'm adding sauce on at the end, I feel like it's too much I also love the variety of toppings they offer as a person who loves fruits & hot Cheetos in their poke bowl! they also don't skimp on their portions from my experience which is a bonus! def a solid poke spot for me. I just hate the little parking lot it's located in but glad I've been able to find parking every time! workers there are also v nice and quick so I def appreciate that!

Got the burrito with double salmon and a Hot Cheeto exterior ($17). Service was quick and everything came out fast. Toppings tasted fresh, and I really appreciated how well they filled the burrito. Only downside is parking, which can be a bit of a hassle due to the small lot. Overall, a solid spot and worth a try.

We were here last week and ordered the same fish and everything and it was yummy, but unfortunately this time it wasn't good. The fish didn't taste good at all, it tasted rancid, and it affected the entire two bowls... so we ate some of the toppings but the picture below is what is left over. Super disappointing. This was an unfortunate way to spend $40.

The food here is really good this is my go to place for Poke. The staff are very nice and it's very welcoming. The place isn't usually to busy so it's a nice place to hang out and it's nice that it's so close the CSUN.

Pokitomik might be my new fave poke spots in the valley. I was a huge fan of the flavors, options, and portion sizes. They don't skimp out on their servings. There's many many different options for toppings (including mango, heck ya). Some places don't offer mango so I appreciate that. They have many different sauces that go on top too. I got the hawaiian habanero which was spicy!!! But very good. Spicy tuna was good. Salmon was good. Everything felt super fresh. The customer service was super friendly. Prices were normal for poke. I would 100% go back, it was literally bomb diggity.

Came in and the front end employee already had a plate of rice prepared. I was already suspicious at that point, but didn't say anything about it. After getting home and eating my large plate more than half the rice wasn't good. Who messes up making rice at a pokibowl establishment? I probably frequent this location less due to this situation. Poor trained staff for still selling this horrible batch of rice and chef for messing up the most basic staple of your restaurant.

Today was my first visit to Pokitomik, and this is my new go-to poké place. The service was excellent and the poké burrito was delicious. Parking is tight, but it's right across from campus which is convenient. I'll definitely be back often. read more

I like that they offer greens as a base. The overall poke tasted great. I might have chosen too many sauces to put on but next time I know not to. Choosing too many sauces let's it get a little soggy. However I really enjoyed it. My partner ordered the rice base and he also enjoyed the poke. He noted that he also chose too many sauces. A tip for next time is to choose like 1 sauce. The portion size is decent. Good amount of all the chosen toppings. We will probably be back in the future. read more

The owner of store is most likely different from the one in North Hollywood because the # of free add ons are limited compared to the one in NoHo. Therefore you're getting less serving from this store for the same price in NoHo. read more

Nice poke spot. Parking is limited but the food is great. Wether a poke burrito or bowl you can't go wrong. Service is great, Anthony has helped me out a few times and he's always a professional. I've been told that this is the best pokitomik location by far and I believe it. When I first discovered this place I ate it so much that I got tired of it but then I found myself back and ordering my usual week later. The owner is amazing he puts extra effort into making the sauces and holding the employees to the high standards he would produce himself. I would have given them a five as well. The food was really good but the portions were VERY small for the price. Instagram pictures look a lot larger. We got two bowls, and combined the portion was still smaller than one bowl at nearby places. Going to give it another try. Will go back and try other items on the menu. read more

Okay first things first, food is 10/10!!! Its so good and refreshing, along with very filling. Yesterday I had gone to eat a large poke bowl with a family member and there were many options to choose from. I wish i had taken a picture because it looked so good! I always place my lunch order prior and when I pick it up it's ready and waiting for me. No better feeling. It's right across the street from my job. Super convenient. Their poke bowl is huge and so yummy. It never disappoints. The salmon is always fresh. Try the sweet salmon it's the best. I highly recommend this place. read more

Very "blah" is the best way to describe these sushi burritos. You build your own which is a little difficult to do without knowing which flavors work together. We have placed online to go orders from this restaurant 2-3 times. The last time my boyfriend and I ordered to go the food was packed so badly as soon as we took the food out of the bag crumbs all over the place. This was before we even got to unwrap the food. Total mess, whoever packaged the food really did not give an F about making a mess for the customers. The burritos were messy as hell, very much lacking in flavor and we had added the sauces they offer so we will not be trying again. read more

Established in 2017.

Native to Hawaii, Poké is a seafood dish (raw fish salad) that has been influenced by Hawaiian cuisines. Poké (pronounced POKE-AY) - which is the Hawaiian verb for "section" or "to slice or cut" - traditionally refers to any raw fish that has been cut into cubes. For centuries, Hawaiian fishermen cut their catch of raw fish into cubes and seasoned it with whatever ingredients they had to create a one-of-a-kind, flavorful dish. I stopped by Pokitomik Northridge last night and noticed one of the employees was a little hunched over and looked like he may have thrown out his back. He politely asked for a second, and despite obviously not feeling his best, he still provided excellent service with a great attitude. I went ahead and ordered a Poké bowl, and I'm glad I did. The food was an absolute 10/10--fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The customer service was also 10/10. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. It's always impressive when a team continues to deliver great food and service even on a challenging day. I would highly recommend Pokitomik Northridge to anyone looking for quality poke and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back! read more
