Lin is the owner and the ONLY person in this area I trust doing my nails. I've been using her for a few years now. When I first came in I was incredibly particular in expressing exactly how I wanted them to turn out. Thin, nice growth to stretch time between fills etc. She listened to what I said and did exactly as asked. I never have to remind her when I get a fill. She remembers what o like and does it right every time. She also gives great recommendations on what looks best and she's never wrong. She listens to me when I say "another coat of glitter Lin!" Got talked into getting a pedicure with my wife and her best friend here. When I walked in I noticed it had a modern feel and was clean. Another nice thing I notice was the manicure and pedicure areas were separated out of view from each other so you don't have to stare at other customers (or be stared at) while you're in your session. Came in for a gel mani/pedi and it was amazing!! I also brought my boyfriend to get him a pedi and he loved it. I've tried a lot of nail places and so far this place has the best service. The only "bad" thing I have to say about them is they charge a $1.50 fee if you use a card, even then I'd still go back. The place is clean, people are fun and friendly. The girl that worked on my nails(full acrylic set with gel) took her time and did an excellent job. She got as close to the cuticle as she could and that's really important to me. So far so good on these. I will for sure be going back. I think I've found my forever salon! read more

I have been to the salon a handful of times. Twice a woman named Cindy did my gel manicure. First time I did not complain. I had my nails redone in salon in San Diego. I went back today and to my disappointment I had Cindy again... she is rude and does a terrible job. I attempted to get her to fix my manicure, she was off to her next client. I called and complained, and told the "gentleman" on the phone I was leaving town. He gave me 1 option for an appointment. I told him I needed to come back in the am the following day. He could have cared less, told me he needed to take care of his clients. I asked for a refund for the manicure not the pedicure. He hung up on me. I will never go there again read more

There weren't many salons open when I went thus gave them a try but now that all are open, there are many that do quality fills for $22-25. Today was my second visit to this salon and everything was wonderful! In light of the spreading corona virus, the staff offered me hand sanitizer as soon as I walked in and even had hygiene masks for clients to wear should we want one. All of their pedicure equipment is either single use (file, scrubber and buffer) or comes right from the sanitizer, and all their foot basins use disposable covers. They worked efficiently and swiftly without seeming rushed. Tracy did my fill and again offered me sanitizer and reminded me they had masks available. She did a good job at maintaining a clean workspace and worked quickly, again without rushing. I look forward to going back again! read more

I have loved this place for so long until my last visit. I made an appointment three weeks out for a pedicure. I arrived on time and while I was being serviced; one of the ladies offered me a manicure. I asked how much and she told me a price and I told her I would think about it. (I have a newborn so I enjoy being pampered but its hard making those pricey decisions right now in my life) So I ask her at the end if I can get just a basic manicure with the same color on my toes. She asked me if I want "regular" or "gel" and I tell her just regular. There must have been a language barrier and misunderstanding because she does gel. As I'm getting my nails done, the owner next to her starts discussing business complications with another customer. He says they are short staffed and that he has seven people on a wait list that day. He tells her loudly that this is why its important to make appointments and to stick with what your appointment is for. Now, I completely understand what its like being short staffed (I work two jobs i.e. I'm not a rich b*tch) My point is if you had a problem with me getting additional services done then you could have told me "no" instead of giving me a bad experience and questionable behavior from the nail tech. Very UNCOMFORTABLE and miserable experience! I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure, today. The job was just OK and they charge too much! Hannah did my pedicure and Tracy did my manicure. I had no idea that Tracy would be doing my manicure as I rescheduled for a later time with Hannah (not even sure if the spelling is correct but who gives a shit). As a general rule, I only get both done by one person...none of this doing both by multiple people. I asked if this could be done after my pedicure and Tracy says that Hannah is not good with cuticle trimming so she was going to do it unbeknownst to me...I didn't even know it was Tracy until I asked her name. Hannah could barely speak one word of English and was very unpleasant. I was never asked if my water was hot enough which it wasn't but other customers were asked and accommodated. Tracy is a bitch too! Her attitude was so bad toward me. I was very nice and pleasant to these people. The guy at the front with the buzz cut who I think is the manager is an asshole too. I am so not used to such horrible treatment. By the way, he didn't like me asking if the toe separators were new as they were not in a new package. He said everything was new so why did Hannah not use them on me...hmmmmm?? She was also chatting it up and flirting with the guy next to her when doing my pedicure. Her long ass hair was not pulled back either and was totally in her face...I was worried it would make contact with the polish and ruin it. They should feel fortunate that they are back in business while many businesses have gone under due to the pandemic. Frankly, with the horrible attitudes demonstrated by these assholes, today, they do not deserve to be in business. I would never step foot in there again! read more
