I've been there a few times for pedicures and wow they are excellent. They are a bit pricey for my budget, so I usually get their basic pedicure, but I got their deluxe on my last visit and totally worth the price. The worst nail salon I've ever been to. Very bad service. She did my nail impatiently. Details are all messed up. The gel is too thick. There are also some small bubbles in my nail, and it isn't smooth. There was some hair in my nail, and she did not remove it but very impatiently rubbed the gel on my already finished nail. While I was doing my nail, they were all speaking some language very loudly. They are rude and impatient. I will never come here again. This place does not worth the money. read more

I got a french manicure here on Sunday and half of it has chipped off in two days. Also got terrible customer service from the lady who painted my nails. She was bad at doing french manicures and got visibly upset with me when I asked her to even out the white on both sides of the nail (they were all diagonal lines). Overall, it took 2.5 hours to get a manicure and pedicure combination here, WITH an appointment. I'm definitely not coming back here. Not worth the money. I really thought twice about writing this review bc it's not a good one. I don't understand all these great reviews bc my experience as a first time customer for a mani/pedi gel appt was truly the worst experience/results I've ever had (I mean this with no exaggeration) - the polish they used was old and tacky and already chipping a day later; I had to keep reminding the tech to set/re-set the gel LED light; They were rushing with a timer and the mani tech switched 3 times during my time there and when I asked what happened to the first tech, she said "they have another customer" and then the original tech yelled at the other lady as if to tell her to hush or (shut up); the pedicure was as equally dismal. I requested callous removal (which, in other salons mean hot wax)? I saw another girl getting a parffin so I inquired as to why I wasn't given one and I was told I had to ask for it and it was a few dollars exta. So I asked and they said they were too busy. SOOO-What I got was a maybe 20-second scrub. Virtually no massage, and they ushered me out with the worst gel application I have EVER had ! I'm going to go somewhere else to have it re-done. I came to Polished Nail Spa to get a dip powder manicure. The results look nice but the process was painful b/c the nail tech kept buffing over my cuticles with the filing block and nicking me with the electric buffer as well. I kept letting him know that it was feeling sensitive but he kept going. After I showed him that he had broken the skin he told me that I have thin skin/cuticles, but kept buffing over it and didn't even put alcohol on it to sanitize. In addition, he applied the powder by dipping my fingers directly into the jar which can't possibly be sanitary. I ended up running to Smart and Final right after I left to get a tube of neosporin to slather on my finger tips and hope that I didn't get any kind of infection from the combo of cuts and unsanitary application. So far, so good, but I don't think I would tempt fate by getting dip nails there again. read more

I scheduled an appointment at 5:30, but I still ended up waiting 20+ minutes. I finally was sat down for my fill, but was quickly told to get up. They proceeded to sit someone else down, even though I made an appointment and arrived before the person they had take my place. Then, they sat me in the pedicure chair instead because I wanted my toes done as well. The man proceeded to take off my polish, tell me wait a few minutes, and then went to work on someone else's toes. I don't know what the reason for such poor customer service was, but my money goes just as far as the white women you serviced before me. Andy did my nails and they were absolutely spectacular! He took so much time and care to make them the image of perfection. I came in with a photo of what I wanted and he recreated the image perfectly. The only reason why I came here was because Lovely Nails (near albertsons) had an hour wait and I had work to go to. When I told my friends about my experience at Polished they told me that they're not surprised because they have a really awful reputation! I came in and when I asked if they had time for walk-ins, a worker acted like I was an inconvenience to take in at 1:30 pm on a friday. It was $28 for an acryilic fill which was by far one of the worst ones I have EVER received. The guy who was working on my nails took 20 minutes to do them. I've been getting acrylics for three years and never have I ever witnessed such rushed and aggressive work. He even cut me all over my fingers! If you want to get nail FUNGUS come to Polished Nail Spa!!! I went in for a gel manicure on July 7, 2016 and the staff was friendly and professional. The nail salon seemed very clean when I was there. My gel manicure was okay not the best but the friendly staff and what appeared to be a clean nail salon compensated for the okay gel manicure. I recently went to get my gel removed and get a new gel manicure at another nail salon this Sunday July 31, 2016. The manicurist at the recent salon I went to told me that I was starting to get a nail fungus on my right ring finger. I have never had this issue with any nail salon in my life! She asked me if I have gone recently to a nail salon and the previous nail salon I went to was Polished Nail Spa! The manicurist said the way I would have gotten this nail fungus is due to the previous manicurist not taking the proper cleanliness measures to disinfect her nail tools. They are a new nail spa in town and they shouldn't be having these issues in an early stage of opening their business. I will definitely never come back! read more

I will never go to this place to get my nails done anymore. Their price is so high and they don't even honor the 15% discount offer which they have a sign for. I walked to the store, confirmed the price of shellac and pedi and told them that I have $15 certificate to use. Front lady confirmed that I can use my certificate and calculated on a paper how much would be the remaining amount to pay. At the end, They charged me more only because I used a $15 certificate.
