Have been to this POLLO CAMPERO location numerous times, and we always order the family chicken meal, & every dam time they don't have any chicken breasts ready, they will always tell you you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes if you want chicken breasts, this is ridiculous! How in the hell is this a chicken restaurant and they never have any chicken breast ready for the customer! In fact today instead of giving us the Campero Beans we ordered they gave us Sweet Plantains, also the chicken was very dry & no seasoning on the chicken , & when we called POLLO CAMPERO to complain nobody would answer the phone, & we called numerous times. The customer service at this location is horrible! Do not waste your money going to this location! Like I said, we've been here numerous times and every time there's a problem, as of today, we are done with this place! My order was missing the smashed avocado and the dressing I asked for. I found that the bowl had too much going on. The beans were not good and the fried chicken was also not good, the lettuce mix didn't go with the salad. I did like the corn and peppers in the bowl. Too many different flavors that don't belong in the same bowl. Also has the grilled chicken which had a weird burnt plastic smell, so I couldn't eat it. Overall it's a no for me. I got my order very fast but if it wasn't for the manager coming up to me and asking for my number I probably would had waited longer because my order was ready and I was not notified. I ordered a four piece meal and received two legs and two thighs when I should've had one leg, one thigh, one breast, and one wing. The thighs were undercooked, and the legs were overcooked. Best chicken from Central America some will say it's from El Salvador some will say from Guatemala I will say it's super bomb and glad we have one in Fontana!!! First day open, so I guess they need to work out their kinks. First off the person taking orders in drive-thru, her accent is so thick you can barely understand her. Don't get me wrong I'm Hispanic so it's not a prejudice. I order an 8 pc meal $34 and a 6pc nuggets (6 pc, roll and sauce) $11.50. I get home the chicken was cold it was legs and thighs only. The nuggets also cold, no roll, no sauce. For that price I don't see me going back . To me there are better options elsewhere. read more

The nuggets were so dry I was thankful I asked for sauce and a drink. The Jamaica was so watery it tasted like sweet, red water. Not worth the $ in my opinion. Seems way overpriced for the quality.
