Lady greeting at the door was really welcoming but other than that I was disappointed, the chicken was greasy, the flour tortillas was cold and hard and the plantains well that was good. Customer service was terrible, I understand that most of the people there were Spanish but was was uncool is that they called the order numbers in Spanish and spoke mostly Spanish amongst themselves. I wasn't sure if my number was called so I ask the lady who was distributing the orders if my number was called and she looked at me like she didn't understand what I was asking her so I had to ask the lady next to me if she could listen out for my number. Very poor service! I'm giving three stars because chicken has good flavor. However, I placed an online order at 2:00pm to pick up at 6:00pm. When I arrive my order was not ready I had to wait 15 minutes. When I get home I realized they gave me the wrong order I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Joshua he apologized and asked if I can go get another set of chicken in 15 minutes when I arrive he is taking a 30 minute break. I chose to go inside tables were almost full with workers taking their lunch our food was eventually brought over and we had to stand, holding our trays while someone wiped down the table, I would advise that manager would have workers on the floor that actually speak clear English and Spanish for communication purposes grilled chicken taste uncooked, and the fried chicken was soggy and salty Mac & cheese no flavor honestly, I've had better at golden corral the best thing I had today for lunch was the mango drink they offer.
