If I can give this place zero stars I would. Before I go into the store I will say I'm second generation Mexican, just add a little context. Furthermore, this specific store has terrible ratings and I hope we get this store to get out of the community... But I actually went to the store recently and got an order. I was met with hostility when I didn't speak Spanish right off the jump... I ordered through drive-through and was met with hostility when I said no Habla Español. Honestly, no biggie if someone speak Spanish to me and I have to tell them that I don't speak it, however when I meet two staff at this specific location that just give me attitude because of it I just feel like that's uncalled for. Nevertheless, I placed my order went through the drive-through and was told to park by the stairs because they were waiting for the fries. This seems to be a very common occurrence at the store that every time I drive by I always see people parked by the stairs. Anyways, once I went to go park by the stairs I saw another staff member come bring out my food. She was missing my drink so when I brought it up to her she started speaking in Spanish to me which again fine but when I said I didn't speak Spanish she just rolled her eyes. She went back brought it and when I got home I realized I was missing coleslaw which was technically the second item that was missing from my order... I'm like how hard is it just to complete a simple combo? Very poor service! I'm giving three stars because chicken has good flavor. However, I placed an online order at 2:00pm to pick up at 6:00pm. When I arrive my order was not ready I had to wait 15 minutes. When I get home I realized they gave me the wrong order I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Joshua he apologized and asked if I can go get another set of chicken in 15 minutes when I arrive he is taking a 30 minute break. The food was 4 out of 5 in my opinion, their fried chicken for some reason reminded me of the original recipe from KFC. The service was also 4 out of 5. We dined in, so the food was brought to our table, which was nice for a fast food restaurant. However, napkins and utensils were not brought along with our food. Those things are not readily available for you to grab as they are at most fast food restaurants, so we had to go to the counter and wait for a cashier to hand those to us.
