Went here to try for the first time, but after my wife went to the restroom to wash her hands we changed our mind. Both toilets were full and had not been flushed as they did not work or even have any water in the tank, and there was no toilet paper in neither one. The restroom was filthy and disgusting. If your restrooms are this nasty, what does the kitchen where you cook look like? Will never know as I would be scared to find out. I would never recommend such a filthy place! read more

If you are looking for value this place is a solid 5 star. Most of the dishes are really good, better than what you would expect from any fast food place (except Chipotle) but of course some not so much for example rice several times was either super dry or extremely mushy, sometimes all two mixed together (mushy and very dry rice in one bowl), shrimp was definitely bad, bread is like any American bread meaning bad bad bad (so this one is not their fault) but I will overlook those "details" and still rate this place a solid 4 star overall. read more

i was visiting from SoCal but I'm a Miami native and very familiar with this chain. It's hard to beat the food value of this franchise but this location provided a terrible experience tonight because of horrible staffing issues. I had no complaints about food quality or attitude but tonight the service and organization was a dumpster fire. There was only one cashier and nonstop pandemonium at the store front, and it took literally forever to get my food. There was wasn't too much of a line but it was understaffed, with no sense of urgency, and the whole place felt "manager-less." Food trays were building up at empty tables. I am staying at a neighboring hotel and stopped by this place to eat dinner. The cashier was cleaning her fingernails while taking my order and never looked up at me. I had to ask her if she was ready. I waited almost 10 minutes to find they were out of the pork I ordered, she was too busy cleaning her fingernails to notice. This is one dirty, nasty, disgusting place to eat at. I wonder if anyone trains these employees on how to treat another human being and why they would hire some of the people I saw working there. Third or fourth time I come to this location at or around dinner time (8-9pm) and they have no chicken. Every time I come, there is a 20 minute wait, minimum, for a whole chicken, even longer if you want all dark. Other than that I have no complaints except that I didn't even get an apology or a reason, just a dry "25 minute wait for chicken". Decided to try this place since it was the only good thing in the area and smelled good. So my cousin and I decided to walk in and loved the smell of the chicken. I decided to grab the salad since it looked good in the picture and my cousin decided to grab the wrap. It was pretty expensive about 7 bucks for the salad and 5 bucks for the wrap combo. Anyways my cousin got his food an the wrap was literally really small and we love I eat he was a but disappointed but he still enjoyed it. My salad with chicken was a big portion and does fill you up so nothing to really complain about there. They have the chicken pieces 5 of them for 4 bucks which is bad maybe next time I will try it since the chicken in the salad tasted good. Overall the place is ok but portion sizes seems rip off and needs a little better customer service but overall it's something good to eat in the area read more

I went to the Sunny Isle location while I was visiting from out of town, and it was the worse experience ever. The lady who was working the drive-thru was very rude and she was yelling to someone in the background calling them lazy. I thought that was very inappropriate. I ordered the Caribbean wings with brown rice and beans. I checked my plate and there was yellow rice and peas stuck all on my chicken. I was disgusted, because I didn't order yellow rice and why would there be some on my chicken. I went in to exchange my food and I was greeted with attitude from the same lady who worked the drive-thru. I don't even understand why she was the one assisting me anyway.
