    Not even close!

Please create a chicken sandwich that matches what your advertising! Ordered the chicken sandwich and was not like the picture on the menu AND table tent on the table ...not even close! The photos show a big piece of chicken with sauce running off the sides. I had to request extra sauce because the lack of it. Next time we will pass on Pollys. Times are tight...dont be so tight on the food....especially for what you charge.

I attended a lunch event that was planned with the restaurant in advance. I actually came here twice in one day. During the ladies luncheon, I believe there was 15 of us. Amanda our server was excellent! Patient and frequently came to see if we needed anything. It's a nice and cozy place, very family oriented. Plenty of room in between tables, it's nice to have the elbow room. For lunch I had the Burger on a Pretzel Bun with a side of fries ordered well done. They arrived perfectly, tasty and hot. I probably could have eaten the entire hamburger but I was busy catching up with friends. No dessert as we were off to our next event. But a few of us ladies returned to enjoy dinner after a class and shopping. For dinner our server was Raul. We was very helpful a bit more rushed but still able to check on us often. For dinner I ordered the meatloaf with mash potatoes and a side of veggies. It was very delicious, I liked the tomato topping of the meatloaf. It went well with the sides. I didn't order dessert after dinner but I did order a chicken pot pie to go as well as a Rhubarb pie ready to bake to go. I had the Chicken Pot Pie this evening and it was quite tasty along with the gravy it came with. I would definitely return if I'm ever in this area. Enjoyed Polly's very much!

It's ok. I think the outside of the building is deceptively inviting, while the food itself is average. I appreciate the large parking lot. The 15 to 20 minutes wait for a table wasn't great. I heard a man get upset when a couple was seated before him. At the podium you're asked "Do you want a booth or the first available seating?" Apparently, he had asked for the first available seating, but was skipped over nonetheless. Getting a menu, being given time to make your choices, and having your order taken all happen in a timely fashion. However, it's again another wait to have your food brought out to you. When the food finally came, it wasn't like "Oh, wow, that's a lot of food!" or "Oh, wow, that looks amazing!" It was just "Oh, good, the food is finally here." The portions themselves are decent, like it's enough to go home full, but not enough to really need a container for leftovers. I think it doesn't help that they put the food on huge plates that I think were meant for dinner, so it makes the amount of food you get look even smaller. The food tasted fine. Not great for vegans, though. For brunch, everything had some kind of animal product, like even the vegetarian options still come with eggs. I ordered the breakfast burrito without meat and ended up pouring hot sauce on top just to have some flavor. My sister let me have a few bites of her muffin, which I thought was free with the combo meal she had ordered, but apparently it wasn't and was charged an extra small fee. The strawberry sauce and thick butter it came with tasted good. Meanwhile, there were a lot of people there, so the waitresses were busy. When my sister ran out of water, no one checked in on us to ask if she wanted more or fill her glass up again. I just ended up pouring some of mine into hers. The decorations consist mainly of curtains around the windows and some art with captions talking about how their fruit is freshly picked. So between all the waiting and getting average size and tasting food, I wasn't impressed. Maybe lunch, dinner, and dessert are better?

Early Weekday Afternoon Visit Restaurant was not crowded. We were seated rather promptly. Staff were all friendly. Ambiance was peaceful I did not some menu item changes. All for the good. Several appealing specials. The prices were relatively consistent. Some increases, nothing substantial like many other food related establishments. Food was good. I did find myself still hungry after. One nuance was the portion size. Extremely small. " Pay more get less " appears to be everywhere sadly with the Economy. Could be all true, or just a reason to do so. I will not get into my personal thoughts. Waitress checked on us several times. Food arrived in an acceptable time frame. I recommend Will I go back? Maybe. Thank You for reading

Prime Rib Dinner - 8oz in front and 13oz in back

My son said the next time we have a free Friday evening, we're going to Polly's Pies! Made sure to get there after 4pm for the Prime Rib Dinner. I had the 8oz for $21.99 and he had the 13oz for $27.99. I took a picture of them together so you can compare the two. My son said next time he's just going to get the 8oz. We both loved them, seasoned just right. Comes with vegetables and smashed potatoes but I got the cole slaw in place of the potatoes. We got there early and as people came in, all I could hear people ordering was prime rib so I can imagine they might run out some nights! Only available Fri, Sat and Sun.

    Boysenberry heart shaped pastry. Yum!!

Hubby and I had a lovely dinner together. Jose V. was our fabulous and attentive server. Southern Pimento Cheese Dip is a must!! Delicious Grilled Sourdough Burger and Chicken Salad Sandwich.

Our server Humberto was great and our food to perfection!!! Wanted some fish but wnded ordering the salmon. Love my my local Polly's

Ordered a lemon meringue pie yesterday, for Father's day. Cut a slice for me (today) and I see a little bit of an odd color so I take the pie off the crust and see this huge blue ish grey spot on the crust. Not sure if it's mold or blueberry but regardless it's not okay because if someone was allergic to blueberries it could've gone bad. I want to take it back and get my money back.

First time and it was probably one of the best "diner feeling" experiences I've had at a restaurant. The customer service was top tier, ambience was dated (but very well maintained), and the food was worth every penny. I was craving breakfast for dinner. The portion was enough for leftovers, everything had flavor plus tasted natural/ fresh, and these were probably the best tasting pumpkin pancakes I've ever had. 3 1/2 stars is a major lie for this establishment IMO. Go and check them out, you won't be disappointed. I WILL BE RETURNING! (And s/o to my waiter Zac, you were great sir.)

Today at Bingo we celebrated Marcella's AKA "Grandma" 101st birthday. The staff members at Pollys in Norco were extremely helpful in making this a memorable event. Mona, the General Manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was spot on.

Our server today for breakfast was nice. There is a guy who I think is the busser and last time got us drinks to go, he's a team player for sure. The server came to the table, didn't introduce herself, ask how are we doing or if we've been there before. Anything. Straight to "are you ready to order?" It could be that she is new or was never trained properly. We had to ask for napkins, boxes, etc. which a guest should never have to ask you for. You know if someone if done eating and there's food on the table, you can ask if we need boxes. Everyone who eats needs napkins. Little things like that matter. I didn't give the lady a good tip specifically because every-time we asked her something, she either forgot or seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to get it. When she gave us our bill, I wanted a coffee to go and a to-go cup for my soda but she gave the bill and walked away so she didn't give me the opportunity to even ask. Which to me, I work in the restaurant industry and going the extra mile to ask if I wanted drinks to go would've made a huge impact. I will come back for the food and vibe, but giving excellent service is not hard if you really care and love what you do. The guest can read if you don't, and today it seemed like she did not really care.

Then somehow we were charged ANOTHER $10 entry fee... even though we never left. Make it make sense. Then we ordered the exact same tequila & OJ drinks we'd been drinking all day. Suddenly the $10 drink became $10 + $1.50 for OJ, PLUS the 20% brunch gratuity. Listen, I don't mind paying for a good time, but the random, inconsistent charges are giving make up the price as we go. When Tara and I were dating one of her favorite things to do was grab a meal at IHOP. Breakfasts,…read morelate night dinners, post-film treats--all were susceptible to being done at IHOP. It's because of this I got very familiar with Swedish Crepes or Pancakes, as some might call them. I don't know if they were ever my favorite style of pancakes but they were always an option on those rare occasions I wanted something with more fruit than blueberry. Tara always appreciated me making an effort to broaden my perspective on what a good pancake or crepe constituted. That being said, I hardly ever run into great Swedish crepes. Usually the butter or compote is sub-standard, and I usually feel like I should've gotten something different. Silver Dollar Pancake House makes some majestic Swedish crepes. Yes, it's more of a cranberry than a lingonberry, but otherwise the compote and Swedish butter are spot-on. The crepes came out nice and thin, but still super flavorful. Everything came together so great. Even the fact the special comes with six sausages after you switch out the bacon is amazing. I would get this deal over and over again. The service at the counter was frenzied and focused. Every time I needed my coffee refilled, the server was on it. The food came quickly and there were frequent check-ins. It's literally everything you could want in customer service at a counter. Yes, the ambiance is bit crowded and a bit hectic. I don't envy trying to get a seat in the dining room because everything is but cramped up in there. That being said, I don't think anyone waited longer than fifteen minutes and folks seemed genuinely glad to be there. It's the price you pay for eating at a popular breakfast spot with breakfast entrees this delicious. Plus, eating at the counter always seemed open. And from someone who hates eating at counters most of the time, that's saying a lot that I would suggest it as a viable option. Overall, this is the dream place for those like Tara who can't get enough of pancakes and a damn good option for those like me who are content to keep their amateur status intact by only occasionally indulging in the Swedish signature dish.

Scramblers also has a long line, but in comparison the wait was more reasonable. I've since removed the other restaurant from my list of places to go. Congrats to them for being so popular, but when people are forced to wait for an hour by default, it's an automatic turn off and they're losing customers. Anyway, while waiting in line at Scramblers we had time to look at the menu which is a big sign hanging over the counter. When we first walked in, though, the sign was still far away, so I also brought the menu up on my phone. I was glad there was a vegetarian Garden Crepe option and the cashier was accommodating when I asked for even more ingredients to be removed. It was packed inside, so when we were asked we told her we'd prefer to sit outside. Outside, there are small wooden signs with numbers on them and you go to the one you're assigned to. We were sat next to a tree which was appreciated because we got some shade. There's also a table with condiments if you want to grab a bottle of ketchup or anything else you might want. At the time I remembered thinking what a nice day it was to be sitting outside, but later learned the air quality was actually bad that day since there was a fire we didn't know about. Also, summers in general have bad air quality because the heat traps the pollution. Then again, even if we chose to sit inside, the door was open for people to line up, so we couldn't have escaped the bad air either way. Also, Scramblers is on the corner of a busy intersection and I saw one car cutoff another car at the turn and the other driver honk and yell at the other driver, so not exactly the most peaceful place to sit down and eat. Anyway, the food tasted good and I ate everything in one sitting. After being to this plaza a few times now, I've learned that it's best to take whatever parking spot you can get even if it's far from the place you're going to. Scramblers is especially difficult to get to, so it was a bit of a walk to and from our car. I've said it before in other reviews, but I curse whoever planned the layout of this plaza, like what were they thinking? Still, there are enough places for us to want to try out to keep coming back.

This morning on this humid hot day, my mom ordered food through Uber Eats for my kids. The burrito she selected clearly stated it came with fries and a drink, yet both were missing. Uber Eats issued a refund, so this was never about the money or getting free food. We're regular customers and genuinely enjoy the food, which is why my mom called the restaurant this morning simply to make them aware. The employee who answered was very kind and relayed her concern to the manager working this morning. The manager's response was that it was "not their fault and they can't do anything about it". What bothered me most was how the manager chose to handle the situation. If your Uber Eats menu is advertising something customers aren't receiving, I'd expect management to at least acknowledge the concern and look into correcting the listing. A simple, "Thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it," would have been enough. Good food matters, but the customer experience outweighs it. There are plenty of other restaurants on Uber Eats and local businesses we can support. After being regular customers, we won't be ordering from or returning here--not because of missing fries and a drink, but because of how management handled such a simple concern.

Such a pleasant surprise!…read more I came here for breakfast with my aunt, and I honestly didn't know what to expect at first. The cafe is located inside a hair salon, which definitely caught me off guard and made me a little iffy about the experience. But after trying the food, I was SO pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chicken pesto panini with tomato soup, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the food honestly exceeded my expectations by a lot. I was genuinely surprised by how good it was. I also tried the iced matcha latte. I'll be honest -- the matcha quality wasn't my favorite. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't come here specifically for the matcha. The food, however, completely made up for it and was definitely the highlight of my visit. The service was also really good. The woman at the front was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She was very welcoming and helpful. The ambiance is definitely unique since it's inside a hair salon. It can be a little noisy with everything going on around you, and the seating is pretty simple and casual, but honestly, it wasn't nearly as loud or distracting as I expected it to be. Once I got settled in, it really wasn't a big deal. Overall, I came in with pretty low expectations because of the unusual setup, but the food completely surprised me. I'd definitely come back for the food!

First of all, the sandwich shop if that's what you want to call it ? They don't have there own…read moreplace . It's located inside of Alexander salon spa. I Found this out the hard way. I went around the strip mall. So many times that I was getting dizzy because I couldn't find it. So I called the place up. It was super loud in the back ground. Seriously it was really hard to hear what she was saying. All I heard was spa that they were inside a spa location so I went to where they sell. Spas walked inside and I asked if they sold sandwiches and the guy looked at me like I was Crazy!!! So I called again, and she told me she was inside of Alexander salon and spa. The place is tiny. I can't even call it a hole in the wall. Maybe a crack In the wall It's literally a bar with a few stools in the front and in the back I couldn't see much. Being that it's a ginormous salon,, all I could smell was Aquanet and other hair chemicals in the air. I didn't see anything on the menu that looked good to me so I picked up a pesto chicken Panini for my wife with roasted potatoes. . She enjoyed her Panini, but The roasted potatoes were excessively seasoned , so much that she wind up tossing them out . I didn't take any pictures of the sandwich or potatoes. Cause I was too busy, eating my food from Tacos, puro Jalisco that's located Down the street.
