I asked the manager if she could hold two items for about an hour while I looked around the mall, and she immediately said they don't hold merchandise. Just a few minutes later, another customer walked in, and I watched the same manager hand her a pair of shorts that had clearly been put on hold. That inconsistency was frustrating. I came back and purchased the full set (around $100), but then I was told I had to provide my personal information to complete the purchase. I've shopped at plenty of clothing stores and have never felt pressured to share my information just to buy an outfit. It made the checkout experience uncomfortable. The store itself is cute, and I liked the clothes enough to make the purchase, but the overall attitude from the staff came across as unwelcoming and cliquey.
