All the food is displayed nicely and it appeared to be fresh. I usually go for the sushi and they had quite the variety and the taste and quality was decent. They have plenty of Chinese style dishes, so I sampled some appetizers like egg rolls and tried some stirfry. I also tried the crab legs and crawfish and they were not bad. I'd say for the price, Sakura will do if you're hungry and craving a Chinese style buffet. It may not knock your socks off but it will fulfill the craving.

I felt like they're not that generous on seasoning each dish. It had a light scent and flavor but it's not enough to give a "WOW" taste. It's a tease taste on each dish.
