It smells like a spa, sounds like a spa and have astronomical prices like a spa! My gel pedicure was good but I can't say that it was worth what they charged me. They have big comfy massage chairs that have tray tables and phone chargers attached. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to be annoyed at first but she warmed up as time went on. They use a lavender scrub and soak which was nice aromatherapy. From start to finish my pedicure was done in about 25 minutes. This pedicure was no different than the one I get at a "regular" salon and pay almost $30 less. But I guess all of the bells and whistles comes at a big price. The salon is in a very busy ShopRite plaza which can be a pain for parking. They accept all major credit cards and cash. I'd say this place is good for a "me time, me day" type of thing. Would I recommend being a regular customer here? No.

Instead, she added to the fill instead of filing it down with machine. I thought she would use the machine to file down after adding more fill ... but, no, she only used the file & said shes not charging me, she was done in 15 minutes. I had a terrible gel pedicure (and manicure) and overall experience with JENNA. She banged my foot two different times with the gel lamp and by reflex I yelled out you are hurting me. So the third time she did it and before I could say anything, she looked at me and said stop moving my foot. She also held my toes with her fingernails as she worked on my feet. She gave me a terrible pedicure (cut my nails on an angle even though I asked for square). I complained to the manager and all she said was I'll let her know. lol I have complaints about my mani but this is enough to know - Go somewhere else!

She placed hot wax lower than my eyebrow line and ripped my skin! When I told her she burned me she was not at all sorry, no apology or acknowledgement of what she had done..her response was "maybe you're sensitive". I told her that I'm not sensitive, I get waxed all the time. I showed her my face and she still charged me full price, again without apology when the burn was immediately evident! Very unprofessional. I went next door to have breakfast and came back to show the owner since my eyes were now swollen. The owner was alarmed by the burn and tried to help with antibiotic cream and was apologetic. Unfortunately the damage was already done! I will never go back there again!

The staff was very kind and accommodating, however for a $15 manicure + tip, I wish it had lasted at least 24 hours! I got my nails done for a wedding. They were completely dry when I left at around 12:30 and looked great, but by Saturday had chipped. On Sunday, pieces of polish were flaking off until Monday morning, I finally decided to just take the loss and remove them with acetone so that they didn't look terrible. Overall? Wouldn't return here. While they are fairly priced, clean, busy, and accommodating, I definitely did not get my money's worth!
