They have about a dozen different vacuum pots sitting at the counter filled with different coffee flavors. They give you the empty cup and then you can help yourself. Sadly, by the time we were there most of the pots were empty. Of the dozen there were only 3-4 that still had coffee in them. I tried what I could and they were all pretty good.
