The jets aren't just for looks--they actually do the job. The layout is comfortable, and the therapy seat in particular is a standout. After a long day, it hits exactly where you need it to. What's really impressed me is how easy it's been to take care of. With the Spa Boy and Smart PH system, we've gone over two months without adding chemicals or cleaning the filters. That's been a pleasant surprise and makes ownership a whole lot easier than I expected. Delivery and setup were smooth and everything was handled professionally. I spoke with Brandon and he pretty much explained to me that when rodents gets access to your internals, that issue will most likely be more specially chewed wires and such. So we opted to purchase a new hot tub and Brandon much gave us a quick course on spa 101. After it's delivery and an electrician wiring the new tub, we ran into an issue with the new tub. I spoke to Brandon and he explained that if the issue is wiring, they would have to charge us but if the issue is the tub, it would be covered by the warranty. About a week later, Silus arrive to our house to figure out the problem. He was professional and elaborate with us the procedure. Upon further inspection, he determined that one of the parts of the new tub was defective and it would be covered my warranty. Good to hear. I highly recommend these guys. They also offer free in-store water testing and free in-store labor on repairs. I recommend having your water tested, especially during the warm/busy summer months. For in-store repairs, you just pay for parts. Sweet deal, but parts can be pricey. Like every other store, Leslie's has a rewards program; Leslie's Rewards Program. They offer special offers and savings...haven't seen any, yet. I signed up a year ago and during my recent visit the employee was unable to locate my account so my purchase didn't count for rewards credit. My orientation was done by Joe who was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and educating me on overall spa care. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty. MULTIPLE ISSUES with this company. This company acquired my account from Patterson Pools and had my…read morepool for service for more than 3 months and never realized it was a saltwater pool. It only came to light when I reviewed my service report and noticed they were adding liquid chlorine and questioned why. The company wouldn't return calls so I called them. Joe the General Manager took ZERO responsibility and only blamed the technician, who Joe said was not very good and didn't know his job well. Additionally when I questioned the company on previous occasions as to why my spa was not being cleaned, they said it wasn't part of the contract. I've owned that pool for 12 years and EVERY pool company has always cleaned the spa when they cleaned the pool. Plus I never had a contract with company. Update: The owner of the company personally called me on this and took full ownership of the issue and apologized. The owner is a good guy and does care about his customers and the company. I am still not willing to go back to this company, but at least someone in a leadership position took ownership of the issue and apologized.
