I booked this awful company to move my recently deceased mothers pool table to another family members home. My communication started with Chris over the phone and then moved to text. Chris was definitely short and slightly rude however I moved passed it. Through text I was not rude, was never pushy and did not ask many questions. But what I did notice was that he rarely responded to text at all or would respond a week later after I re-asked the question. Today is the day we had scheduled through text a few weeks back, 3/30/2022 10-12p. I texted Chris to confirm at 8am. No response. I texted again at 1130am after I had been waiting all morning. No response. I called and left a voicemail to see if they were running late. No response. I called another number on the website and spoke to someone who said she would call the owner and call me back in 15 mins. No call back. Two hrs later I called back to f/u and all of a sudden both numbers were disconnected. I then called from my work phone and the calls magically went through. So you mean to tell me that these people blocked meeeeeee because I reached out to see if they were still coming to do the job they agreed to do. Terrible customer service!!! read more

Chris team just left and we are happy with the outcome. Very professional team. We had an issue with the timing of the delivery of the new felt but got resolved immediately. Our requirement is move our current pool table from one room to another room. The guys came in, started with discussing on what will happen, recommended some stuff. We had something in mind so we told them and they listened to us and recommended some options. They explained about the felt. They also explained how they will have something on the foot that will prevent our hardwood from getting scratched. That we don't need to use the one that we bought because they always have one that they use. The job started quickly with the dissemble. Then they move the base to where we wanted it to be. Before putting in the slate they called us and explained to us the position of the table. They showed us measurements, etc and explained why they positioned it that way, for playability. Then they asked us if we want to move it to center in our chandelier. With their explanations we were able to come with a decision on how to position the table. Then they continued their work and called us again after the table was leveled. This time they gave us time to decide if we are going to replace then felt or not. They helped us lay down the felt that they brought and put the sides temporarily so we can see how it looked like. Then waited for us to decide. After our decision to have a 2 tone they continued their work. Total time is around 2hours. Paid and they explained the warranty. Right now we're very happy. It's a good thing we had Pooltablepros just a phone call away, otherwise my table goes to CL. Yay! read more

I contacted Pool Table Pros and begged for a next day delivery/install to move my pool table from my old home several hours away to my new home (borderline outrageous request). From the first call I felt i had the right place. I went online to see how much it would be to install new felt and bumpers and new felt. After researching the cost of a kit was about $250 for materials.I payed $495 for everything including leveling,plus cutting the angles for the bumpers looked a little challenging. Their price was comparable or lower than the others we called.They were very professional and friendly. They gave us a call the day before to confirm and a call before they came. It took then less than an hour to disassemble and just over an hour to assemble.
