I contacted Chris at Pool Table Pros after we inherited a pool table from a family member. Unfortunately, my family hired regular movers to relocate the table to our house and in the process split some of the wood rails. Also, it arrived in a million pieces. Chris and his team took the time to explain what I needed, re-felt the table, and repair the wood rails, and did an incredible (and fast) job. His team ensured the table was located in the correct position in the room and made the process super easy. My company needed our Diamond, 3 slab table to be moved from the open space area, over to the new game room. There is someone in the office that is VERY serious about the pool table and he insisted the table be completely taken apart, despite the fact that the table was only being moved about 20-30 feet. Chris, Shawn and Garrett were totally great about it too. Very professional and didn't mind explaining the process as it was happening (because I have never seen it done before). They were so fast and the table was put back together and leveled PERFECTLY! They even allowed the serious pool player, to measure the placement of the table himself, to make sure it was to his liking. They even moved over the other furniture in the room without me asking! Chris is very serious about this craft and I could tell that he really knew what he was doing/talking about. He showed up right on schedule with his team, dismantled the table, moved it and reassembled with new high grade felt after leveling it. Even though my table ended up being a bit more work than expected as it is an antique, he stuck to his original price. I was very impressed. To top it off, these guys guarantee all their work! I needed to have the felt replaced on our company pool table and contacted Christopher Weigart at pool table Pros #953. I filled out the quote form with the size table, type grade and color of felt desired. Christopher quickly returned my request with a written quote. After discussing the price the following day with my corporate office we decided to have Pool table Pros do the work but when I responded to Christoper about scheduling the date he said he was raising the price by $55. I responded to him by email and mentioned the written quote I have in hand. I'm in the customer service business and I must stand by my quotes but when I replied I could not get any response from Christopher or anyone else from Pool table Pros #953. So I contacted another company who will do the work and apply an upgraded Championship cloth for less than the original price quoted by Christopher. I guess I'm glad he refused to honor his quote because I got a better felt for less money. I see many 5 star reviews but I think they might be from friends and family because you can not run a business with no integrity. I would give them 0 stars if I could! I called Chris Sunday November 6th about moving my pool table from my mother's house to my house. I informed him that I needed the move done the week of November 14-18. He said his schedule was open that week. He asked me to send him pictures of my pool table because he wanted to confirm if the table was 1 piece slate like I told him. Monday November 7th I sent him the pictures and called him to see if he received the pictures. He did not answer so I texted him. 2 days later he texts me saying sorry for the late response and the table looks like 1 piece slate like I told him. He told me that he was a week out in scheduling and asked me what day worked best for me. I told him Monday or Tuesday would be best for me and I have not heard from him since. He does answer his phone or texts from me. Pool Table Pros has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Horrible experience! read more
