His pool electrician replaced our older set up with a new T1000 power center and even put in a new pool light junction box, all in an afternoon! Mike replaced our old pump, rebuilt the equipment slab, and reconfigured the plumbing to ensure better flow and separation between the backwash and pump motor. He even helped us fix our skimmer and aerator. All of his work was completed in an afternoon. We highly recommend AZ Pool Master for maintenance, advice, and electrical work. I followed up with 2 additional emails to ensure I was not neglecting payments on work done. However still no response. All this after I reported the tile falling off. Over the weekend the pool started turning green, I made a service call on Sunday, called Monday and left a message. I also sent text messages with photos of the green pool since the message said texts get a faster response. Someone responds and begins blaming me because there was a lock on the gate for 2 pool visits and sends me a picture of 5 chlorine tablets stacked on a brick wall. I asked why the person didn't call, text, knock or ring the doorbell and the person texted they have too many clients to be trying to ring every doorbell. Then I asked where in their manual does it state that leaving chlorine tablets at an unknown location and no other type of communication count as a professional pool service visit? The person continued to bash and blame me and i continuously stated that I now recalled why i had blocked the number because that same individual was still unprofessional, rude and has a nasty, negative tone. So, she as a Desert Bloom Pool Care employee and representative knew the pool was green because she acknowledged that I had submitted a trouble ticket and saw the photos said she would look at the ticket I submitted. Here we are on Wednesday 08JUL26 and no response from ANYONE about our green pool that was just renovated. The pool sits and they just ignored it. I would not recommend this company. This horrible service has happened consistently with me, and I have been at this home for 3 years. DO NOT waste your hard-earned money, time or have expectations that they will go above and beyond, listen to you, or provide you respect, courtesy and timely service. Called Brad on short notice because our salt cell literally jumped six feet in the air and had…read moredetached itself from the pool plumbing. We were having guests over the next day and knew we wanted the pool looking clean and filtered. He fit us in at the end of the day and patched the plumbing problem. We had a great time with our guests thanks to Brad's responsiveness. Later when the replacement salt cell housing arrived we had him back out and we had him replumb our entire system so that all the pipes were straight and the filter and pump were situated fully on the pad like they belonged. He also patched a suction side air leak at our request, and he will be sending us a quote for a full valve replacement in case the patch goes bad and we opt to pay for a more permanent fix. Highly recommend due to responsiveness and good workmanship.

I ultimately decided to find a different pool service after several issues with communication and…read moremaintenance. Over several months, I closely monitored my pool's filter pressure and water quality. On multiple occasions, I had to notify the owner when the filter pressure became excessively high, resulting in cloudy water and reduced circulation. In one instance, I backwashed the filter myself after documenting a 25 PSI reading, reducing it to 15 PSI. On another occasion, I notified the owner that the pressure had reached 21 PSI, and he came out the following day to backwash the system. I also noticed instances where the filter pressures documented in the emailed service reports did not match what I found when I inspected the pool the following day. Those discrepancies prompted me to contact the owner to better understand why my observations differed from what had been reported in the service records. The final issue occurred after a service visit when the emailed report stated the backwash valve would not turn and recommended replacement. When I inspected the equipment later that day, I found the backwash handle detached from the valve housing and immediately sent the owner photos and messages asking about the discrepancy between the service report and what I found. I never received a response to those messages. When I called the following day to discuss the situation, the conversation ended with the owner discontinuing service. I understand that pool equipment can fail over time, and I wasn't expecting perfection. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication when I raised legitimate concerns backed by photos and observations. I was simply looking for an explanation of the discrepancies and an opportunity to resolve the issues professionally, but instead my concerns went unanswered and our service relationship ended.
