The first sales man I talk to when I brought the door to them was great. Talk about the issues. Called to resolve how to best fix them. When the door was finally ready, I went to pick it up. And the was a different salesman at the desk. The original guy I was told was busy with another customer. So I had to deal with Kevin who proceeded to speak to me in a rude tone immediately. Told me my door was not there. Lie. I could see it sitting on a box. He was speaking to me so loud and rude I has to ask him why he was talking to me like this. other employees that were working there witness the exchange going on , and said nothing!! When I checked the door gasket it was not properly finished the two ends were not together part of the gasket was pulled down and gasket material was all flayed out. I ask the rule guy if he thought this was good work ? He starts the yell at me again and says come back in a week! And yelled at me to have a nice day!! I Forgot to get a receipt. When I asked for one Then threw it on the counter at me .Yelling at me again to have a good day.. Sorry so long winded. So I call to speak to the owner. Who called me once and I was working I missed the call I finally called when I could. His first comment was I called you twice... me ok I don't see that on my phone. Anyway he said he spoke to his employees. they said they they heard the both of us yelling ". Me) really !! I'm the customer. I only Came to get my door you've had for 31/2 weeks As for his employee the owners comment was " I don't know what his problem was " Me) oh so that's ok with you! The the owner said that before I came in that day, A family with a special needs child must have touched the gasket and had routined my gasket. Me ) really your blaming a " special needs child " me unbelievable " To conclude that ridicules episode the owner said he would deliver the door to my house and how was I going to pay the $100 repair! Me really you want me to pay for being verbal being harassed at your place of business. ( Him oh ok) same shitty attitude . The own did deliver it. They have a bad rating on yelp . Although the "nut" had split, the connection wasn't leaking, so I left it alone. :) As I prepared to open the pool this year, it became apparent that I needed to replace the broken piece. Since it was a PVC connector that was part of the plumbing for all of the return lines, the repair was looking fairly complex. I brought the piece to the shop, where I met with Keller and Bill. Keller was just as concerned as I was about the complexity of rebuilding everything necessary to replace the one broken component. As Bill walked by, he took one look at the part and said, "Oh, that's an easy fix." Keller and Bill headed to the back and returned with a handful of pieces. It's a little complicated to describe, but I got home, followed their advice, and was up and running in no time. Experience matters. What seems like a dilemma to one person is often a problem that someone else has solved many times before. The lesson learned: when in doubt, ask an expert. I'm grateful for Bill's experience and his willingness to share it. Thank you!

Fast-forward to this past June. A very brief tornado went through our neighborhood, but it was strong enough to destroy our pool. They were absolutely wonderful helping us through the process of getting a quote for the insurance company and lining up people to get the replacement pool put up quickly so that we could have a pool for the rest of the summer. I can't say enough about the people here. They are truly wonderful. I only wish they were closer. As a typical Rhode Islander, Coventry is a hike, so we try to only go up once or twice a year... He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon.
