Great Service! Dr took my call even though it was after hours. Called him on a Sunday. Over the phone I explained what was going on with my eye and he gave me instructions on how to care for my eye while I was at home. I kept calling him a few times Sunday I didn't wanna be insisting but Dr happily took all my calls. He gave me an appointment right away early in the morning to be seen. Checked out my eye a couple times making sure there was nothing left. Very satisfied with his service. Will highly come back if any other problem occurs. Very affordable I might add. read more

This review is about the billing. We were in there and they billed me and I paid balance. A week later, they call and say oops, we forgot to charge you a co-pay so you now have a balance. Unprofessional, they should not go back and add additional fees after they provided me a receipt saying paid in full. Beware, they might add additional fees when you think you paid in full read more

I went in because my eye was very red after I accidentally scratched it. It looked like I was bleeding. Dr. Poolsaad immediately examined my eye to make sure my cut wasn't too deep or affecting my vision. After explaining to me the healing process I was very satisfied. I left with a peace of mind. Came here to have my five year olds visit on checked by Dr. Poolsaad. He was very patient with her and answered all her questions. (She wanted to know what everything was lol) He would also take the time to explain to me what he was noticing about her vision. Poolsaad Family Vision is a great place to take your family for their eye care needs. Previously Fabrizio Vision, this place took really good care of my three kids. Two out of my three children are on the spectrum and the staff was very patient, kind and gentle with them. My kids left having a great experience, except for the eye drops, but let's face it... who likes that part! Even with my kids feeling uneasy with the dilation, the doctor was very kind.
