I had to call them in last week for a leak that emptied the spa overnight! Today I had to call them back. We had left the side panels off & turned on a high velocity fan to dry out the "guts". However, there remained a small trickle of water oozing out. Due to the recent rain, and a major leak, it was extremely difficult to locate the minor leak. They arrived today on time, quickly got us water tight, and reinstalled the outer panels. And guess what? No charge! He said their work is guaranteed, so today's repair is covered from last week.
