Four years ago I decided to buy a hot tub. I did my research on the internet and then went to the…read moreSuburban Showplace for the Tub and Spa show. I talked to probably every vendor there. I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

So we called Glenn's and they came out within a week. Ken was very knowledgeable and found the source of the leak right away! I wish we had called them first! Also, their prices were very fair.

The equipment isn't crammed it, and their is tons of variety for a total body workout. The bathrooms, locker area and workout floor is always tidy and love the natural lighting from the big windows. 2. Staff: Friendly, helpful & always smiling! Seems like they enjoy working here, which helps me to enjoy my workout more! I love the class instructors, upbeat and very knowledgable. The Barre class is my personal favorite! 3. Perks: Salon, cafe, pool, climbing wall, hot tub & sauna... Seriously everything you could wish for! The chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake is what I look forward to after every workout session.

We pay a premium for this gym to enjoy a pool, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. Unfortunately,…read morethe place is packed with clicks of kids dropped off all day to hang out. The pool is overrun with kids to the point they spill over into the swim lanes so either they are in my way or a random soccer ball gets slammed into my head while swimming. I watched a guy in the hot tub get his glasses knocked off his face and broken by a kid jumping in despite the 18 or older sign. The lifeguards ignore it all. Adult swim time is extremely limited. Wanted to learn Pilates. Class hours are sparse. I took 3 classes but stopped when I hurt my back - the instructor was disinterested. I get closer coaching at independent studios. The kids use the weight machines to sit and scroll on their phones. Not a lot of working out going on while I'm waiting. I never see anyone clean a machine after they use it so I clean before and after each machine use. The locker room bathroom is pretty gross, staff just can't possibly keep up with the crowds. I'm forced to head back to Planet Fitness where membership costs are reasonable. No pool but I can't use it at Lifetime anyway so I may as well stay at Planet Fitness. This is so disappointing, I had high hopes because they have so much to offer. Planet Fitness is closer to home and more adult.

He seems to claim several names, Jeffery Anderson at times. Probably both fake. He said that we needed a new heater. So I paid him in advance for the heater as well as for that days service call. He subsequently blew off TWO following appointments without calling to let me know why or when he would actually be back to install the heater I paid for. So on top of everything else this cost me, I lost two days pay waiting at home for him for no good reason. He surely could have picked up the phone to release me from this unnecessary waiting game but chose to leave me hanging interminably instead. All this time I had space heaters on my tub, hoping it did not freeze up which would destroy it. When he finally did show up to install the heater, I had told him in advance not to wake me up until he had the job done. When he woke me up he told me that I owed $355.00 for that days labor. I trusted it was true and paid him as I had not idea how long he had been working. Later, I checked my security cams and discovered that it took him under 30 minutes. Since when do hot tub techs make $700 per hour? Knowing that this is an unreasonable amount to pay for hot tub service I contacted the store. Charlie the owner of the store, who had previously told me that he had personally trained the technician to work for him, told me that he was not responsible for what I was charged and it was none of his business! Really? So, even though the tech was trained at the store, and sent to me by the store, they claim to be...not responsible? That about sums it up. Avoid!

See attached photos ; what pool store maintains said hours during the summer ??…read more First ... is the 5 gallon bucket with the roof dripping @ the H2O testing station still there for the last decade(s) ? As a prior consumer over decades (2 plus pool(s) ago, driving by the establishment, local resident) I've spent a lot of $ over the last years here [(message me if interested in detailed info] I put their water testing system to the test versus another business. No matter what the water results there, they always push product, is the bucket still collecting water from the ceiling as we spend our $$ This business (Bishop) pushes product to make the money after a water test, to be blunt most products highlighted are counterproductive to the heat and unnecessary $ spent which turns into more $ spent, silly SO ..... I put it to the test a few summers back ... this post is because I can't believe the hours!!! Recently saw it closed driving on 12 mile between Coolidge / Greenfield Is the bucket still there?? The bucket near the testing station?? Last time I went (2 summers ago) I was told I needed product I said I'll be right back, left .. drove to a different location, same water test . results ; water tested good, no product pushed It's sad that this local business has gone downhill, reduced hours, pushes products & last I heard the hazard indeed remains. I get a roof is expensive, business is closed. I really didn't want to slam it, all the same ... it's not worth $$ spent ; is the bucket still there collecting water from the ceiling?? They can do BETTER as a SMALL BUSINESS unless it's that's good that the hours are condensed as such??? Not normal for a pool store
