I took their advice and now my pool is running as good as new! I was so nervous that it was going to be something expensive but they provided me with a fairly easy fix that I was able to handle myself and probably saved me a lot of money! They have a good selection, can test your water for free and write out exactly what you need and the timing for each product (I like to say it's dummy proof - which I need!), and their pricing is fair. I know there's a lot of pool stores around the Valley (I pass by several every day) but A&M on Southern is the only pool store for our family. Definitely check them out and say hi for us!

The install manager blocked my driveway while my family was trying to leave, then refused to move/back out so we could get out. When I insisted they clear the driveway, they canceled the install and walked off the job. Great company and leadership on the sales side -- but the install/service side is a major problem. If you buy here, make sure you get clear accountability on who is responsible for installation behavior, escalation, and completion, because that part was unacceptable.

In November 2021, I had a large water leak. I was told it was likely related to the pool. It took…read moretwo months for them to investigate. I was told they would be able to fix my issues. I called again in February 2022 to "remind them"; they sent someone out right away. They gave me a quote and said they will repair next week. The pool repair guy left my pool vacuum out of the pool. I noticed that the pool cleaning guy would show up, but since it needed repairs, they wouldn't clean the pool. I was so mad they were charging me for cleaning the pool when they clearly weren't, that I canceled the cleaning service late March 2022, especially while I was waiting for them to repair the pool. It is now May 2022. They never fixed the pool leak or the now damaged pool vacuum damaged from being taken out of the pool and left in the sun, but they still continued to charge me. They are frauds. They don't clean your pool or fix repairs, but they know have to save your credit card and keep charging.

I called Friday morning at 8 AM to cancel that appointment after reading the reviews on yelp I was a little gun shy of a company that couldn't seem to get their scheduling together. So today is Monday, June 12 and at 9:30 AM this morning Paula showed up to give me the estimate for the pool. She shows up on the wrong day plus I even canceled the estimate on Friday and spoke with someone in the office, not voicemail. If they can't even get their schedule right for an estimate, I can imagine that they're showing up for pool service on a regular basis is probably not going to happen.
