I am a 15 year old buying a large Pizza and the guy working the counter hates teens or kids In general bro I came and this dude had an attitude and wasn't afraid to show it to me.bad customer service because they think they are tougher than people they are serving only reason it get a 1 star is because there is nothing smaller lmao. My dude has no manners and no respect I said "thank you" after getting my pizza and they didn't say nothing and then I said "your welcome" in a stronger, louder tone and they told me to leave, and to be honest after he told me to leave I told him "fuck you" as I was bedding out and he came out the back all mad and acting tough and started arguing saying how respect is a two way lane and and I told him how am I going to give you respect if you had an attitude since I came. I didn't want to get my ass beat by a 40 year old pizza guy because he probably is barely making any income for himself that why he's mad and stuck in the same place. after We said a few words I decided to leave because he wasn't worth me wasting my time and making my pizza cold also the pizza is DOG SHIT it was too salty and has a very weird taste. the pizza from Big Tony's is better and just half a block away from PooP in Pizza. Very good pizza at very decent prices. Been a customer for 20 years at least, and there's a reason. Perfect thickness of crust---not too thin, and not like a stack of beer coasters. The sauce is tasty with a bit of kick/spice(not hot), great cheese, and the sausage has a very good taste as well. Neighborhood residents get the coupons in the mail or on the door where you can get a Family Size sausage pizza for $10.50! here is one of the great pizza and RC places. One of the best pizza places on the south side of Chicago. My favorite is a sausage, jalapeños, and extra cheese pizza. They also have great chicken wings and steak fries. Worst service in town!!! They call themselves pop-n-pizza but I think they misspelled it. the real name is Poop-n-pizza!!!! The pizza is too sweet,Taste like tomato sauce and sugar!!! They have a small dining room but no bathroom for guest to wash their hands. i ordered fried chicken and it was pretty good deal tasted good. So, i went back one day I ordered the same deal on chicken then i went to pick it up an hour later and the lady at front desk put her hand on her forehead and said "Oh man, we forgot we have one fryer and had a big order ahead of you". i was kind and understanding knowing humans make mistakes. I went and ordered tacos elsewhere because it was my daughter and sons homecoming High school dance and was running late. I tried two days later again because i craved fried chicken.My wife told them about the most recent unpleasent experience and the same lady assured my wife they would put it in immediately .. they told my wife to come pick it up in 30 to 45 minutes. i showed up 40 minutes later and then the same story only difference was they claim they told my wife that it would be ready in an hour. That very same moment they pulled out raw chicken and was about to bread it for preperation but I said I couldn't wait another 30 minutes. When I called in to do my order on Friday, the women who took my order was nice and friendly. Very polite and answered my questions accordingly. It was my second time ordering. My first time was a few years back when we moved in the neighborhood. I had though the pizza wasn't as good, I tried it again on Easter Sunday at a friends house and the pizza was delicious. I found out it was from here, so I decided to give them another try. I choose the sausage with extra sauce. I loved it on the first bite. Talk about the best handmade pizza joint around. They make their own sausage and cheese. The sauce they use for the pizza plus the spices they add ontop of the cheese make this spot the place to order when were in the mood for a made to order non generic pizza such as a frozen one or pizza hut or little ceasers. We order from here often, I was shocked to see these bad reviews, their food is top notch and so is their customer service, they go b and beyond to provide high quality food at very good prices. Their pizza is between a thin and medium crust with lots of cheese slightly sweet sauce and always fresh and high quality sausage. beef sandwiches and fries are some of the best in this part of the city. Super Ultra Mega Awesome place to order from!! We had Pop-N-Pizza cater an event and not only were they friendly and prompt with delivery but my guests kept the compliments coming on all the food they delivered for us. The mostacholi and mash potatoes kept people getting up for seconds and people fell in love with the hot wings, they were huge! The vegetarian pizza was also a big hit! that one finished fist. The pizzas we ordered had my guests drooling over how good the sauce was. We will defiantly be ordering from here for our next event! read more

This place has been in the neighborhood for years. Great pizza. The secrets in the sauce. I keep it original with the sausage and cheese pizza but their Italian beef pizza is good as well. Delivery is also prompt. I've never had an issue with that. Their drivers are pretty cool as well. Only gripe that I have is when calling it sometimes they can be a little rude over the phone. I lived near this place for over 20yrs we were regulars but last couple years the place has deteriorated both the spot and their food. It seems so dirty and sloppy now. My last order was a pizza bread and it was disgusting and it's gross to have a garbage bin nexur cooking station! I have never ordered since! I wish I could give no stars.. We ordered a jumbo cheese, a fry, and mozzarella sticks. The food got delivery within a good time frame but everything the could. We called back and the all the manager said was there's no way it's cold it only takes 20 minutes to get there! They didn't want to do anything for us and after putting up a fight said they would give us a credit. I work in the food industry and this isn't how you treat customers! I recently ordered a general pizza with half pepperoni, it was god awful greasy and I called to complain. I said the thing was so greasy we where using napkins to stop the grease from running. I was told I would be given a call back because I called to complain the next morning . I had to call back twice .Then I finally spoke with a semi person in charge. He said that I should have taken A photo and called back that same night. It was near closing time . Regardless I expect a decent pizza and the complaint was that I got half pepperoni and I should not be told that the reason it is greasy is because of the pepperoni. I have been ordering from pop n pizza for like 15 + and I have always loved there pizza especially the sauce the food is great now let's talk about the " customer service " I have always complained about how rude those teenagers they had there were w/ customers on the phone and when you walked not a hello welcome nothing but my opinion has changed they have hired which I am assuming because I have ordered quite a few times now and I have spoken to a young gentleman and a young women there and the service is unbelievable they are very courteous omg it's breathtaking to call now I love the way they are with the customers now they don't even get upset if you get your order all mixed up they even tell me what deals they have congratulations on your customer service I am a very very happy customer great job guys !!!! now I tell everyone to call PopNPizza!!!! One of the best pizza joints on the southwest side. If you're feeling crazy order with extra sauce or extra cheese. Both very amazing!! Granted the place looks like a whole in the wall and no menu or hours listed online, it's worth risking it. I swear, I order from there once a week. This is the first time I'm writing a review and hopefully the last time. I had a bad experience with the quality of the pizza as well as the customer service of Pop-N-Pizza. I had ordered a large sausage pizza, you would figure a pretty simple order to fill. Instead I received a pizza pie, which was about 4 layers of dough, extra scimpy on the cheese and pizza sauce. Perhaps all the ingredients soaked in the massive amount of dough. They must have made a mistake and made a double dough pizza. I called them about the mistake and the girl who answered gave me the third degree and disagreed about the mistake. I don't know her name because she said that she doesn't disclose that....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was another girl that said she was the manager, who had a very bad attitude. We tried to eat a slice and it tasted bad, extremely doughy and no toppings on it. My family's dinner was ruined. Bottom line, do not go there! The customer service is bad and so is the food quality. Not sure if there are difference owners or what, but I'm glad that there are many pizza places in the area to choose from because I will be returning. I hope this helps. read more
