Cute little dumpling spot. Tables to dine in. I ordered basil chicken pan dumpling and pork and green peppers. Both were great. I enjoyed the basil chicken more. Soup dumpling is were great size and delicious. Very close to home so will definitely be visiting more and I found out they deliver to my area. Great experience.

I can see why customers would enjoy their fried dumplings, eaten by itself. However, it was freezing cold out after a snowstorm in NY, so I stopped by to dine alone and ordered the chicken dumpling noodle soup, to find that fried dumplings were thrown in a bowl of bland milky broth with noodles. The fried dumplings were soggy and no longer crispy, and the entire meal was pretty flavorless and disappointing.

I came back again after many years to try this unassuming dumpling place and I'm glad to report they are still pretty good. The store is tiny with a few seats and no frills but their dumplings pack a lot of flavor. I got their soup dumplings and wonton soup as well as a homemade iced citron tea drink. If you need to use your credit card you should let them know before you place your order. They take credit cards as well as Zelle. They prefer cash. The soup dumplings were a surprise. It's not bad. There was plenty of soup inside and the filling was flavorful. The wrapping was not as thin as some of the best but it wasn't bad. The wonton soup tasted like my mother's. The soup was a little thin but those wontons are legit. The citron tea was sweet and refreshing.

This place has like a fast food vibe going on. The staff is very nice, but it's just a weird little place. The pork noodle soup was really good. I ordered a bunch of different dumplings, including soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and other dumplings. All of the dumplings were good-not great. I would not go out of my way to come here for the dumplings. I may come back for the noodle soup with pork.

This is a fast casual spot. Your order at the counter and they'll bring your order out. I can hear with four others- two were children and the other two were adults. We shared everything and it was filling for us. When we entered the restaurant, our hunger level was--on a scale of 1-10-at a 6. The dumplings were great; we got veggie pan seared dumplings and pork and shrimp pan seared dumplings. The soups were mediocre and I don't recommend them. We ordered a beef noodle soup, and wonton soup without noodles. That said, the wonton in the soup was not bad. It's good for what it is, and if you're looking for more authentic Chinese food, head elsewhere.

The atmosphere is a vibe a nice place to sit with friends or on a date. I love the music options that are played. My dumplings were very appetizing and my citron honey tea was good. I will definitely come back the service was good.

Very warm inside. Greets you as you come in. . Very soft spoken. Nice little appetizer spot or quick bite. Parking on street. Heart of Metropolitan. Fried or steamed dumplings , Shumai or soup for the snowy weather.

Food: Pork & shrimp pan fried dumplings & wonton soup were delicious! Soup had a delicious broth flavor and the dumplings come with 12! I didn't think I was going to end up eating all of it but it was so good, I kept eating! Service: Nice lady working the front and cooking as well. Ambiance: Very cute and clean little shop. Can't wait to come back!

We ordered soup dumplings, shumai and pan fried dumplings. The soup dumplings were okay-- the wrapping was very thin which I typically like, but they all broke as I tried to pick them up. The shumai tasted good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the pan fried dumplings. Not usually into BBQ beef dumplings, but the flavor along with the sweet dip was very nice!

Omg I just had the most amazing dumplings of my life!! Basil chicken dumplings were out of this world delicious!! For a sweet treat I also got an order of red bean buns to go. Not only were they cute they were also delicious!

Nothing to write home about. These are Chinese dumplings. People come and for momos. Momos are Tibetan. I ordered half spicy beef and half pork. They were ok. $14 for a plate is pricey. Probably worth $9.99 at most. Wouldn't go there again u less absolutely needed to. There are better dumplings places around

Very good dumplings. Always hot and fresh. Good selection too. Usually takes a shorter amount of time than they tell you which is nice. We had 6 pork and shrimp and 6 pork with peppers (slightly spicy). 12 dumplings for $11. Good deal. You can sit down or take out. They pack everything very well for take out!!

Towards the end, for dessert, they gave sweet soup and watermelons as freebies. For dimsum, we were seated in another room towards the back where the AC was blowing towards us, it was a very unpleasant feeling, so bring a jacket with you for just in case. The food was good, they got everything that I wanted: congee, fried dough, spare ribs, chicken feet and plenty more items. Cart ladies are nice. Big space, lots of seatings, but it's very busy.

As it was a banquet, I can't exactly comment on the prices, but the food was very tasty overall, with particularly good seafood. The service was quick, refilling tea whenever necessary. The following were the dishes in order: Shrimp Trio Appetizer: Included Har Gow, Shumai, and Shrimp Egg Rolls. Favorites were the shumai, then the har gow, and then the egg rolls. All the dumpling skins were pretty thin and good quality, with plenty of plump shrimp. Shumai in particular had a wonderful bouncy texture Steamed Pacific Oyster With XO Sauce: One of the unexpected highlights. Excellent XO sauce with a lot of umami and a surprising amount of kick with giant tender oysters beneath. I am not usually the biggest fan of oysters, but this was excellent Roasted Squab: Fun presentation with tasty bony meat. Not dry with a nice crispy edge. One of the meat highlights, outside of it being maybe a little bit salty Snow Pea Leaves With Dried Scallop: Fresh snow peas, but not much flavor from the compoy/dried scallop, with it more providing a gloopier texture. This was only decent Lamb Chop With Fried Garlic: Nicely aromatic, but the lamb could have been a bit more tender. Good overall, but not my favorite Lobster With Fried Sticky Rice: The highlight of the night with plenty of sweet, tender lobster meat, savory fried rice, and some lap cheong/Chinese sausage for extra texture. Easily my favorite, and that opinion was shared by many Stir Fried Satay Beef: Nice tender beef with a mildly sweet sauce. Tasty/one of the better meat courses Clams With Black Bean Sauce: Another highlight. Excellent black bean sauce with enough douchi for flavor, but not too much that it was salty. Clams were fresh and were all open. Sauce wasn't too gloopy either Chinese Broccoli With Preserved Meat: Nice texture with a bit of smoky-sweet flavor from the lap yuk/smoked pork belly and yet more lap cheong. Tasty Eggplant With Chicken and Salted Fish Casserole: Nice mix with tender eggplant, some juicy chicken, and not too much salted fish. Couldn't eat a ton as I was getting full/ concentrating on the dishes I liked a bit more Pork Belly and Preserved Vegetable Casserole: Pork was very flavorful, and the preserved mustard greens/mei cai was tender and too salty. Probably the best of the meat dishes, with a handful of folks taking some home Duck & Mustard Greens Rice Noodle: Nice wok hei with some pretty tender duck and a bit of tiny sourness from the mustard greens. Was running a bit low on stomach room by this point, so I didn't have much. Pumpkin Sago Dessert Soup: A thicker, richer soup with a bit of sweetness, but not too much, as expected. Tasty end We had a wonderful time, and I'm looking forward to next March for another meal here

We came for dim sum and stayed for lunch. I loved that the rice rolls were made only if someone ordered them. My fav is the shrimp rice roll. The shrimp rice crepe wrapped me in its warm embrace while the fresh shrimp was almost crunchy, steamed just right. The chicken feet will always be one of my favorite dishes, they marinate it well and it's usually very flavorful. Our seafood chow fun was very well made, fresh rice noodle with shrimp, scallops, squid and other seafood cooked just right. The chefs here are spot on every time in taste, texture and the degree to which everything should be cooked to perfection. It's always a joy to feast here for celebrations, family dinners and everything in-between. Two thumbs up! My favorite was the shrimp cheung fun--it's one of my go-to dim sum dishes, and this one did not disappoint. We also ordered from the menu the pan-fried noodles with beef, which came in a surprisingly large portion and was very tasty. Service was quick, and the food arrived without much wait. One thing to note is that the dining room feels a bit tight, especially with the traditional dim sum carts moving around the aisles.
