Stopped at this establishment for a sandwich, sides and wings on a Saturday. It was mildly busy as I entered the building. The atmosphere was upbeat and clean. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, sweet and spicy wings, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It was served within five minutes, the staff was efficient and polite. The sandwich was very good, my favorite among the chicken sandwich competitors. The wings were crispy with an applied sauce, good but not exceptional in my estimation. The coleslaw was delicious and the mashed potatoes were good. I would not hesitate to return.

I'm just gonna say it...I LOVED their spicy chicken sandwich

The saying holds true here - "You get what you pay for." Fried chicken was juicy, but I've had much better. (Tops actually makes some great fries chicken). Fries tasted more greasy than "cajun." The 2-piece chicken with 2 sides and a biscuit was only $6 plus some change. I used an offer available through ordering online. Also this location never seems to have dine-in available. You can't walk in to grab an online/app order either.

I ordered Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravymashed and I got Coleslawcoleslaw

My food was so horrible. My order was completely wrong. I tried calling the store they don't answer. My food was lukewarm. I will be calling corporate I ordered mashed potatoes and got coleslaw and cold fries. I ordered wings look what I got see pictures below

We had to grab a quick snack when we were running errands. We used the drive through. It was fast and the food was hot. My significant other wanted to try the chicken sandwich to compare it to Chick-fil-a. He liked the packaging they used because it was lined so there was some insulation to keep it hot and crispy. The sandwich was good and much crispier than Chick-fil-a. The chicken strips were good, also very crispy and the Bayou Buffalo sauce has a lot of flavor. Good option for a snack when you are on the run. From what we could see the workers inside the restaurant were wearing masks and following covid guidelines.

Some lackluster Popeyes food, I wasn't expecting perfection but come on.....

Eeeeeh, I hate to say it but Chick Fil-A is better than Popeyes by a landslide! Went for only the second time ever this past weekend , craving some southern delicacies. Tried to order a sweet tea, they were out even though the canister was right on the counter. Ordered a spicy chicken tender combo (3 tenders) and an extra side of mashed potatoes. The tenders were very rubbery, fries were just ok (Arby's are seasoned better ) and no butter served with the biscuit (only honey, what?) . The mashed potatoes were the only saving grace, I liked the spicy gravy they were served with. That order came to over $12 and I was still kind of hungry cause the serving size was so small on the sides. I don't think I'll be back .....

Regular drive-thru Popeye's quality but asked me 3 times "spicy or mild," both were supposed to be spicy... and where did the French fries and second biscuit come from? But thanks for the extras man!

The three stars is for the food. The chicken itself is outstanding, and the French fries are also really good. I found the service a bit lacking, thus only three stars. It was not crowded. I walked in and there was one group eating and one person waiting for food. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful. However, I placed my order, paid and was given my receipt and a "buzzer" and I waited. The thing that irked me is that I saw my order come from the kitchen, handed from a cook to an employee on the other side of the window, who kept talking and talking and talking to the cook while my food was sitting there. All she needed to do was put the order into the plastic bag, but for about five minutes talked to the cook and kept her back to the customer area, as did the other employees. I saw other employees walking around, there were more staff than customers, but I don't know what they were accomplishing. But my order still waited as they all talked. She eventually very, very slowly added the box with my food to the plastic bag and finally I received my order. Why did it take so long to put my order into a plastic bag and give it to me? The "sliders" are actually a full size sandwich, don't let the name fool you. It was delicious, if slightly cool from sitting at the counter. However, I don't like to patronize a business that has no real management on premises making sure that the staff is engaged. This never happens at Chick Fil-A. I will give them another chance because the food was so good.

My wife had never tried Dave's before so we were running errands and decided to stop in. We ordered it for pick up because of the snow storm and the amount of snow in the parking lot was our sign to take it home. We walked in and this location is huge. It is a really nice location inside and I like how they have a tv screen that tracks your order for you so you know when it's ready. So cool. Our order was being packed up as I walked in so perfect timing. The food itself was great! I ended up going with one medium and one hot. There is definitely a jump up in spiciness between the two levels and they are very flavorful with the spice, not just a blind heat. These sliders are HUGE. They really fill you up and the fries are perfect. Love the seasoning and the crinkle cut. We will definitely be back for more and this is a great place when you're looking for that hot chicken fix.

I'm the Gm here at Five Guys in Hamburg, reaching out regarding the complaint you left online. I'm so sorry they got your order wrong. I can re-make the order for you or I can mail out 2 $10 comp cards. Just let me know which one you prefer or if there is a different solution I can provide for you. My reply: Thank you-the 2 $10 comp cards would be sufficient. I appreciate the prompt response; we have never had an issue at your establishment before so I know this was just an unfortunate mistake. I left my address for the manager. This was the last time I heard anything from management--no further response, no comp cards, nothing. I sent a follow-up email about 2 weeks later: Hello, I reached out over two weeks ago to your email apologizing for my wrong order and offering to send me 2 $10 comp cards to which I accepted. I have not received anything as of yet; just curious as to whether or not those will be sent or if some other compensation will occur. Thank you, No response from management to that e-mail as well. To be disappointed would be an understatement; basic customer service skills by restaurants to fix mistakes that THEY MADE appear to be a thing of the past. While I would still appreciate any kind of communication from management, I will not be holding out hope as they clearly do not value their patrons.

Most recently, I asked for extra ketchup and mustard because the burgers are always dry. When we got to the window I began looking through the bag after the girl told me "it's in the bottom of the bag". We were told to pull forward if we are going to look through the bag. I said "no", because many trips here includes issues. Of course I get to the bottom of the bag and it only has honey mustard and spicy mustard in the bag. Straight up LIED to me!! I said "this isn't mustard", she replied "that's all we have", I responded "then how do you top the burgers"?? She just looked at me. I told her to get a small cup or box and put some in it! For some reason this location will not buy packets of mustard. My last poor review was because after I drove away, they hadn't told me it was in a nugget box and thrown in the bag that way! It was all over everything. Thankfully this is emergency food only. Such poor service. To lie to my face that something was in the bag when they knew it wasn't is unacceptable. If that girl worked for me, she would be out the door. Not reasonable for what they are paying these people!

The future looks like Chipotle clones and Cava copies. If you like that future, have fun there. I won't be joining you. It's a good thing the name isn't written backwards otherwise you'd be in Det's. And then there would be Det collectors and you know how mean those guys can be. What to get: Polish! Polish! Polish! I'm not talking about your mani, but your dog! No not that dog, I mean the hot dog you order here! What else: Footlong dog, and I'm not talking about your man, you wish. Anything else: Yes. (shakes like a piece of chocolate). What was that? It's a chocolate shake! The service isn't always great but that can be said about every Ted's. It just depends which one of the 74 teenagers working at the place, that you get serving you. It's quint-essential Buffalo. Not that it's essential to have quints in Buffalo. Twins or triplets will do. Too expensive. But you must visit Ted's at least once to see what you think. Personally we just have cats, but we practice making babies constantly. They're a wonderful place. Their sausages are phenomenal, especially the Polish, the Footlong is great too. You absolutely must try the Polish, it shoots hot juice into my mouth even more expertly than any man I've ever met. It's just so damn delicious. Give it a try and see what I mean. They don't take phone orders (they should). Their Italian sausage is excellent, their burgers are nice, their footlongs and regular dogs are better, and their Polish is the piece-de-resistance, whatever that means. Perhaps you can use it to resist the fascists of new America, they're sadly on Yelp too. I can name them. For a small fee. It's good. Very good. And their chocolate milkshakes (with malt added) are muy excelente, if a little smallente. But also not as expensive as some shakes in the area and every bit as tasty. Ted's always disappoints me price wise. It looks cheap but next thing you know it's more than $10 for more than a snack. But it's excellent so I put up with it. Not a satisfying meal, but a wonderful snack. Which is why Akon did that song "Snack That" which was about Ted's. The Loganberry is also awesome, by the way. Just about twice as sweet as it should be. Made with real sugar. I recommend doing it 1 part water, 1 part Loganberry. Yours Sincerely, Ted Theodore Loganberry
