The guy at the window took the fries back and then another employee came back and accused me of eating the fries, which never happened. How you could willingly give someone else my order and then turn around to say that you don't have that order? First of all, it's 2024 and they're still drive thru only. Probably because they have less complaints due to people not wanting to have to go back through the drive thru line. The food is ok but the customer service isn't. I ordered the 5 piece spicy tenders and when I got to the window the employee asked if mild is okay otherwise it's going to be a 5 minute wait for spicy. I said mild is okay then he still had me pull forward and wait for 8 minutes. Then they finally brought it out and...forgot the dipping sauces. They wouldn't do anything about a refund other than say we had to come back in. An employee walked out of the building and said "we closed, we aren't taking any more orders". There were only four people in front of me and bins full of chicken.
