Me and my cousin decided to treat ourselves to some Popeyes and honestly the food itself wasn't bad -- but the bill? That was a whole experience on its own. I ordered an 8-piece mixed (half spicy, half regular), a side, four biscuits, and a chicken sandwich. With a $6.99 coleslaw, I'm looking at $41 for a fast food run. I had to stare at that total for a second. Now the food -- let me be honest. The chicken was really good, crispy and seasoned well, solid 8/10. The coleslaw was fresh and topped up nicely, I'd give it a 7/10. The mashed potatoes were just okay, nothing special, 6/10. But those biscuits with the butter and honey? 9/10 easily -- absolute favorite thing on the menu, don't let anyone take that from you. Here's where it went left though. My cousin ordered her own 8-piece and asked for gravy. They told her it was included. She gets her order -- no gravy anywhere in the bag. She ends up paying $8.99 for a small container of gravy, when my coleslaw was only $6.99. That math is not mathing and it really left a bad taste for both of us. The food has its moments for sure, but the pricing feels like a lot for what you're getting, and the mix-up with the gravy was just frustrating. Hopefully they do better. This is unfortunately the closest Popeyes to me which makes it convenient. At this point I will be driving even farther to make sure we don't ever come here again. I love this Popeyes Chicken! The Workers are always polite and food is always good! I really wanted to try the Pickle Glazed Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious! I would definitely get that again! Every time I order three shrimp tackle boxes from Popeyes, I pay extra for additional sauces -- and every single time, I only receive the three sauces that come with the meals. The extra sauces I paid for are never included. This isn't a one-off mistake. It's a pattern. Either the order isn't being read or customers are being charged for items they don't receive. Either way, it's unacceptable. If you're going to charge extra, make sure the items actually show up. Extremely frustrating and not worth the hassle anymore. read more

I truly wish some of the people below who left horrible reviews would return this location now and give it another chance. This is one of the BEST Popeyes around. The kid working behind the counter today (3/17/25 around 2p) is phenomenal and exactly what fast food restaurants need when putting someone in charge at the counter. I think his name is Mike. It he is friendly, positive, happy, talkative. He smiles, offers advice and is just nice. Go figure right! lol The fact that this isn't the norm these days is kinda depressing but good on him for taking his job seriously and caring about the experience of his customers. BRAVO!!!! Ps. I stopped by this Popeyes today to take advantage of my T-Mobile Tuesday deal on their wings. I applied the coupon to my account so I placed my order on their app. I got 6 bone in wings with the signature hot seasoning and did the same for my other 6 orders of wings. The key to using the coupon is that you have to add your 1st time to the court first and then add the coupon code afterwards for it to work properly. I put in my order right when they open, I had to wait 1 minutes extra for the app to detect it properly and my order was placed. I found the store alright and there not a lot of parking spots here but since I was there first customer, it wasn't a problem. I walked inside and showed the cashier my online order email. She handed me my food and asked if I needed any extra sauces. The wings were good and I especially like the signature hot seasoning. The inside of this place is not that big so be aware. read more

Well, the last couple of orders were all ready on the advertised, and actually correct and cooked properly. Nice changes to be sure. What they have done now to keep us on our toes is make it virtually impossible to use coupons and or you points awarded by their rather difficult to navigate ordering app. God help you if wish to change your mind; no forgiveness here. Any wrong selection becomes written in stone. App could be a bit more user friendly. After the fact I did that when I walked in the store in the first place. What's the point of ordering through the app if the workers don't update when the food is ready? If I hadn't gone in and stayed at home. I would have never got an update when my food was ready to be picked up. Worst experience ever! We got there at 9:30pm Friday night and ordered a family meal. The server said nothing about their "dine in" hours. This is the first time I am hearing about dine in hours. If the restaurant closes at 10pm and clients were there and ordered wayyyy prior to closing time (30 minutes is ample amount of time for a fast food restaurant) they should not be kicked out. When the server gave us our order at 9:45 she said it's to go. We were shocked as this was not told to us when we ordered. No customer service exists anymore! I love the Popeyes chicken sandwich and my recent experience did not fail! I came a little before 6 PM in the middle of the week and a short line was formed outside the door. Once a customer inside would receive their order and leave, the cashier would allow the next customer in. It was good to know that they are compliant with COVID rules. We waited about 10 minutes until our order of two spicy chicken sandwiches was ready. If you've had the spicy chicken sandwich, I don't need to tell you how delicious it is. Our sandwiches were fresh and everything we've expected in comparison to other locations. I've also ordered chicken tenders in the past from here and those are always good as well! They forgot a big part of my take-out order, and when I called to fix it, they sounded annoyed. Employees are rude, often don't get my order right, their morale is low, are slow, and seem to not care about their job. I ordered last month and I ordered large Cole slaw but received a small. I drove back while my food was getting cold and the employee asked for my small Cole slaw back before giving me what I ordered. After telling him there's no way I'm driving back again and he gave me the large. They didn't offer anything else to apologise for getting my order wrong and my now cold dinner. Another visit I waited in line and after placing my order, her register could not accept cash, I had to wait on the other line and order again. There was no card/cash sign nor did an employee tell us. Another time I ordered about $55 worth of food, paid cash with $100 bill. They would not take it. Absolutely rediculious that a business doesn't accept legal tender. Buy a counterfeit pen and spend time training your employees. Tonight's visit was very disappointing as usual. I had a face covering but not a mask. My face was covered as per the CDC but it wasn't a blue mask. I had to go home, find another mask. To make matters worse, tonight's chicken was cooked in old oil. I've complained about this franchise to Popeye's many times and nothing has been done.
