Do not recommend. Waste of time and money. Been here.... Maybe a dozen times now? Has been usually not great service but today was downright terrible. I'm pretty done with this location. Placed an order through the mobile app. In theory, this should save time, right? I arrived about 10 min after the order was placed. I'm in the drive thru with three cars ahead of me. So how, you might ask, did it take me almost a 1/2 hour to get to the window to receive my food? I can tell you that it had nothing to do with quality control! When I get home, the order is missing things. Large mac n cheese? Nope, they gave me two smaller cups of mac n cheese. Large Coleslaw and popcorn shrimp were missing in action. Receipt in hand, I drive back to the lion's cage for round two. The inside of the restaurant was very clean...... but it seems like I only see it when they screw up my order at the drive thru and I have to come inside. Lady at counter apologized and explained they ran out of large cups for sides and were using two single serving cups for large side orders. I was on my way with popcorn shrimp and slaw in hand after about 10 min waiting. Upon my return home, further investigation into my order reveals that there are multiple pieces of spicy chicken in the family meal (despite ordering all original). The dozen wings were in the same container and mixed together. I think the sauces were layered on top of one another! I figured choosing two sauces meant there would be a half dozen of different sauces in separate containers. In what kind of..... sick and twisted world.... I digress. The two cups of coleslaw were each filled only about 3/4 way. And, to top it all off, I realized now that I didn't get my biscuits. Usually the service is slow here. Despite using the mobile app, I'm usually told to drive around to the front and wait for the order to be brought out. The biscuits, when I actually get them, are usually really good but can sometimes be hard and not safe for my teeth. They don't usually get the order wrong, at least not to this extent. As I bit into this sandwich it was cold, not only that but not even a chicken sandwich, they literally slapped chicken tenders on buns, added some sauce and called it a night. I described the situation to her kindly and she proceeded to give me some bs excuse about how sometimes the chicken pieces are too small and they have to add another. After waiting outside for more than 20 minutes, I finally went inside, only to be ignored by the 6 or more employees behind the counter. When I was finally acknowledged, I was met with rude attitudes and a ridiculous offer of a free side, as if that could make up for almost an hour of waiting for my food! I demanded a refund, and to my shock, the "manager" I had seen on video chat the entire time turned out to be the GENERAL MANAGER named Calina! She had been video chatting with her kids while her customers were left waiting. It was disgusting. I received my refund, but the lack of professionalism, the rude behavior, and the sheer disregard for customers made this experience completely unacceptable.
