It used to be a bit better a while ago but now's it just, really, really not that good at this location. The chicken is sometimes barely edible and in rubbery odd condition. The last like 5 meals I bought here included entire pieces of food that were burnt or rubbery or that just really weird conditions. Plus the technical errors are pretty bad too. I once got charged 11 bucks when ordering online for a mobile order only to realize the entire store was shut down for maintenance. The workers are usually nice though. Regardless probably better to go to another location for now. read more

First off let me say we order here atleast once a week . Never had an issue not once well we got a 12 PC tender meal 2 weeks ago and only like 8 good edible strips. So I did a survey complaining about my chicken big whoop . Well we ordered on valentines day at 8:05pm and arrived at the store at 8:16pm and was told my order isn't ready well 30 mins later the young man running front counter attempts to just make my food he sees my online receipt time stamped and payment method . Well at 8:40 I was told my order was made and handed out already so we are not going to remake this order ...how was it made and handed out in the 10 min drive it took me to get there . The manager admitted she knows my face and sees me every week so how when my order was called for pick up did she not go no that's not who that goes to . I think she saw that bad surgery and decided to throw my ticket away and refused to make my order . The kid running front counter even wen out of his way to find my order on the register time stamped and dated for the 14th and yet the manager refused because it didn't print out of the printer off the line . She was very rude about the whole situation didn't even offer an apology or anything they made the mistake of handing out the wrong order and refused to remake it for the correct person when they made the mistake themselves. The only locations I go to are the BA location and the Peoria location- the chicken is excellent at both these location- the other Tulsa areas are no where as good. I was told that employees are trained at the BA location. Very good service and good food at these spots. read more

The Red Beans we ordered from the Pine St location a little while ago today are SPOILED!! I mean they are literally are so rotten they fizzle in your mouth. They tried to cover it up with the rice. I pray my family does not require medical attention. I have called the number on their page over 11 times, but no answer and there is no service to actually leave them a message. I live to far to go back. I need them to remove those beans from the serving line, immediately. I will call the Tulsa Health Department for them to inspect that location, because obviously they are not checking the temperature or dates on the food there!!! I'm disappointed. Ordered 16 piece chicken meal with an extra large side and an extra eight biscuits. When I pulled up to the window I asked the drive through how many employees were working, she said 10, so I gave a fat cash tip for them to split. I was grabbing my husbands birthday dinner & was in good spirits. I pulled up and waited for about 20 minutes & didn't mind waiting because my order was large. Got home after spending 53+ dollars on the order alone and had eight pieces of chicken, 10 biscuits, six of which were so old & dark brown that I couldn't even break them with my hands. My family made it good because it's 'Dads' birthday & we live an hour away from this Popeyes. We will never come back to this Popeyes chicken. I'm keeping my receipt in my van to remind me of this experience, this place & this day. read more

I went there and got two dinners and when I got home all that was in the bag was the boxes and dip. No silverware no napkin nothing to make dinner easier tonight! If I wanted to fix dinner tonight I wouldn't be going through a drive through. That is just pure laziness on the part of the employee and the negligence of the management supervising employees to make sure the person paying the bills is satisfied and will be coming back! I went back today to complain. . . and showed them a picture of chicken I received as well. They didn't seem to care. I went ahead and ordered another 9 piece meal. The chicken distribution was fine this time; however, the mashed potatoes tasted awful. It had a spoiled/chemical taste. I tried to alert the restaurant; but, they wouldn't answer the phone. . . after 10 tries. I ended up getting sick to my stomach. I did alert their corporate offices and the Tulsa health department. Yesterday an employee spotted the cook with gloved hand, picking his nose and flicking the bugger in the chicken. Then they tried to sell it to him. The employee refused to buy it asked for a refund and explained why. They offered him a month of free lunches. The employee declined. As our first visit to any Popeye's we were extremely disappointed. The employees moved rather slow and after 20 minutes waiting and every order after us being served us right away we finally has to say something. 20 minutes standing at the counter and nobody asked if we needed help. A shift manager could be seen eating as she worked and then with little discreetion she pretty much let an entire lobby know she was going to the bank by holding a conversation from the door to employees sitting in the lobby. I was always under the impression you didn't want that to be public knowledge for safety reasons. We will not be back to this location. read more

2 weeks ago i went to this popeyes for the first time and went thru the drive thru. Service was fast. Got back to work ate and went back to my desk and check my account, come to find out the hold for my 7.56 dollar meal was 17.56. Called the manager and she said no problem bring in my statment that she would give me the extra, sounded to me like it happend alot. When it cleared my account i went in, i didnt have a reciept because i wasnt given one and in the process of trying to find my debit card in a stack of napkins i had moved out of line and once realized i didnt have repiect i said forget it i didnt have time to walk in and get one. Well i wen in the next day and the manager that i had talked to was not there and there was another lady on duty who was very rude about the situtaion. After arguing my story with her for 10 minutes and telling my story on the phone to another lady at another location she finally gave me a 10 dollar bill back. I told them i would be happy with a gift card as well! Most hoibble experience because if you from Tulsa you know that area and how it is over there. Well Friday my boyfriend works close to there and he goes there quit often, usally pays with cash, i told him if he was going to use a credit card and make sure he got a reciept, he did just that and sure enough when i check my credit card pending items the amount was not on hold for 6.16 but 16.16! I called corporate of course becuase that was enough. I didnt even both calling the store because they would probably due the same thing they did two weeks ago.
