When I walked in the big kid in me came out. It's a small shop with a small lobby when you walk in. The service is fast and the staff was friendly. I ordered a few of my favorite pastries and doughnuts. I had an apple fritter tat was larger than my hand. My eyes got sooooooo big when I saw it. That thing was delicious!! I also ordered a bow tie and some glazed donuts. I'll definitely be back for more.

The place has changed since COVID but the donuts are still the same. They are rich, fluffy, and moist. Each bit will have you craving more and more. They are almost on par with Dat Donut. Almost indeed. As a food blogger this place has gotten a five out of five on my channel. Keep up the flavor profile.

I initially sat down to dine in but had a change in plans & took my orders to go. The staff was nice, especially the young woman who made the smoothie. She recommended spinach for my smoothie and I really appreciated that. The establishment is very nice from the decor to cozy setup. I can't wait to come back.

Lots of enticing sandwiches to choose representing both the breakfast & lunch categories. I ordered the j dilla, a bacon ham & Swiss w fried egg on croissant. W a 12 oz latte it cost me $10-$12 w added tip. Oat milk latte was delightful. Drank it all the way home. When i 1st opened the sandwich, i thought.. how much did i pay for this again? This was on looks alone. After the 1st bite, i no longer remembered or cared.. the smoked ham w the delicious peppery fried egg & sweet bacon. Damn!!!!! It was so tasty. This coffee shop is so good. A neighborhood staple for a reason.

I was greeted by friendly employees at two counters, one for Andy's Sunflower cafe which sells coffee and tea, and one for food (Ain't She Sweet). I had no idea what to order so I asked the teammate at the counter and after discussing my spice tolerance, decided to go for the Jerk Chicken Wrap since it's so popular. It was a bit spicer than medium, which I was warned, but it was worth it. The chicken was juicy and tender and I was impressed by the freshness of the other ingredients as well as their tortilla wrap selection! The chicken gumbo was also quite tasty. I would order both again. The prices were reasonable, it was a $3 upcharge for a side of soup. I sat in the restaurant to eat and enjoyed the music. I think I might have found my new lunch spot!

The clam chowder didn't have a lot of cream to me, but the clams weren't tough. You know usually when you eat clam chowder, it kinda taste like you're chewing bubblegum. The clams were so tender!! I was very surprised. The banana cake is delicious and moist. It's heavenly!!!!!! My jerk wrap was amazing! The chicken was cooked perfectly and it didn't have too much jerk sauce on it so it wasn't salty. It was delicious. I highly recommend Ain't She Sweet Cafe at either location!!!

I ordered the chilaquiles on point not soggy perfect spice exactly what I was looking for.. I also ordered a broccoli cheddar skillet with avocado and let me tell you I've never had any skillet that had broccoli with seasoning it had a hint of garlic not just grilled and thrown in there that flavor was incredible you don't get that at other restaurants... And then of course my favorite thing waffles I don't know what this man does to the waffles but it was crispy on the outside and kind of lacy inside my kind of waffle not a waffle that you cut into and it looks like a pound cake I can't figure out how he makes it or whatever he does that's how a waffle should be.. He uses fresh potatoes.. and fresh hash browns although ..I was charged which believe me I get I a pecan waffle with pecan inside and out I think I was charged $5 extra but you know what pecans are expensive and boy there was a lot on there I would chop them up though..... Was very clean the windows were clean that's my pet peeve when you walk into a restaurant and you have dirty windows the coffee pots were shiny they take pride the cleanliness of the restaurant my server was excellent very informative I did ask about the owner cuz I was just truly impressed usually when food is made to perfection the most part and this industry it's always not a Greek Hispanic they learn and watch and intact.. I don't know if he had had experience before but whatever he had whatever he knew..he is definitely gifted.... I will give 20 stars to this place I hate I work mornings I can't even get there I just had a day off and I was at urgent Care and we stopped there it makes me feel like breaking a bone and having to go back there just so I can go back for breakfast or just take a day off of work LOL.... There is an automatic gratuity don't be discouraged and understand the area they probably work many years getting stiffed and had no choice.. to succumb to that.... I will definitely be coming back you are my all-time favorite breakfast

Though usually one for a hot coffee, it was steamy hot out so I went for an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and was wildly impressed. I was going to sit for a bit so had the latte for there and it was icy cold and the vanilla flavoring was brilliantly paired to the really good espresso notes within the latte. I also went for a Financier, which is a gluten-free banana bread sort of loaf and this was downright silly how good it was. It had a rich banana and sort of caramel flavor to it and as a gluten-free pastry option was one of the finest that I have had. Love that the coffee shop had just about every seat full with people doing work, studying, reading and catching up and the spot was a true neighborhood gem sort of location. Awesome spot!

The Pistachio Mocha (8.5/10) had a great mocha flavor and the espresso strength was perfect. Not too strong or too light. Loved this one. The Lavender Sea Salt Latte (8/10) had a nice lavender flavor, and I liked that I could actually taste the espresso without it being overpowering. The Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich (7/10) is only available Saturday and Sunday. The egg was soft, the bacon was crispy, and the brioche bun was nice and soft. The mayo-based sauce was flavorful, but there was almost a little too much for me. I liked how the sandwich wasn't dry though.
