Time passes. Things change. Not always for the best as, alas, seems to be so for the changes here. My understanding is the original owner may have sold the business a year or so ago. If so, that may explain it. The product does not seem as good and while I once sought out the cookies at both the CoOp and Whole Foods, purchases of them in the last year have been so inconsistent for quality that I no longer invest calories to buy them for myself or my money to give them as gifts. Also I popped in here twice in the 'pandemic times' to purchase to go and although mid-ish morning in both cases there was almost nothing from which to choose. While I once would have recommended going out of one's way for Wildflour, now I'd only factor it in if it was convenient for you to do.

Pumpkin macaron. Perfection. Thank you to the counter person for your suggestion in the flavor. It was delicious!! First visit. Quaint little place. Many pastry options. Cookies. Homemade Granola. Bagels. Scones. Coffee bar. Coconut scone in my bag for later. Can't wait to try it. (Chocolate was a little smeared from the bag) I'll be back for sure.

Nice little coffee shop/bakery with a great selection of scones and light pastries. I was hoping for some bread, but I get that the margins are small there. They serve push and pour coffee and carry almond, soy and oat milk. Had this logged as five star review, but my peach scone was under baked and a bit raw in center. It was still delicious and I ate it anyhow

Gluten free baked good. Wide variety of scones, cookies --and other miscellaneous treats. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend mixed berry scone and the coconut chocolate ganache scone was very buttery and crumbly. 5-stars

The prices are very reasonable and they have many options for both gluten full and gluten free. I tried the scone and he tried the banana bread. One of the yummiest scones I have ever had! I have driven by this shop a million times but never got the chance to make it in. After checking out all their photos and goodies off their website, making my way in today was a must. The shop is very small and intimate. You are immediately greeted by all the goodies as soon as you walk in. Colorful macarons, the cutest cheesecakes and beautifully displayed scones and muffins. The display case is nice and bright, allowing you to be able to see the details and coloring of each macaron. The pretty piping on the cheesecake. The fun layers of the cakes. It was hard not to want one of each thing out of the case. It was our first visit for my daughter and I. As a new customer, you're trying to absorb everything about this store. You want to look at all your options! The gal that initially was going to help us pretty much just stood there and stared at us. Didn't really talk to us. Didn't ask if we had any questions. She had the most unpleasant look on her face. It honestly made me feel so unwanted and uncomfortable to be at the shop. I offered to let another customer go ahead of us so she wasn't just standing there waiting for us to order something. The second customer also needed some time. Finally a gentleman came in and she got him some coffee started. Another gal was working and she helped us. At that point, I was so turned off about getting anything but we were already there so we decided to grab a few things. My daughter and I decided to share a 6 pack of macarons. We snagged lemon, birthday cake, coffee, chocolate, creme brulee and cookies and cream as our flavor choices. She also got a red velvet cheesecake for us to share after dinner tonight. On our ride home, we broke that box of macarons open and had to try them all. The lemon was sweet and tangy, I love the lemon custard in the middle. Birthday cake reminds me of a pink frosted animal cookie. The chocolate was my favorite! Very chocolate forward and sweet. Coffee reminded me of a vanilla latte in cookie form. Cookies and cream was much like cookies and cream ice cream. More cream forward and less chocolate cookie. Creme brulee had sugar toasted on top which created a slight bitterness to the cookie but it was balanced with how sweet the cookie was. All 6 macarons were fabulous! I look forward to having the red velvet cheesecake after dinner tonight. I like that there are so many gluten free options at this bakery. I adore how petite and prettily decorated the pastries were. I appreciate that this joint is local as I love supporting local businesses. But, first impressions are so huge for me and my first impression of their customer service wasn't there for me. You can push out great products all you want but how you make someone feel during their purchase can make or break your business. As fantastic as my macarons were, all I can think about was how uncomfortable I was when I was just being stared at. Macarons and cheesecake can be purchased at a few joints in our valley. I'm happy I got to enjoy some goodies with my daughter but I'm going to go support another local business that will actually make me feel like a valued customer and not a bother.

I remember they have baked goodies that my husband would be interested in. He's doesn't like all the frilly stuff, just the good ol classics and Eagle Coffee has plenty of that! We came in around 12:30. It was pretty chill. A few guests outside enjoying the September weather and a couple guests inside. We checked out the food cases and found what we wanted. In my last review I had the keto quiche. It was a little overwhelming for me. The Mediterranean quiche was suggested so of course I had to try it. And it looked good in the food case. We were instantly greeted by a bunch a happy faces. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant for my husband. My Mediterranean quiche was ordered. I snagged a small iced cinnamon honey dirty chai with almond milk and a huckleberry lemonade for the husband. I believe everything we got is going to be so good! The ham and cheese croissant looked mighty tasty! It was nicely heated. You can tell it was nice and hot cause the ham and cheese was starting to slide out of the croissant. Husband smashed the whole thing and I wasn't even offered a bite. My quiche had beautiful pieces of zucchini and cheese on top. I really enjoyed the sun dried tomatoes in it. The filling was fluffy and soft. It was a great suggestion from the manager! I might have them heat it up just a hair longer next time, it could have been warmer. The huckleberry lemonade was killer!! It was tart, sweet and bubbly. I was only allowed one sip and I made sure it was big! My first round of chai did not look like normal and it didn't taste good. It was so dark and bitter. I did ask the barista if there was chai in my drink cause it didn't taste like chai. After we got it figured out, a new drink was made. My first one was not what I had ordered, I don't know what it was. My second round was almost perfect. The honey cinnamon chai was so good! It was sweet and spicy. I love the added cinnamon in there. It tastes like it should be cold and holiday season outside. I did pay for a shot of espresso to make it dirty which I never got. It was almost a cup of perfection. I really enjoyed our little coffee date here today. The food was good. Our drinks were tasty. The staff was nice. And it's conveniently down the road from us. I'm happy we stopped in today for our Sunday goodies. I look forward to another round of food and drinks from this joint.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys coffee and pastries for breakfast!

Even with that disappointment, we'd definitely come back and simply ask them to leave off the mustard next time. I remember this joint towards the other end of Fairview so it was nice to run into it today. I never got a chance to stop into their last location so I took today as a sign to grab some treats. I walked in and sawthe beautiful display of goodies. I'm a visual eater so seeing all my options front and center is fantastic! They all looked like gems. Trying to pick a few cookies out of all their options was going to be a tough one. If I had my way, I would have gotten one of every kind. There were two gals that were helping a guest. I let them handle that transaction while I was looking over the display case. She was asking a bunch of questions so it was taking a bit for them to help her. I honestly thought that at least one of them would have greeted me. It's not the best feeling just standing there feeling invisible. I don't think two people need to ring up one guest. So, I just stood there. Finally a sweet gal that was in the baking area greeted me. She was really kind and knew that I was not being helped. She stepped up to the plate and got me taken care of. I finally narrowed my 4 cookies down to a chocolate chip, lemon sugar, pb Nutella and a cookies and cream. You gotta have a classic chocolate, it sets the standard for your shop. Lemon sounds refreshing for the hot day today. PB and Nutella is a winning combo. And you can never go wrong with Oreos on top of a soft cookie with frosting. I started with the PB and Nutella cookie. I had no restraint and ate that whole thing while driving to my grandma's place. She lives about 4 minutes away. It was so good! The cookie was very peanut butter forward. The Nutella frosting was the perfect compliment to the cookie. My grandma got the lemon cookie. I did steal a bite or two. I'm so happy I chose that cookie. The cookie was sweet and the frosting was tangy and bright! I shared the other two cookies with my husband later that night after dinner. How do y'all bake such a thick cookie and have it perfectly cooked in the middle!?! It's pure magic. The chocolate chip was just what we needed after dinner. It was thick, soft and had a nice amount of chocolate chips. I did polish off the Cookies and Cream cookie the next day. Everything about that cookie was fantastic! I appreciate how much Oreo was on top. I would frequent this joint if it's closer to work or my house. I'm happy I got to stop in and grab some sweets for my family and I. My initial interaction wasn't the best but I adore the gal that helped me for stepping up and helping me out. You only get one chance to make a great first impression and the first two girls working really failed. Happy that the cookies were fabulous and if I'm ever in the area, I will have to stop in and try another 4. Hopefully my next visit will be nice from start to finish.
