    Mini golf greens (synthetic)
    Eric H.

It's a mini golf course (actually, they have two courses). You pay an entry fee for mini golf, and can stay as long as you'd like. You get a golf ball, and putters of different sizes are available. The golf ball you can keep, but you have it return the putters. They also have a bar and some food if you'd like. They have a lounge area with two ping-pong tables and corn hole. As for the mini golf course, well they are sorta like miniature greens, but synthetic of course. Every time I went to retrieve the ball from hole, I prepared myself for a shock from static discharge, for every single hole. They have two courses (on opposite sides of the area). One is "easier" than the other. We went with the more challenging one. If you've ordered a drink. They have little drink holders erected at the start of each course. Also, they have misting fans located everywhere, so that you don't get too hot while you wait. Since the course is entirely outdoors, you might want to bring some sunscreen. Also, if it's busy, you'll probably have to wait (sometimes for a while) if there is a slow group ahead of you. However, you can always jump or skip between courses. Conclusion: it's mini golf themed after golf courses, using synthetic materials, entirely outdoors, with water misters and drink holders, and unlimited time after you enter.

** FIRST TIME HERE! ** Hubz and I came for an afternoon date on Labor Day holiday and far be it for us to not support one of Tiger's ventures. Although I've never seen it in person prior, it was easy to find and plenty of ADA parking. Prices are quite reasonable and they offer military discount. Even their memberships are priced nicely for those enthusiasts who can commit to 2 visits or more per month. We brought our own putters, but they have a good inventory of putters for adults and kiddos and they even let you keep the ball they issue to you at the front counter (TaylorMade for those who care). A nice crowd of all ages putted on one of two 18-hole mini courses at a time. It was nice to see families playing together. The courses are outdoors and man, it was another hot day in San Antonio, but there are plenty of misters blowing and bartenders running beverages out to those who take advantage of the order-by-app option. Of course, it should be expected to have to stand around and wait behind groups ahead of you, especially if your party is smaller like ours. If yours is a larger group or have small kids or just those that are putt-putt-challenged, you'll likely be the ones holding things up! Lol. The music is jumping and there place is lively, but it's also nice to remember to bring your golf etiquette, or at the very least, your manners. As for the dining areas, there is ample places to sit and chill, both indoors and out. Would be nice to have coasters for the drinks at the bar. Not sure if there are any in this establishment, but they are definitely needed. The tap water at the bar tastes very chlorinated. I like the menu, although I only had ice cream. I'll def try the French fries, wings and citrus salad next time! Overall, had a great time. We stayed about 4 hours and got in 3 rounds and lots of sunshine and a bit of rain, too. Staff seems every efficient at their jobs. Thank you for a great time!

I'm not really a mini golf person but I really enjoyed my time here. They have two courses and you can do it again and again if you wish! I didn't try drinks or food but I can imagine it adds to the experience. I went on a weekday and it was nice not feeling I have to rush for others behind us! Can't wait to be back!

Great place to enjoy with family and friends. We spent 3 hours with both two 18 holes. You can order drinks while you play or sit on their dine in restaurant. The Minus one star is only about having 2 restrooms and sometimes there's quite a wait. Will definitely come back for the fun!

Well maintained mini golf course with amazing food & drink options and great customer service. We did the easier "black" 18-hole course. It can take up to an hour. I would come during the less busy times because large groups can take a while if they're in front of you. My rating on the food is 5/5! They also have bluebell ice cream with many awesome flavors.

Mini golf fun with an adult in mind! Note no reservations, it's first come first serve and prices paid are for all days passes. An adult is $30, military discount $24. Pass included unlimited use of the easy or challenging course and you get to keep your Taylor made golf ball as a souvenir! We played the challenging course twice, and lemme tell ya, it was definitely challenging. These courses are modernized with fully equipped mist fans at each hole start, cup holder stands in two places at each hole, and a QR code at every hole to order whatever you like and they'll deliver it to you! Get the PopStroke app to keep score online. Two leader boards are displayed with people's scores to keep track. PopStroke also has a full restaurant, bar area, and serves ice cream. Good times, we'll be back!

Very cool place. Be careful when you go. It gets packed quick. We Sat just people watch d because it would have been a while to play with all the people. Food was decent. You order from a code everytime and they bring it to you. Over all cool place with a cool concept. Just try to go during slow times if you want to enjoy your time on the green with feeling rushed.

I was super excited to finally go to popstroke. With so many ads and people talking about it and Tiger Woods being the face behind the business, I was ready to go play a round of mini golf. Honestly... it didn't quite match the hype. The food was good, very pricey, and drinks were good. I would go again but maybe eat before hand?!

We had a great time! The drinks were great and the host were even better! I really enjoyed myself and so did our whole party! The ONLY complaint is the bathrooms, I had fiftyleven drinks pleasssse add more bathroom stalls lol! It was so busy! We will definitely be back!

This place is such a good time. I'm not the kind of person to enjoy mini golf but I had a great time here. I love that the price is for a day pass so you can play as much as you want. The place is beautiful and the service is friendly. Can't wait to come back

My wife works near this place and has been wanting to go since opening! I heard there can be lines to okay so we came 1 hour after opening and was able to play the Blue Course without being rushed. It was my family of 4. It is $30 per adult and $18 per child but is a day pass, so you can leave and come back all day. Being that there are two courses (family friendly and a more challenging one), it gives you time to play both. Upon entry you pay at the counter and they give you golf balls to play the course. You will also receive a text with a QR code to scan when you go outside. You then choose a putter to fit your size and height. No long ones for really tall people however. I'm 5'6" so it was all good . They have warmup areas for you to practice your putting before going to the course and they give you a card to track score if you desire. We didn't feel like tracking and played for fun. We played the more advanced course which was very entertaining as we all tried to Maneuver the hills and curves. We got through the 18 holes in about 45 minutes. We stopped to go to the restaurant and get a snack and refreshments. To order throughout phone by scanning a QR code on the table and then they bring your items to you. I and my oldest shared grills wings and my wife ordered the hummus platter. The wings were pretty good as they were truly grilled and not fried. They were moist and juicy as well. The hummus was subpar as it had no real seasoning ( topped with tajin- not Mediterranean). The hummus is served with pita, carrots, cucumber slices, broccoli, and cauliflower. I also enjoyed a Sam Adams seasonal and my oldest had a Shirley Temple. We were going to play the second course but it got pretty packed and a line started to form around 1230 so we left and called it a day. We enjoyed our visit and may come back another day. I see a few reviews complaining about price of everything but you have to remember that this is post inflation and things are a bit more expensive everywhere. I would not say it was outrageous but I will not be coming more than once a month.

First for the atmosphere, it's a really nice environment during the day and most weeknights but weekends it's very loud and lively. Which is fine, but it is advertised as a speakeasy, but I would say its more of a loud bar vibe on weekend evenings. For service, it's generally pretty fast! You can order either at the bar or they can come to you. We usually prefer grabbing a seat if we can and order through a server. Definitely reccomend that but you might have to come a bit earlier if it's a weekend evenings. Servers are usually nice and helpful. In terms of the drinks they are great but I'll say you have to be very specific of what you like. I'm pretty straight forward so usually get a Moscow mule, mojito, or their kiwi express! All are awesome! However, I did ask if they could do a porn star martini. Passion fruit, liqueur, not too hard I thought... but they couldn't make it. I asked if they could just make me something w passion fruit instead and was told I could not. Very odd and usually they will make me a drink if I ask for it. Overall I think this is a fun place to go for a weeknight drink w friends or a bigger crowd for a livelier atmosphere for the weekend. I wouldn't deviate from the menu- they have plenty of options. We did not have reservations and went knowing this. The hostess said it was a like 45 minutes to an hour wait. With being mothers day and all, we expected it. However they had a spritzer cart outside for the waiting patrons! Fantastic idea! It was warm but not too terribly hot when we arrived so we opted to brief look at their desserts and then went outside to a couple of tables. We then went to the spritzer cart and ordered a few drinks and it hi perfectly with the sunny weather. And after finishing the drink our table was pretty much ready. It was not even 30 minutes in waiting. Probably 20 minutes. We were sat at two round tables near the bar which was ok, but our daughter has a boot on for her foot but she managed ok. We weren't expecting that but it was ok. They didn't know. We were greeted by our server and promptly got our drink orders and all our food order. What we did was view the menu beforehand. We ordered three appetizers. The meatball ferris wheel, the grilled octopus, and Nonna's garlic bread. The drinks were all delish! The first app that came out was the garlic bread. I have to say is the absolute star of the food here. If you are here, please order it. It's the thing to have. And the butter that comes with it just elevated it to another level. It's that good. Actually better than the entrees in my opinion. The next was the meatball ferris wheel. This showcase the flavors of the entrees for me. It was indeed fun to see. Each meatball was really good and they didn't skimp on the meatballs here. It was very good and the temperature was perfect. The last was the grilled octopus. It was super tender and the sauce was good but we learned they used spicy peppers a lot in their dishes to bring out the flavors. This was the beginning and it was a solid level 1 of 5 of spice level. If you are not into spicy dishes they foreshadows a majority of the entrees here. The grilled octopus was great. And the potatoes go with it perfectly. For our meals, I got the spaghetti and red clam sauce which is spicy. My wife ordered the risotto pescatore, which is a seafood dish, and my daughter got the pork chop my way and she had it Parmesan style. The risotto pescatore came out first and it is supposedly spicy but because none of my family does spicy like me, the sis not as the peppers in the dish. And because of that, the dish tasted kind of bland and only tasted the seafood mixed together. Not bad but was unsatisfying unfortunately. So it's not the fault of the kitchen or chef. It's not made as listed so it will not really taste how it's supposed to m the server and manager pretty much came by and address the issue even though it's no fault of their own. They did offer her a side spaghetti l, which is more than enough at this point, because of all the appetizers we has filled up on. My spaghetti and red clam sauce was actually really good. I could taste the pasta being made in house. The clams with the spicy sauce was great and satisfying. The pork chop. It was just big. I mean hanging over the plate large. Our server and another server said it is big but that was the biggest pork chop they've ever seen come out of the kitchen. It was hilarious. But it tasted so good. Think chicken fried steak but pork chop. And it was delicious as well. Just too much for one person. Especially after all the appetizers! Dessert was the special they had for mother's day weekend. It was a raspberry tiramisu and it was so creamy and smooth. It was one of the better desserts I've had in a while. I also had a cappuccino and they was perfect as well. A great ending to to meal. We haven't eaten that much in a long time. The drinks and appetizers are spectacular. The entrees are good but not the stars of the show for us. But we enjoyed the food journey here!

One of the standout moments was the appetizers, especially the meatballs Ferris wheel -- a unique presentation that immediately sets the tone for the meal. It's playful, shareable, and surprisingly well-executed. The fresh pasta is another highlight. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the build-your-own pasta option is a great twist that lets you customize your dish without losing that traditional Italian foundation. It feels both familiar and inventive at the same time. Overall, this is a strong new addition to the San Antonio Italian scene. Valet is complimentary when dining at the restaurant. That is particularly helpful in this cold weather. When we entered the restaurant the dining area was empty. There were a few patrons at the bar but no one at any dining tables. Maybe a sign?? The reviews on Google and Yelp are all over the place. The decor is nice but the seating is a little outdated and worn. I can understand this, though, because I am sure they get a lot of family traffic being a hotel so close to Six Flags. Our waiter, Robert, came right over to take our order. He was friendly and personable. The Restaurant Week menu had two choices for each course, so my friend and I ordered everything so we could try it. First up, the appetizers were poblano and corn soup or heirloom tomato salad with blue cheese. The soup was delicious but was not very hot temperature-wise. The salad is a beautiful idea, but the tomatoes were just bad. They were out of season, mushy, and tasteless. I love tomatoes, so I was disappointed. Next up entrees. My friend had the braised short rib with beans and rice. I had the Redfish with rice and green beans. The short rib was excellent, but it came out at room temperature. Considering we were the only ones there that was a red flag. My fish was seasoned well, and I enjoyed it, but it was room temperature also. Is there a draft in the kitchen? Other reviews mentioned their food was not hot so it seems like a trend. For the amount you pay, the food should be piping hot when it comes to the table. Finally, we got to dessert. I had the creme Brulee cheesecake and my friend had the campfire dark chocolate torte. The desserts were delicious with no complaints at all. This place has a lot of potential, but there are too many restaurants in San Antonio, so you have to make a positive impact on your customers, so they want to return.
