I wasn't sure how I would feel about the concept of ripping the bagels and dipping it into the cream cheese, but I actually ended up preferring it - less messy and more cream cheese per bite. You won't be disappointed but if you're expecting something life changing (based on the hype) I think you'll be disappointed. I went close to when they open at 7 and waited less than a minute at most.
