    Cream cheese and 3 bagels
    Soo C.

Hot fresh bagel with a little tub of flavored cream cheese. Yum! This place moves fast! I ordered 3 bagel with one flavor of cream cheese. They had 5 bagel flavors and multiple cream cheese flavors. I got a sesame, salt and everything. The salt and everything with both sublime. Yummy! Tearing the hot bagel and getting a good glob of scallion cream cheese on it was grand! They had 4 tables up stairs and a few tables outside. This definitely requires sitting or standing in one place to eat but it was really delicious. Exceeded my expectations . The staff was helpful and friendly. Eat it while it's hot!

Ahhhh PopUp Bagels is finally opened and I couldn't be more ecstatic! I first tried it in New York and have been hoping for a location nearby ever since. As expected, the bagels are so yummy and schmears are heavenly. The truffle butter was amazing but I was especially surprised by how much truffle was packed in there. 10/10 worth the drive to Georgetown for these!

Omg... Popup Bagel is SO good! I love the concept of the pull-apart bagels instead of slicing them open--it's different in the best way. The bagels were incredibly fresh, soft, and moist. And the butter? Absolutely delicious--I honestly wanted to take some home! The line was long, but it moved really fast. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. The service was spectacular--everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Just a heads up: you have to order at least 3 bagels. I noticed people heading upstairs, so I think there's seating up there. The space itself is really cute, but it can get a bit tight. I'm definitely going back soon!

It's opening weekend for pop up bagels, they opened on Friday and I went the day after. I was already going to be in Georgetown and a bit skeptical because I saw how long the line was the day before. I went around 1pm and the line wasn't too bad. I waited about 10 minutes in line and it took 2 minutes after to receive my bagels. I got 1 poppy, 1 sesame, and 1 salt with plain cream cheese. I ate them right outside so they would still be hot. The bagels are good! No doubt about that, are they overpriced, yes. They give you an insane amount of cream cheese. It seemed a bit wasteful to give so much. I ended up throwing mine away because I knew I wouldn't eat it later. My favorite was the salt bagel, 10/10. The sesame bagel was a let down for me. It had no taste at all. I think it's worth one try, I personally don't think I would come back anytime soon but the bagels were delicious, just a bit too pricey for me.

The bagels are really good! I just wish there was more variety. The requirement to buy a pack of 3 is also a tough entry point if you just wanted a single bagel. The portion sizes on the cream cheese is huge so I feel wasteful when I buy a 3 pack.

If you can get lucky with parking (which we did), this is a smoothly run operation in the heart of Georgetown. Got in line about 50 customers deep as probably waited about 15 minutes. We got 3 assorted bagels and schmear...couldn't ask for much more in an experience. Served piping hot, cooked perfectly, and not overly salty yet flavorful given the specialty versions. Cool concept and would definitely go back!

Been meaning to try this new stop in Georgetown and was definitely not disappointed. These bagels are served fresh and meant to be eaten immediately by tearing off bite size pieces and dipping them into a schmear flavor of your choice. We went with the special flavor of the month: rosemary garlic, and it was really good! More salty than expected but still good. They also had brown butter and apple cream cheese specials. The bagels themselves were hot and fluffy. The drip coffee wasn't bad either. If I go back, I definitely would opt for a cream cheese too. Also a good to know- you do have to buy a minimum of 3 bagels when you come lol. That shocked me and my friend when we ordered. The music inside is also pretty loud so try to know what you want when you get up to the counter so you don't look dumb and confused like we did when trying to place our order. Overall, friendly service and good bagels!

Pop up bagel is new in Georgetown and so much fun. I live about an hour outside of dc and it was well worth the trip. The line was out the door, but I didn't wait more than 10 minutes to get to the counter and my bagels were ready almost instantly! Some seating upstairs and we managed to get a seat pretty easily. Once we got to open our bag of bagels, they were so fresh that I couldn't even touch the bagel at first. When I was able to tear it, the steam wafted out like a cartoon. Everything was so perfectly baked and cream cheese so perfectly spreadable/dippable (if you do it their way). It was just a perfect bagel treat. I would not pass up an opportunity to get pop up. I'm glad they're opening more locations around Maryland/dc.

I understand the hype! I totally get it! And now I'm a fan! PopUp Bagels is everything! I traveled to Georgetown this morning to try these bagels and they were delicious. I knew it was going to be a good day when there was no traffic, I found street parking and there was no line. I walked into the store and was greeted by several staff. I placed my order and the bagels came out in seconds. Nice and hot! They were sold out of the sesame seed bagels but I ordered the plain, everything and salted bagels. I am definitely coming back. 2 thumbs up.

opening weekend for pop up bagels dc! I expected the line to be much longer but was in and out in under 15 mins! so shoutout to the staff for getting and keeping the line moving! I had previously had a pop up bagel around this time last year in new york city and i think they taste better there, that said service was fast and friendly and the bagels were hot! I got the cake batter cream cheese schmear and they made a great dip for my pretzel bites I had at home!

I always despise having to drive into Georgetown due to parking and traffic. So I was really hoping that this place was overhyped. But I'm here to report that it is as good as advertised. Pop up bagels might be some the BEST bagels I've ever had. Loved the salted bagel the most and the scallion cream cheese paired sooooo well with every bagel. I could've eaten a dozen myself! If you're gonna make a trip into Georgetown you need to stop here!

Fast and hot and delightfully chewy! Could have done with half of less the amount of schmear but you know, private equity.

The shop does get very busy and there is not much seating. It's best to take the items to-go. There will also be a constant line, but I find my wait time start to finish is less than 10 minutes on most days. Their bagels are fresh daily and the egg and cheese bagels are packed full with freshly prepared ingredients. I've had their lox and scallion cream cheese many times and they will put 2x the amount of cream cheese to lox - you may want to request for them to go light on this if you like to have more balance. I would also say that for butter on bagel you might want to ask for it on the side. I say this only because the melted butter is everywhere inside the wrapper and can drip out. I love their iced coffee and the fact that they always have simple syrup on their self-serve station. It is a milder coffee which I enjoy.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell why it's so popular. Pro tip: order ahead on the Toast app -- we did that and were able to skip the line completely, which made things so much easier since it gets really busy. Only suggestion: would LOVE to see a jalapeño bagel added. That said, the customization options were great -- we added pickled jalapeños to the jalapeño cream cheese and some hot sauce, and it was so good. Super yummy, totally worth the hype, and we'd absolutely come back next time we're in DC.
