    My 2020 Macan S, purchased from Porsche Marin continues to be an outstanding purchase and I value the relationship with this dealership, part of the Indigo group of proven quality dealerships. Although 3 hrs drive from Marin, they have proved themselves on multiple occasions, and my visit 07/15/25 was no different. I had an appointment with the service department and Brendan Lederer was outstandingly professional & personable in handling an issue under warranty. I was issued with a loaner Cayenne for the day which I enjoyed immensely driving around the winding Marin county hills. There was time to pass inside and several of the staff inquired if I was receiving attention, which was impressive. If anyone is reading this review & contemplating a purchase of either a new Porsche or a Certified used model, I recommend most highly this excellent Porsche dealership.

    Why buy from Porsche Marin - It's a seamless transaction! My wonderful wife gave me a "thumbs-up" to acquire a new '24 Macan. Three Macans and one 911 from Porsche Marin in three years, she's the Best! You can purchase a Porsche from multiple Bay Area dealers, why buy from Porsche Marin - Paul Dulberg, he's the Best! Paul's a sincere professional who makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process, from the moment you walk onto the sales floor until you drive off in your new Porsche. Followup, Paul's the man. Drop-in or call with a question about a feature you don't understand, he's there for you. Needless to say, Pauls the reason I (we) keep keep coming back to Porsche Marin. Besides Paul, a special shout-out to Luke Council, General Sales Manager and Nic Cipriati, Finance Manager, for making this acquisition happen. Thanks Porsche Marin - I (we) shall return!

    Stay away. It's dealerships like these that give salesmen a slimey reputation. Omid, Alex, & James were all 3 shamelessly asking me not to wire the money stating "someone just walked into the store interested in it" We were done negotiating, signed all docs, & right when I was about to wire the money they demanded I don't. Omid started crying over the phone saying there is nothing he can do & he will try his best not to sell it to these newly interested clients. 3 hours later he called me saying the vehicle is sold to them. Once Omid started fake crying over the phone l knew something was very off. Needless to say they held on to me as back up for as long as they could, then squeezed a few bucks out of the newly interested clients. A few bucks to ruin their reputation, & end our relationship at this dealership. Truly shocked to have gone thru this to what seems on the surface as a well established professional dealership. Would maybe expect this at a small used car dealership, not here. No shame nor morals can be found here. Go to dealership you can trust Last week 4/12/25 (3 weeks after visiting Porsche Marin) I spent $400k with my local dealer on a turbo s cabriolet & a cayenne coupe. This dealer got the 400, will be handling all my service, & will get these trade ins when it's time to get newer models.

I had heard of a broker for buying, but never knew I could utilize a broker for leasing. Previously, leasing was a very non-transparent process and it's very hard to negotiate what you can't see. I sent a message on Cartelligent's website having already researched the car I was looking for and was reached out to by Cassie. She walked me through the process and what to expect then called me the following day with a few options and a tax-includes amount for the lease - I was very impressed. When my car arrived to the dealership (about 200 miles from my home in SoCal), Cassie arranged for it to be delivered by truck to the Cartelligent office closest to me. I arrived to my new car, with a bow on the hood, paperwork at the ready, and personalized touches. I signed the lease paperwork that I had been sent beforehand, and the few DMV-related items and was given a tour of the features of the car by Lynette in the Irvine office, then drove off with my new car. I felt very well taken care of by everyone at Cartelligent and have already recommended their service to multiple friends and family. The time, stress, and money I saved was well-worth their reasonable upfront fee. Please consider them the next time you are in the market.

    I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!

I picked up a fantastic CPO 2025 Land Rover Defender, as tricked out a car as I've ever owned. The bonus is that I'll put those 'tricks' to regular use, so the vehicle will be eminently practical. Kyle was knowledgeable, detail oriented, and paid attention to what my needs were. My purchase was handled almost completely online as I lived 300 miles away. Very low pressure sales approach, and the same for Michael. He (Michael) 'got' what I was looking for in the car and my purchase experience with Marin Luxury Cars, and made sure the service techs prepped the car perfectly before it was shipped to where I live. I did my research before engaging this dealership in the first place, and I know concretely I received a fair price for what I was after. If you need a similar experience for a JLR product in NorCal, this is the place to go. I'm convinced this is how they treat everyone, and not just a one-off experience where I got lucky.

Christine was incredibly personable and easy to relate to right from the start. Our test drive felt more like catching up with a friend than a typical dealership experience. We spent the time talking about our lives, sharing career experiences, and discussing great approaches to living. With her background in engineering and mine in IT, we immediately found a lot of common ground. We ended our time with a genuinely fond farewell and a warm invitation to return. Behind the scenes, Jean-Pierre completely bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I was looking for a very specific car that wasn't even on their lot or listed on their website. Not only did he manage to track down the exact model I asked for, but he also secured the absolute best price for it. When it came time for the paperwork, he made sure I was in and out quickly while ensuring I had a full, transparent understanding of exactly what I was paying for. Not many people can pull all of that off so seamlessly. Acura of Marin delivers outstanding performance, and Christine and Jean-Pierre are just all-around great people. I already know exactly where I am going when it's time to buy the real car of my dreams: a brand new, fully loaded black on black Acura Integra Type S.     Worst dealership experience I've ever had…read more My colleague and I visited Ferrari San Francisco with the intention of purchasing vehicles for our company. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, we were not treated with respect or taken seriously. When we asked whether our budget could get us something flashy and visually impressive, the salesperson responded, "You know the answer to that yourself," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Later, in another part of the dealership, I asked another employee two questions and was completely ignored. When we explained that we were looking for a vehicle to use for marketing purposes for our company, the response was, "Why are you telling me that?" We were also told that no one in sales was available, which I understand can happen, but the overall attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unacceptable. My colleague and I may look young, but we operate a real estate firm managing approximately $2.5 billion in assets. Regardless of someone's age, appearance, race, or perceived status, every customer should be treated with the same level of respect. We ended up driving to Ferrari Silicon Valley/Redwood City and had a completely different experience. The team there was respectful, professional, and attentive, and we are now in the process of closing a deal on two vehicles. I would not recommend spending your money at a dealership where customers are judged or dismissed before anyone even takes the time to understand who they are or what they are looking for. I wish them the best, but this was an extremely disappointing experience.

When I liked a car and I drove from Sacramento to SF to see the car half way when I called to let him know am 45 mins away he said it was solid. I still was 50/50 ok and took it in good sport but he said he is too busy to see me that day and I have to come and meet the same person who messed up the first time! I just feel my experience went from bad to worst! I understand they had to sell both cars and it's a business but they way the handle my experience it's worst than buying a car form used car dealership.

I had NO idea how to market this car and the pressure I felt to honor my father's legacy was intense. A chance encounter with Brian Flippo of Cars Dawydiak may as well have been divine intervention. After a no pressure conversation, and time to think, I decided to consign the car with Cars Dawydiak. The level of service I received was nothing short of top shelf. Every question that I had received a prompt response. Everything I needed to market this car, and give it its fair due, was handled in a timely manner. Please know that I was someone who could have been taken to the cleaners on this transaction, but Brian's efforts resulted in me getting an excellent price on the car.... and better yet, the car going to a buyer who will love it as much as my father did. I cried when the car left my father's garage after 38 years. I cried again when the car sold just two months later. I smiled when I picked up the check. I think that my dad did too. THANK YOU Brian.

I drove over checked out the car, they checked out my trade and we made a mutually beneficial deal. They gave me top dollar for my trade and even helped me secure financing for the new car. No hassles no bullcrap! And... I didn't need to spend hours in their office going back and forth feeling like I was being taken for a ride, like other dealers. This is how car buying should be. Cars Dawydiak has a great team from Mike Leddy, Michael Balboa, Brian, their tech John, and of course the awesome White Lab shop dog "Cooper" I was treated with great respect and I have to say I've made new car friends at Dawydiak! I highly recommend them!
