This place was incredible! We went for the "Shifting Gears" installation and it was fantastic. My son and I had a blast. There several different rooms and experiences all tied into Porsche. The service was top notch. I had 2 interactions (a lady up front and a gentleman upstairs) that were beyond friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk to. I feel like I got to see cool art, learn about Porsche, experience driving and just vibe and talk to some cool employees. My son seemed quiet and unimpressed then at the end he got to see some of the cars where he could get in. Once we left he talked about it the whole way home and started researching the Porsche and its history. I know the exhibit was temporary but I have a feeling we will go back in some capacity. read more

Four stars for a 5 minute walk through --- so by no means is this a definitive review. Space is cool, mod, sleek and very Euro; kind of art gallery meets coffee shop and sticks a couple of high-end autos in the middle. There is coffee here but I'll have to go back to check that out as they were closing when I walked in. Intriguing space though so I will return. read more

The Porsche Studio is a unique space in PDX that houses shopping, an art gallery, a coffee shop, and of course some Porsches. To get here, street parking will be your best option and there is a lot of it around the area. Inside, they have a really spacious setup with a good amount of things to check out. I pulled up with some homies and we walked around after ordering our drinks. I got the Matcha Latte and it was solid with no complaints. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming here. Came here with my boyfriend today and had a nice time. Really cool sleek cafe, great vibes. Not really the type of place you would take your computer and study at but a good spot to grab a drink and look at the cars. There's a good amount of stuff to walk around and look at. Multiple rooms with cars. The latte I got was actually really good. They had a few snack options and I think they sometimes have pastries but there were none out at 2:00 when we got there. read more

I recently came here for a corporate event; the staff was incredibly friendly and their coffee and bar skills are truly on point! It is a great venue with a lot of Porsche history on display and plenty of branded merchandise available to buy. We had lunch and happy hour snacks catered in, and everything was very tasty. The real reason to attend, however, is heading upstairs to the Drivers Lounge; they have four racing sim rigs wired up for some intense heads-up racing! They also have two golf simulators if that's more your jam. I would definitely be back for an event in the future should I get the opportunity; it's a unique and high-energy space for any group gathering. read more

Had one of the strangest experiences I've had in awhile here today. We saw the new Shifting Realities was advertised as open to walk-ins; we confirmed tickets were available for the same day and headed downtown. Arriving at the location, there were so signs for the cafe but not Shifting Realities. We waited at the cafe to talk to one of the staff- and witnessed the barista unable to work the tablet used to take payments, begin crying over the issue, and then raised her voice at her coworker and to no one in particular about how no one helps her with anything ever. When more customers arrived, she said it was too busy and she was overwhelmed and she began crying again. The other staff, who shared he works security and so doesn't know how to do the coffee bar, assisted us- he said the Shifting Realities is separate and they likely were closing early- there were no staff around for it. The barista knocked over multiple items during this time, and exclaimed it was BS when she had to make more drinks. She mixed up drinks, and then said she was out of espresso beans and yelled she would go get them because no one helps her do anything as she walked away. From her speech, emotional outbursts and clumsiness, it appeared she was intoxicated. The whole experience was so strange- we were looking forward to visiting but likely won't return. read more

Super cool vibe and unassuming cafe in the Pearl area. The interior is very well crafted and dialed in as you'd expect from the Porsche name. The lighting is nice and the space is well curated with 2 cars on the floor. The space I will say doesn't have the most seating compared to some cafes and isn't a place I would suggest coming to work from. More so a nice place to grab a beverage and walk around. My chai was from a box so nothing really to ride home about but my gf's coffee was good. Overall a decent looking drink menu and a few food items to choose from. read more

Dark, dreary, 3 cars to look at, one of which was a run of the mill Macan CUV. Still, very classy, very clean, cute interior with a friendly barista. That said, I came and didnt stay as the interior just didnt feel cozy, pleasant and inviting. It was too dark, too corporate and honestly, too empty. Turn up the lights in there! It might just be a nice study/work spot if you do. Also, if you really want to promote the Porsche brand, get some more interesting photos everywhere, many more historic pieces, perhaps some interactive elements and more interesting vehicles too! Who knew Portland was a Porsche community. I was happy to find out it and dropped by to vote their studio and enjoy the cafe. I had the pleasure of having a tour by Denise, their event coordinator and I was blown away by the space. There's a cafe, showroom, conference room, store and event space downstairs. And hidden away upstairs, there's an additional lounge which has four driving simulators, a conference room and open space for an event. It felt like a man's cave. I loved, loved this space and the staff here seemed to enjoy their job. Fun and delightful people. read more

Parking wasn't too bad to find. Upon arriving, it definitely gave you that studio vibes with the art display with clothing, mirror, and accessories of the brand. The two cars were a nice touch and it was a nice, clean, comfortable area. The cafe had a small bar stool area and plenty of chairs to sit and relax. One of my favorite places to hang out is this place. The vibes are great. The service is superior. However, I've noticed that something seems off lately. I tried tip these baristas. I was told that tips are not accepted. These folks work very hard and long hours and tips are given to honor those who provide great service and great product which encourages continued great service AND great experiences! And I have left many tips over the years to those who have served me some of my best experiences at the studio. This is a standard operating procedure in the service industry as I very well know from my own business. Where did that tip jar go? I will continue to encourage these excellent baristas with tips. Felt very authentic & smooth, not a complaint to be found. KUDOS! The studio has a retail space with a wide selection of Porsche branded merch for purchase. The tumblers are so lux with a range of styles. These are a must have! Make sure to try on the glasses, they all fit so well! This space is even reservable for PRIVATE EVENTS! I didn't get a chance to see the upstairs area but there was ample room in the first floor of the space alone. [MY ORDER] Toasted Marshmallow Latte w/ Oat Milk comments: This coffee was amazingly rich in flavor while simultaneously being very smooth! Oat milk was a deliciously creamy choice. The unique ambiance and layout of the place alongside with the decorations integrated into the studio with a pristine cafe near the center of it all really encapsulates the Porsche experience without the pressure to buy anything. You're able to take in what Porsche has to offer through their different sectors of art, display, and vibe. Awesome experience. Visited this place twice, one time for a yelp event. The hosts were really awesome with an abundance of knowledge about the place. I really love the place because they created the space like an experience with a coffee shop inside. They have really good coffee and pastries. The place also has some goodies shop with porsche merchandise for purchase. We had an opportunity to check out the upstairs event space where small parties can be organized. They have lot of activities to have an active engagement for people with varied interests like car simulators, mini golf, music, movies, personal bar space. I would definitely want to host sometime here because of how customized, and unique place that is. We had an opportunity to check out some of the vintage porsche cars. Another day, we had an opportunity to participate in a workout activity hosted by Barre at the studio event space. It was an amazing experience with ample amount of space. Absolutely my favorite place to get coffee. It is such a cool location. The cars inside are constantly rotating so each time I've gone, it has been a new experience. The baristas also have such a high level of service and care. Kevin is a phenomenal barista. The coffee is so smooth and doesn't have a single burnt note. This is a hidden gem! Very elegant! I came here for coffee and everything about this place screams beautiful. The interior is gorgeous and you are welcome by the master of coffee.
