Unfortunately we found a fruit fly frozen into our ice, which I figure can happen at busy places like this. Many indoor spots to chill bar-side, seated at a table, or lounging on a couch as well as a nice shaded outdoor space. Enough screens for everyone at any angle to enjoy the game. Though we had to re-locate from the side room due to maintenance services going on that were a bit dusty and loud. I do not write reviews at all but this time I have to. My family and friends LOVE port city and have established this place as our family/local bar. I have come here over and over again to celebrate special occasions like graduation. But recently we've been dealing with hostile environment created by the bartenders. For example, when celebrating our sisters graduation a man was harassing us over the pool table and the bartenders offered us free drinks if we gave up the table and sat aside, allowing that man to continue to verbally abuse us. Even though a majority of customers were asking the bartenders to kick him out as they were uncomfortable as well More recently, I went with my uncle and cousin and the bartender immediately closed the tab without giving us the option to keep it open after buying one drink. Then one bartender was watching us the whole time and lectured our uncle about talking to us even when I said it was completely fine and that he was a relative but got in our face about it. Then a few minutes later he kicked us out without letting us finish a game of pool that we paid for and didn't give us reason. Overall I truly do love this place but these past few times we've gone they have treated their customers so poorly and it's truly upsetting. Do not recommend at all which is upsetting for me to say as I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. read more

There's almost always an event or gathering happening out in their parking area, which gives it a really fun, lively vibe. What I really appreciate is that sometimes it's even kid-friendly, which makes it a great option if you're not just going out solo or with friends. I've been coming around since back when it was Iguana Kelly's, and it's been cool to see how the place has evolved while still keeping that local, neighborhood feel. The location is super easy to find, right next to a donut shop and a mechanic, and across the street you've got a 7-Eleven, Subway, and a few other small spots. Plus, Tommy's Burgers and an Arco are right nearby, so everything you might need is within reach. I tried both the cucumber mixed drink and the mango mixed drink, both were really good, but I personally preferred the cucumber one. It's less sweet and way more refreshing, especially if you're not into overly sugary drinks. We also had a BBQ chicken pizza that they cook in a fire oven (I think it's called a wood-fired pizza), and it was really good, definitely worth trying if you go. Service was good During the outdoor event, they had things set up really well, including a sign that read "21 and over beyond this point only," which helped keep things organized. They also had jumpers outside for the little ones to enjoy, along with tables and chairs so everyone could hang out comfortably. Parking can be a bit tight in their lot, but there's always street parking if you take a minute to read the signs. Overall, it's a great hangout spot with a welcoming atmosphere and something happening more often than not. Definitely worth checking out. read more

First time and I loved it! I called in advance to confirm if they had a holiday menu. Once I arrived the bartender showed the qr code and made some recommendations. I was hesitant after reading a bad review regarding their holiday drinks, but I just needed a holiday drink that night. I had a mezcal-guava holiday drink. It was soo good, but of course you've got to like mezcal; otherwise, it tastes weird. The other drink I tried had serrano and mint so yeah not my usual but it worked out after the first 2 sips. There are a couple of pool tables, a photo booth, a jukebox, patio section, free popcorn, had christmas decorations all over the place and were playing die hard, the grinch, and Christmas music at some point SO FESTIVE! It took a long time for my partner and I to come here even though it is in our neighborhood, but now that we have we cannot get enough. The menu is very tequila based, which is perfect for us because we are tequila people! There is a great selection of additive-free tequilas and very knowledgable bartenders (shout out Frank) that give amazing recommendations. Large bar, plenty of seating and multiple pool tables. There's about three different sections of seating so you can either be in the thick of it or find a little more private corner. Free popcorn on the side. My friend saw an article about their festive cocktails in adorable Christmas glasses. I just had to go!! (My birthday is also in December so we went during my birthday weekend). Then last week I saw a beautiful red, white and blue slushie advertised on Instagram and I REALLY had to have that!! *heart eyes* My husband and I went the day before the 4th. He got cans of Pabst which was on special for only $3 bucks each! I got my patriotic slushie and another yummy drink that the bartender made for me (he said it was like a pineapple daiquiri).
