    Chicken Nachos
    Tessa L.

4.5/5 Chicken Nachos 3.75/5 Dark and Stormy Came here late on a Tuesday night with a friend when there was torrential rain after dinner. Good place to meet up with friends for a drink or to watch a game. There are TVs throughout the place, not just at the bar. Will have to come back to catch a live music performance that they mentioned happens on Monday nights. The interior of the place has a cozy feel as the lighting of the place is on the dimmer side and has string lights. Service is standard like any other bar. You go in and seat yourself and go up to the bar when you're ready to order. I had a dark and stormy and chicken nachos. Would recommend the nachos. Good portion for the price! There's street parking outside that usually is available. Otherwise, the side streets have ample parking as well.

The food and the drinks were so good. Great service, the waitress was really quick. The atmosphere felt warming. The food was so amazing. You will never find a buffalo chicken pizza quit like the ones at Porter Belly's. This is an absolute must TRY !

Taylor was extremely friendly and helpful. So many good options. We enjoyed our food. The sweet potato fries were awesome. A local pub feel with bar and tables, was clean with nice decor and TV for sports.

Great Bar and great casual food ! My boyfriend and I came after a rough day for some casual quick food and a drink. We luckily got there right befor r the kitchen closed. Prices can vary I got the lobster roll for $25 but the crisp toasted bun and yummy lobster with side of coleslaw and fries was well worth it! My boyfriend got the bacon burger for $16 with fries which was pretty big. We got the bailey's Irish cream cheesecake a must try for anyone with a sweet tooth! Our server Greg was great he made sure to get our order in before the kitchen closed, was attentive making sure we enjoyed the food and asking if we needed anything as well as refills on our drinks. I got the Downeast cider, my boyfriend got a Guiness. There was plenty of seating and the staff and customers were friendly so we plan on returning soon! Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill bar.

Typical irish bar, good service and solid food. Poured a great Guinness! Would definitely go back if I was in the area

    Perfect pour of fresh Guinness

Exception staff, food, and one of the best Guinness pours in all of Boston. Also has an incredibly cozy interior with live music on the weekends. A true Irish pub outside of Ireland. I couldn't recommend more! A+

    Cheese pizza

Have been many times over the years but this was our first time back in years. Not as good as it used to be. They should take pizza off their menu. Two of us got burgers and fries which were good but the third person with us got cheese pizza (which came out 15 minutes after we got our food). It was literally cheese pizza and that's it. No sauce on it, just cheese and crust! Are you kidding me? Did we have to specify sauce on a cheese pizza? And the cheese smelled like vomit. Definitely wasn't mozzarella. They should be ashamed for serving that.

Delicious food, friendly staff, open mic on Mondays (with people who sound like they've been hired to play - a lot of regulars that are great musicians!) We love coming here and grabbing one of the small booths by the windows - those are perfect for a date night!

Bacon burger, truffle fries, chicken Caesar salad on Ciabatta !

This was our first date night out since March- we had so much fun! Casey was a great waitress and we really enjoyed the food:) we had some special requests and asked for things on the side and they were very accommodating- and fast!! We loved the music on the patio!! We felt very safe there- COVID-19 precautions were definitely taken.

The food is lackluster for the price, an $18 bowl of clam chowder should knock my socks off, but it didn't. The fish and chips were severely over-breaded, they don't have malt vinegar in the bottle, a thimble full is supposed to suffice. They attempt to give gargantuan orders of fries to appease the mediocre preparation of the main entree. Get an UBER or go across the street to Buffs, but by all means do not waste your time and money at this establishment. Service at the bar was adequate, but the food overwhelmed the experience.

Come here for a social event? Perhaps? Expecting reasonable service is unlikely to be realized. The…read moreservice was poor and the minimal food I had access to was fair at best. I attended an event being held at this restaurant and was surprised and disappointed in the restaurant. The networking event itself is not being reviewed here. So where to start... accessing the restaurant was a bit of a nightmare. The garage (parking is $4-24) was the only place to park and the elevators were out of order and the garage was dimly lit. It was frankly not safe. The driveways were partially blocked for construction which I had to navigate around as a pedestrian. This is not realistically accessible for those who have mobility limitations (the temporary attempts at ramps are not usable with a wheelchair). I was given beverage menus after arrival. They were extremely hard to read as the lighting was turned down. I did manage to read it when I put the menu directly under a pendant. The beer and wine selections looked interesting! I was looking for something non-alcoholic and there was no water readily available nor offered. There were a few (maybe 4) mocktails on the menu-they looked interesting so I got one that resembled a mule (ginger beer based). I ordered one so I wouldn't be empty handed as I talked with people, especially at a networking event. The server gave it to me and made a point of saying "here is your mocktail" (which itself is not unreasonable; referring it by its name or "beverage" is much more appropriate in those circumstances as the drink type and alcohol content or lack thereof is not anyone else's business). The food menu never appeared. The appetizers that were left out for the group were picked over and unappetizing. Cold fried calamari that has been sitting out? No thanks. A cheese and cracker board with no crackers and no serving implements? No thanks. There were two flatbreads there-I had a small square of each and these were ok. About 15 minutes before the event was scheduled to end the server asked me if I wanted another mocktail. I responded with an affirmative. I assumed he had canceled the order as the event ended. As I was getting ready to leave when the event ended (I had my jacket on at that point and he had validated my parking!), he brings over the mocktail and says "here is your mocktail" and sets it on the high top table where it just sat as I left for home. I have no idea if he charged the hosts for the beverage. I left hungry. I left a bit thirsty. I left surprisingly frustrated at the restaurant. When I arrived home, I made myself dinner. Fortunately, I enjoyed meeting new people as the event itself was interesting.

Nice quality tables and chairs as well as decorations creates an inviting environment. The warmth of the staff also makes it inviting. Food Type: What you would expect like Street food, classics. noodles and curries and a few regional specialties. Prices: Reasonable for food of this quality. We spent $90 pre-tip for three including an appetizer and a few beers (for me only). Food Quality: Very Good. We had three dishes and an appetizer and shared everything. Singha and Leo beer available as expected washed it down. I have been to Thailand on business trips and vacation and by no means have a palette capable of detecting nuances in regional dishes (I can a bit for Korean and Japanese due to extended time spent there), but could taste it was a bit playing to the American tastes. Still really good. Service: Friendly and generally fast. Minus (-) The meals came out separately. Meal one came with the appetizer. Then 7-10 minutes the second meal. Then 7-10 minutes the third meal. If eating American style ie everyone eats only their own meal, this would be a real problem. As my wife is Korean we usually eat family style (we often share meals at American restaurants, why not, you get to try more dishes), so this was not an issue really. The pluses outweigh negative it is still 4.5 rounder to 5. Absolutely worth a try. Enjoy!

We ordered the squid appetizer but it might have been forgotten so it didn't come out with our food and we had to remind our server who apologized multiple times throughout the rest of the meal. Both of us got combo platters with, between us, had a variation of wings, ribs, pulled pork, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and fries. I am guessing this restaurant is trying to make things "their own" by going an non-traditional route with some things and I'm usually fine with that - if I know it in advance. Cole slaw, while it had good flavor, was very heavy on the mayo and contained very large pieces of onion which is not common. I know far too many that don't like onions and this would have been an unpleasant surprise. The mashed had a good flavor as well (but woah, a TINY side that was the same portion as the cole slaw) but it had a spice to it in there - no clue what it was but, again, would have been a huge no to folks like my mother, my kids, etc. Onto the meats. They were OK but so dry if you don't opt to add in some of the sauces. The sauce offerings seemed a little different to us so we went with the "Classic BBQ" and frankly, we both hated it. It seems to have a "Hunts tomato sauce" base. That's exactly what it tasted like. Hunts tomato sauce. I wish I knew it was a tomato sauce base (or tasted like it) because it's very thin and heavy on the tomato flavor. Since we didn't like the sauce, our meats were SO dry b/c they had no sauce on them. Anywho - someone next to us ordered a sirloin, I believe, it looked great. Maybe we just went for the wrong thing. But I could not get that BBQ taste out of my mouth all night. Two 2 meat combos (with $1 upcharge for ribs), one appetizer (queso), a diet soda and 2 Bud Lights ($10 ea!) came to just over $90 before gratuity. We came here while crushing some time while our older son was at an activity and we have to repeat this in a couple of weeks. We will not be back here... we'll have to find another place to spend some time and have dinner. Again, service was TOP NOTCH - no complaints about service. But the food left a lot to be desired. We had higher expectations for sure.
