The quality of meat was surprisingly decent, even compared to Texas de Brazil and lasso gaucho. Maybe not as tender but still enjoyable. Our server was attentive and professional. He checked in on us frequently without being too overbearing. He made sure we had everything we needed and cleared the table of dirty dishes during our meal and before our desserts. Disappointing. This was the second time going to this restaurant ( not this location but same company) and I was just as disappointed as the first time. I decided to give it a second chance thinking that since this was a different location and the party was smaller this time, it would be better. Pros: The food was tasty and the service was good enough. Cons: The salad bar selection was limited. The cost for dinner ( which is all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ) is $34.99. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. Drinks not included, desserts not included. Also, it is half the price for kids. Unfortunately, my son is an extremely picky eater and although this is something I am working on daily with him, he won't even try most foods that is not in his circle. Meet and Greet is a must. Water should be automatically but offer gas or mineral. Ask if it is a first time to assist any other guest. The buffet was good and the vegetables were fresh. Meats don't come out right away, so wait before indulging. Depending on how you like your meat, let the server know that way you don't have to wait a while for the next round. Groupon you've done it again. I've already done a Brazilian steakhouse style dining experience in Miami...but the offer was too good to pass up. First impression when I pulled up to the place...this must be a good spot because there are only a few parking spaces left. Inside is nice decorum but nothing opulent by any means. While waiting to be seated, I could not help but to notice that they do not accept American Express. I'm am seated and handed a small menu with alcohol prices, non alcoholic beverage prices and dessert prices. Wait...bottled water only? Seriously...no tap water? You force people to purchase a drink no matter what! Shrewd business strategy. Canned drinks are pricey so just stick with the fountain drinks for a decent value. At least the fountain drinks are all you can drink. Salad bar is small with limited options, but a few options are soup including lobster bisque. Truthfully, this does not detract from my dining experience because I'm not there for a salad bar anyway. You are brought cheesy bread balls, mashed potatoes and fried plantains to the table just to fill you up! I am onto those tricks. You aren't dealing with a buffet rookie! Where is my plate? Wait...you don't bring me a plate. Seriously? Once I got up to get my own plate, I waited for meats to make it my way. Lamb was the first to hit my plate...first impressions...meh. Chicken wrapped in bacon left a better impression. Sausage had flavor...flat steak and pork had flavor. The meats redeemed themselves. The meats started having more and more flavor. I was here for the second time to give it the benefit of the doubt but it was just the same as the first time... I'm well rounded in having spent significant time at good restaurants and this place is it. Their selection at the salad bar alone is ridiculous. As far as the meat serve, the ribeye and top sirloin are delicious and out of this world. I've read some of the reviews, and most of them come from people that have door dashed or Uber eats. This place is like a falafel joint they broil meat on a stick and bring it out kind of ala carte. Go to the restaurant and eat in house. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of east Hialeah. I discovered this restaurant through Groupon. We initially came to celebrate a birthday but fell in love with this place! In fact, we have been back a couple of times already to indulge in their greatness. As we walked in we were greeted at the door with friendly staff members and we were immediately seated. The ambiance of this restaurant is very nice and intimate. It's a small modernly decorated place with subtle lighting, creating a nice environment for a romantic dinner. The food is delicious but the meats are to die for! There are different waiters who come around all the tables offering a variety of meats and cutting the meat on to your plate. There is a card set on the table (one side red and one side green) that indicates if you'd like to eat more meats (green side), or if you're taking a break (red side). My favorite meats were the bacon wrapped chicken + sausage and the churrasco. You also get a complementary mash potatoes and bananas cooked with sugar and cinnamon. They have a wide selection of wines, draft beers and other drinks. I ordered an ice tea which was served in a cute mason jar. The restaurant also provides the guests with a salad bar offering a variety of salads, cheese, rice, beans, vegetable soup, and their "meat of the day". The desserts were simply scrumptious; my top favorites were the crème brulee and the coconut flan. So first off, they try to enforce their "gratuity fee of 18%" as a tip, my husband talked to them about this and they said although is not enforced they cannot take it off the bill... and I'm not one to complain about this fee, however, based on my personal experience they don't even deserve this "gratuity", my husband told them that since it's not an enforced gratuity to take it off the bill, and they refused.. after going back and forth they accepted.. The whole basis of dining is basically various meats offered to each table by various waitstaff holding the meat on a stick and cutting the meats to your liking. There are small cards on each table that are either green on one side or red and the other and that indicates to the staff that green has a goal to keep offering more meats and if you are full and want to take a breather you turn your card to red. In addition to the meats you are also served mashed potatoes, bread with butter, and sautéed right bananas with cinnamon and sugar which makes a delicious dessert! My husband was raving about the bananas on how delicious it was . In addition to this, there is a salad bar that offers additional sides such as jasmine rice, black beans, and various salad choices. My advice is if you're going there for the meats try to serve yourself a little bit of salad to make room for the meat and wine. Coming to an all you can eat steak house you think you would be stuffed but we left hungry. The salad bar is a little skimpy, but main feature, the rodizio, is not. The meats are wonderful, properly seasoned and properly cooked.
