I just got a dip manicure on my natural nails and it looks so good! I contacted the salon through Yelp to request an appointment and Thong, the owner. responded the same day. I requested a 6pm appointment for the following day and he was able to get me in at 6:15pm. He responded via Yelp message as well as text which is great for me. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from for dip powder and the man who did my nails did a great job. The end result looks much more natural than what I came in with (I had gotten them done out of state). I only wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped me this time so I could have requested him in the future. Everyone there seemed friendly though. I'll be going back for sure! read more

I would like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I had to wait a little bit longer than expected for my 4pm appointment, about a whole hour but it was really worth it. There was a bit of a dispute on me getting a design but my nail tech was very sweet and understanding and although she said she couldn't do it, she still pulled it off and really did a great job. I was very appreciative and she did an amazing job on my SNS! Very shiny, smooth, and perfect! Never had an SNS so perfect. Thank you Cindy! I will be back! I had a 4:15pm gel mani/pedi. I walked in at 4:15 and was asked "what do you need"? I told them about my appointment. I sat looking at nail books until 4:35pm without anyone saying another word to me...not even how much longer it was going to be. I Made an appointment for my visiting mom and I on her birthday for two pedicures. We showed up at our appointment time and it was packed (midday on a Monday!). It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and it was as if we had no appointment at all and I still don't know if it made a difference that we did. The guys who did our pedicures did a decent job. He was really dug in to the side of my big toe and it's still sore 5 days later and it almost feels like an ingrown now. I got the SNS dip powder manicure. Over all I'm happy with the results manicure itself, however I am giving a 2 star review. Long story short the nail tech I saw was rude/impatient, and the tools do not appear to be sterilized. She never asked me what shape nail I wanted, or how short. She then pulled out a box of tools that looked dirty. At all the salons back home, every pack of tools was individually wrapped and autoclaved. I don't think I'll go back because the people are rude, and use dirty tools. It's a shame because the manicure was actually really well done. Update- I went back to the salon. Tom did an SNS manicure for me- free of charge. He strategically placed me infront of the sterilization equipment and took his time and did a great job! I can see that the salon does it's best to keep instruments clean. Tom cares about his customers and I really appreciated his efforts! Gotta say, I learned a lot about class & customer service today. I was so upset about my lifted nail and didn't think I was in the window to get it fixed. The owner contacted me and insisted I come in so he could look at it and talk. Arriving there, I thought it would just be the two nails fixed. But no... I was given an education AND a mani with different options, and a commitment from him to find something where this won't keep happening. I was shocked, and I was won over immediately. Never thought someone would do something like that for their clientel. More than just the nail, he educated me on what different brands do and things that may be the problem and he suggested other things I look forward to trying. Im humbled and impressed all around, so other ladies just know you really can voice how you feel and what happens to your nails, apparently there are things they can change up to suit your needs best. Update: I have been coming here over a year and most things stand. However, for some reason I cannot get what my nails need... I have asked REPEATEDLY to have 3 coats of color SNS powder. Why? I have extremely thin nails and wash my hands more than most for my career. And I was given two coats, AGAIN, and didn't notice till they were completely done. It has been 10 days exactly and 1 is already lifting. This has happened before, and if I was constantly changing that'd be one thing but I literally want exactly the same thing I've had done for over a year.... I literally have no idea why my nail powder mani lifts so quickly but I don't know if I'll continue. I have had SNS dip nails before, and no one is as good as Tom at Posh Nail Spa! The first thing I noticed is that they keep appointments! If you make one early enough, you won't wait more than 5-10 mins to take a seat. I am so thankful that I found this salon. I had been trying to find a great nail tech for years now and I have finally found my home. I had my first appointment 3Aug2018 with Tom. I made a 5PM appointment and I was seated right on time. Their check-in process was nice and easy,their customer service was above and beyond compared to other nail salons and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This is the longest my SNS manicure has lasted and it has almost been a full month. My nails still look good. My fiancé keeps complimenting saying this is the longest my nails have been without me complaining or any breakage. I've been trying out a few nail spots in the area, and it is true that this place doesn't give you a glass of wine with your visit, but you do get water, and their prices are among the best in the area too which I think makes it worth it. They have combo specials here so I get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure for $50 which is a steal in my opinion. It isn't the biggest place in the world, so if you can make a reservation they do actually give priority to people with reservations which I really appreciate. They also have a cool electronic sign in system when you arrive and it keeps track of your points you earn from each visit which add up faster than other reward programs. The massage chairs are good, I feel like this place is pretty clean, and they like to be efficient in their work as well which I always give a star for. You can tell that they want you to be happy here but that they also don't need you there all day! read more

Very unhappy with my set of SNS nails. All aspects of the service were done....differently than I've ever seen done before, and not for the better. The technician burned me several times with the auto file, despite me visibly being in pain and asking him to change the settings. He filed my nails in a way I can only describe as akin to scraping nails on a chalkboard. And they still ended up uneven! I asked several times for him to fix the shaping of the nails but after they got worse and worse I just wanted to get out of there. This kid definitely needed more training, I was hoping the more experienced technician working on my friend would step in, but alas.
