She didn't properly take care of my cuticles, and my extensions are peeling and it's only been a day. She never even put lotion on my hands at the end because another customer came in and she needed to move over to them. Worst part was that she took the files, cuticle trimmer, and other materials she used on me directly to the next customer (I saw it because she started to work on her in the seat next to me) which was pretty gross.

I went from disliking to really hating the results in other places. I called Jojoba Nails and asked if they had this service, for I had only done gel with them in the past. They gave me an appointment and accommodated to my complicated schedule. I have to say that I LOVE THE RESULT!! I had picked a different color first, but after I saw how it looked on my nails, I didn't like it so I asked if they could remove it from the first few nails and change to a different color. They agreed and immediately brought me the color palette to chose another color. This is the end result and I couldn't be happier.
