I've been here 5 or 6 times so far. Always busy and still able to get a same day appointment. The staff are all nice and do a great job. Pedis include hot stone and paraffin and manis include paraffin. Large selection of colors. They have OPI, Essie and Gelish for their gel manicures. Gels last the standard two weeks. Very clean. I refuse to go anywhere but Posh nails since I found them a few weeks ago. I live about an hour north, and they are next to my work. Even if it is a long weekend, I will not get my nails done and would rather go a little longer than go anywhere else. They are impeccably clean, extremely well-priced, the people are wonderful and so accommodating, and my nails always come out beautifully. The atmosphere is really "posh" as well. I went to posh nails on Saturday June 3rd . I had a mani-pedi. Cost with tip 100.00. I noticed about an hour after the nail polish on my fingernails smudged and chipping. I went back today 6/5 and asked to remove nail polish and I would pay to have gel color applied. The answer we will give you gel manicure. I said I just had a manicure I just wanted color in gel. Answer a gel manicure is 30.00 your nails are dry that is why color is chipping. I repeated I just want color changed using gel color. Wanted to sell me on new powder they are using. I got up walked out telling manager I don't expect to have to pay for another manicure 1.5 days after my last one. Poor customer service. Prior to this two weeks ago I had another mani pedi for 105.00. Would never recommend them again. Daughter also goes there and won't be returning. read more

I get a manicure and pedicure done a couple of times a year....I am not an extravagant person. But in in those years, I have tried quite a few places, and I had no idea that the experience could be so amazingly good. The staff is totally there to serve you..it is their corporate culture. They go so above the normal mani/pedi experience for the same price as I have gotten from other places in the area. You are pampered, but not in a solicitious way...they just want to make your experience positive, and they do! The manicure and pedicure is absolutely perfect...there was so much care taken to make sure the nails and cuticle are just as they should be...I just cannot find a complaint. If you want to be cared for with perfection, get your money's worth, and look great, this is the place. By the way...this is my absolute first yelp review, and it is also the first time I have gone to a nail salon twice in 2 months...remember, I am conservative, but this salon was worth it. I usually go to Posh nails to get my eyebrows done. I usually have a great experience. However today when I went, I had the woman ask if I wanted my lip done. I said no and she replied with really, you have a lot there. I once again said no and then she replied really, that's not pretty. Along with that, my eyebrows didn't even look like she waxed anything! Needless to say, I will NOT be returning there. So rude. read more

I have been going to Posh for about 1 year and was extremely happy until they had a complete change of technicians who are terrible. I found 1 that I liked and called me 1/2 hour before my appt. to tell me she would not be available. I would get someone else who was equally good if not better the polish they used was old as after 1 hour my nails still weren't dry. I just wasted $55.00 for a manicure and pedicure because of old products. I would not recommend them at all. read more

I have been going to Posh for 2years but will not continue. I and my daughter were pressured to upgrade our pedicures at least 3times before proceeding.Upon check out $120 I was told to tip 20%! what? I thought this very rude and expressed my displeasure to the girl. She said the management guarantees the girls 20% and if the clients don't tip that they have to make up the difference. At this point I tried explaining to her what a tip actually was and that if they didn't pay their employees enough they should increase their prices not demand a 20% tip from customers .At this point one would think she would not want to continue with this conversation as other customers were now listening however she continued saying that some restaurants actually include a 20% tip in the bill I GAVE UP AT THIS POINT SND JUST TOLD HER I FELT TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ViSIT. read more

I got a gel maicure here and while the little things they do extra are nice the quality of my nails was not as great. I got the gel manicure on tues and it is now thurs and its completely off. The color wasnt deep enough and applied evenly. I honestly wouldnt recommend this place again. read more

I have to say reading some of the other reviews on here I was a bit nervous to come here. After all is said and done I think they're being a little too critical. This place is much nicer than I expected it to be given the plaza that it's located in. They have a few different options for pedicures. I got the least expensive one ($30) and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who worked on my feet was very nice and did a great job. In addition to clipping my talons and the usual pedicure repertoire I had parrafin wax and a hot stone massage on my legs. I felt place was not clean,Had pedicure then when I was placed at nail table there was nail dust around glass top ,dried drips of polish on table and also dried material that had run down. The manicurist fluffed it off as nail dust coming from other tables when they are using machines but I questioned this as I was the first customer of the day therefore it was not cleaned the night before,.I also take issue with the fact I had to struggle getting my foot wear off when my toenails were dry.No one helped and when I finally got out the door my manicurist was there chatting on the phone.... ..Skip this establishment....... read more

I called for an appointment with Vicky for 11:30, I told her I needed a fill. When I arrived she was pushing me to do the SNS service and I told her no, I needed a few nails fixed and I fill on the others. She was pushing me to do the gel fill and I told her what I wanted. The powder fill. She was pushing me to do something I didn't want and wasn't listening. I have been going to Posh since 2013 and this was over the edge for me, I was disappointed and walked out of the salon. She is rude and doesn't listen to what the customer wants. This back was my spot to go but I won't go back. I was a returning customer that spent lots of money on services that don't last and the workers don't listen to what the customer wants. read more

Called at noon to make an appt. at 6:30pm the same day for a gel manicure and pedicure. Appt. was made and confirmed by the gentleman who answered the phone. I arrive at 6:30pm as I was supposed to and was told I had to choose between a manicure or pedicure because they close at 7pm ( not what they told me on the phone). The place was crowded at the time which clearly means they took too many walk ins or made too many appointments which leads. Then to add insult to injury I ended up waiting 10 minutes for them to even call me to which I decided against getting any service done- absolutely terrible management to allow that to happen and to also offer no apology. Do not accept appointments if you cannot perform the services at that time or do not accept so many walk ins that pushes your appointments back. I was going to be a first time customer but will probably not given then another shot for such an unprofessional experience. read more

I went here the first time last month and had a great mani and pedi. The location is great, good music and clean and friendly staff. However, today I went for a gel mani and it took 8 minutes from start to finish. My friend next to me was getting a regular mani and I was done before her top coat even got on. I asked the woman twice why so rushed but no response. At first I thought it was because I didn't make an appointment and went in at 11:57 on a Sunday and and maybe she had a noon appointment. But after she rang my credit card she sat at another desk and played on her phone. I said something to the man in charge about this being the fastest gel manicure ever and he explained she had 10 years experience and would I want another shoulder massage. I said no. I have realized that mani and pedis totally depend on the person and not the place. But not even in NYC or downtown Boston have I ever had an 8 minute gel manicure. Will not be surprised if the paint chips in a few days. She never even set the timers on the light machines! So disappointing. Defeats the purpose of a relaxing experience. Not 'posh' at all. I just came home furious and fed up with this place. I went for year and loved it. Now for the second time I have booked an appointment and kept waiting. They don't turn anyone away and so consequently they seem over booked. I walked out today after thinking I would give it another chance. No more I am done! They need to stick to appointments and not take walk ins if there isn't anyone available. Too bad. I gave a friend a recommendation over the summer. Having been a regular client for over a year, will not go back. Surcharge if go even 2 days over a 2 week fill, but charge is not listed any where. Services have declined, wax is lower quality, shoulder and hand massages much shorter. Service is very rushed. Service and quality has been dropping in the last two months. ;( read more

The first time I came here I was shocked to see that my manicure included a paraffin wax treatment to my hands, as well as a 5 min neck massage, all included in the price of the nails! I have gone to posh nails several times before and every time I make an appointment they have me wait at least half hour. Today was the final straw. I have been seeing a technician there who is really good, so I called at 10 AM to make an appointment with her or with another girl that I was referred to if my regular technician was not available. The owner Dino, said my regular technician wasn't available until 130 but the other girl could take me at 12 so I said fine I will be there at 12. Dino has me sit down and says can I help you I said I have a 12 o'clock with so and so and he said OK I will have Vicky remove your polish, now I told him twice over the phone that I didn't have any nail polish to remove. He said the girl I had the appointment with will be with me soon, I ask which one is she is as I have never gone to her before and he points her out, I look over and she is clearly in the middle of a pedicure so I knew I would be waiting a while so I asked him if I would be waiting a while and he said "someone" would be able to help me. I said no I have an appointment with so and so and that's who I want to keep it with so he said oh so you want "so and so" and I said no I originally wanted my regular technician but you made the appointment with the other technician at 12 o'clock so I want to keep the appointment with the girl I originally made it with. He says "just pick out a color" I said my color will be picked in five minutes am I going to wait long because I had to leave at a certain time and again I had the appointment at 12, he raises his voice and says "just pick a color!" I said that's it I walked out and said you don't talk to clients like that and told him that this happens constantly and when someone has an appointment they should keep that appointment. I told him I would be writing a bad review on yelp and that this place is awful when it comes to appointments, they never say no to anybody they take walk-ins ahead of appointments, they forget that nail salons are a dime a dozen and we don't have to put up with this. In addition to that, they are not even clean anymore. It used to be spotless. Not worth it at all. Funny, I ended up going to another nail salon right after I walked out and I saw one of his former workers working there! Guess she realized that Posh is not the place to be. read more

I too was a walk-in at Posh nails. I have been aimlessly searching for the Perfect experience ever since one of my favorites changed ownership. Walking into Posh was similar to walking into heaven for me! The place is GORG and classy and chic - the gals who worked there are so into customer service, they were obvi trained by the best. I love the owner - she went all out to make sure that my change from acrylic nails to the UV gels was as pain free as possible (those who have ever had acrylic nails removed KNOW what I'm talking about here......) and my feet and toes - oh and the hot stone massage... Oh! And the shoulder massage.... OH! and the place is SO CLEAN AND HYGIENIC! Oh! And there is a Loyal Customer type of card where if you get 10 pedi's you get $$ off the next one. Oh! And the ladies speak to YOU, not each other. Oh! And I feel like the prices were a BARGAIN for what I got - a massage, an amazing pedi with hot stone and paraffin - those add on's at most places would have run my pedi bill up to at least $45+ I am so happy that a place like this opened up so close to my home. This place is so incredibly awesome! The ambiance is sparkling clean, spa-like, elegant, and super comfortable--I never want to leave. You get what you pay for, and you pay for an amazing service. They never let me down. You get a pedi and get hot stones with it PLUS a massage. Went today for a nice pedi for Mother's Day, decided to get the day spa pedi because of the extra massage and I didn't get it. I was shorted 6 minutes of my 10 minute massage, and didn't receive the chair massage after either which is always included. When I asked the owner about it, he laughed and said "oh sorry"! I spent $120 in two days there and I get a oh sorry? I definately won't be back and will tell everyone about my experience! read more

I use to love this place when they first opened, but now not at all. The service is not like it use to be. I went in with my 2 year old daughter last week and after waiting for 20 mins of my scheduled appointment time, I was told that they could not do my nails because I had my daughter with me and I pay to much attention to my daughter. I was shocked! I've been going to this salon for 3 years, all throughout my pregnancy and after and I always bring my daughter and they used to be so nice to her, but on this day they told me to leave and come back when I don't have her with me. I told her I didn't understand why this is a problem. She is a calm child and watches her Ipad the whole time. I was so hurt by this and I felt they were very rude about the way they handled the situation. I really liked the owner Vicky but I felt that she needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
