Second time I had specific design on what I wanted and they recommended for the procedure to be tips, dipping powder, and a gel coat on top. This all cost $85 + $25 for pedicure and I tipped manicurist $20 and the pedicure at $10. All in all $140 that I spent for two hours there. I really wonder how people sit here for two hours to do their nails and spend so much money. Anyway, it wasn't an amazing experience and it wasn't bad.

So! Let's start at the beginning... I called on Labor Day to see if they were open; I needed desperately the OPI gel manicure and a pedicure. The owner who answered said it was slow and to come in; the sooner the better. Ok...great! So I show up at 12 and explained to her that I called and said what I wanted. The owner asked me to pay later (to which thank God I did!) and pick a color. So this woman said she'd do my nails and told me I had to soak everything off to do the gel manicure. The boss decides to intervene and insist that what I need is a fill-in like acrylic tips. "She is so stupid! She don't do nails so she does not know nothing; you need to soak. I know what you do." This was what my nail tech had to say about her boss right in front of her to me!!! Strike #1 Strike #2: As she is up to cutting my cuticles now, apparently, "her" customer came in for eyebrows and she hallucinated that she wasn't going to at least finish the two fingers she had left for me. "She is MY customer." ummm...last time I checked lady, I'M your customer too! I told her to just go ahead and do the eyebrows; the owner told me someone else could start my toes. Strike #3: my Mexican pedicurist was on the phone the WHOLE time!!! She cut off every last nail I had to such a short length I could have bled! She too in between her phone conversation was arguing with another tech about someone stealing a tip that was left behind for her of $3. Are you serious?! How petty is this place? Totally unrelaxing. Then! The woman who started my nails said she'd finish while I was getting my pedicure. I told her after getting jerked around for 1 1/2 hours that I only wanted a regular manicure now. "We charge $5 to soak off the OPI gel". Well, you can go ahead and wipe your ass with that $5 because I'm not tipping the either of you! I walked right the hell outta there as soon as the clear coat was on; my nails chipped in a day!
