I've been bringing my dog here ever since I got her almost a year and a half ago. The staff here is amazing. The lady at the front desk is always so welcoming, and my dog really likes her. The groomers always do such a great job with my dog. Their products never irritate my dog's skin. They are never judgy if I bring her matted, and they work with me when she is. I feel really comfortable bringing my dog here, because I know she's in great hands. I have been coming here for years. I bring both my PWD and my Havanese. When I dropped the Havanese off today they told me that they would need to go shorter which is fine. NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! We took our dog for a grooming visitation, and they shaved him to the bone. It was horrible, he was left with razor cuts, his butt was inflamed and was not able to sit for days. We had to take him to the hospital that's how severe his injuries were. I just took my cocker spaniel to this place and she had a beautiful cocker style haircut. They called me and told me they could not continue with the style of hair cut because there were some knots. I comb my dogs hair so I know that there was a couple but that's it and they could of been cut out. These people are lazy and just didn't want to work to make my dogs style look good. I will NEVER take my dog here again. They shaved her down to the skin and then charged me $25.00 more then usual saying they just raised their rates. That makes 3 rate hikes now in the last year and a half. Unbelievable!! This place is horrible. If you care about how your dog looks after they get groomed, don't take your dog to this place. We have a couple of friend and a few of our family members who all take our pets to this place. Not any more. I will make sure and get the word out. Unacceptable!!!!! read more

Took my dog here for the first time yesterday because my usual groomer is closed right now due to COVID. My dog is only about 24 pounds, and they charged me for a medium sized dog. $70 for a 24 pound dog seems a little ridiculous. They did an alright job, but looking at my dog today, I noticed she has scabs on most of her nipples. They cut my dog. I understand mistakes can happen but I was never informed of this. Hopefully she doesn't get an infection, which will make this cost even more with a vet visit. read more

I would have given I I half a star or no star. I know my poodle had a lot of hair to comb through and I told the groomer not to cut it all off, they told me he had a lot of knots and they need to cut his hair short. One hour later I was called and told he was done. No indication there was an issue. I got there, my standard poodle was butchered. They told me they could not finish the grooming and he needed to go the vet to get sedated and have the vet finish grooming his head and ears. I was charged $33.00, which this is not about the money, this is about my poor Angel. I left so upset and Angel was traumatized. The vet bill was $350.00 for sedation, to fix the atrocious, butchered grooming job and a nail trimming. I do not know who owns this establishment, but I should not have needed to go through this trauma nor my beloved pet. I am seeking a response as to who is going to pay for my vet bill. read more

I sit this little shitzupoo a few times a year and he is always matted and dirty when he comes over. He lives on a few acres and think he is a German Shepard! Well he has not been groomed since August last year when I had him last, so I called immediately to get him groomed. They had an opening and got him in. Wow what a new dog!!! Not only is he very handsome but his energy and prancing around the house told me how good he felt and happy he was. I was pleased with the entire staff as it's teamwork caring for our pets! Just wanted to let you know about my experience today at the 67th & 101 location. When I went to pick up the price was cheaper than expected, great! I paid. They brought out a crate, it wasn't mine. So not only did they mix up my cat & crate. The lady was also rude when I asked to see both of the cats so I can see which one is mine. She told me well they are both completely different cats. I finally got my right cat & crate. But she had pooped in the crate before they handed her to me. I sure hope it was her poop because it is a completely different color than her poop normally is, if it is not her poop then she could get sick if the other cat is sick, & I will not be happy about that! The poop is caked on to her paws & tail. Her tail is all matted with poop. I am not happy at all about the cats getting mixed up & me having to bring her home to give her a bath. Not worth $82.80!! Also her nipple got nipped it's is red & irritated. I will not be bringing my cat back. read more

My Bernedoodle, Rylie, absolutely loves Khrissy, the manager at Arrowhead, and Puff and Fluff. I've had such a great experience here that I also take our 12-year old Chichon, Lola. Just came back from Puff and fluff Arrowhead for cat grooming for my kitties. I thought they did good job then I noticed one of the kitties had a bleeding nail!! I know this cat give you a difficult time with nail trim, but they didn't say anything about it. It's hard to think the groomer didn't notice this. I'm still checking the rest of his nails but all of the nails are cut way too short, too close to the quick. Perhaps they are just not capable of handling cats as well as dogs. I love Puff & Fluff! I can tell my dogs are comfortable going there and they always come out looking wonderful. One of my boys has severe genetic problems with his hips and back legs and I'm sure he isn't the easiest dog to groom but they handle him wonderfully. I like that they do not keep dogs in a rack of cages like you see in other groomers. Dogs are kept in little separate room type spaces, my boys always share a space just for them and I know that makes them happy and comfortable. I think that makes a huge difference in the atmosphere and stress level for dogs. Everyone who works there is nice and friendly. And prices are reasonable.
