Since Covid, I've been working mostly from home. In the beginning of the stay at home order, I would just run in to drop off the occasional Amazon/UPS return. When mail service started to get a little crazy, I decided to use them for my own personal outgoing mail and to purchase stamps - things I usually took care of at the office. What really sold me was when I needed a few sets blue prints printed out. They were extremely helpful and professional, and the job was done in time for a big meeting. I went to this place a few times to get postcards cut and mailed. Unfortunately their postcard cutting prices & shipping prices vary drastically on how the owner is feeling. They were gonna charge me over $110 for cutting of 500 postcards $45 and over $65 in shipping the item. When I noticed their prices varied drastically from my last transaction with them a few weeks ago, I took my business elsewhere. I saved over $65 in the same transaction and will be having my package arrive three days earlier. I do not recommend this please as they overcharge & prices vary drastically. read more

I've been coming here for about five years, usually to pick up packages that are delivered here rather than my home. It's been great until today. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes, the entire time, the person working was helping the same person with mailing 3 envelopes, 3!! After the 10 minutes the other employee asked what I was there for so I told he "package pick-up". I walked up to the counter only to have her walk away and help the other employee. As I walked away frustrated, she shouted "what's your tracking number?" I responded "terrible service " and walked out the door. I have now changed my default delivery location in the UPS and FedEx app. read more

This was my place I used for all shipping needs. Tonight I went in right before closing and got the worst service ever. The girl wouldn't even turn around to talk yo me. I had to talk to her back. I was shipping a small item this time and I guess it wasn't worth her time because she would not assist with packaging at all even though she saw me struggling to do it myself. I finally asked for help to which her response was "just fo it this way". Followed by "it's just that we are trying to close". Lesson learned, don't go in close to closing time. Amazing customer service. I recommend going here for that alone. The prices are reasonable, and they will go out of your way to help you cut down costs as well. My husband and I went here 2 weeks ago to ship items to our destination wedding in Hawaii. All items arrived promptly and in perfect condition. They also helped with materials for a board we had no box for. They offer a wide range of other services, including duplicating keys and processing passports. This was my first time going to postal annex. I always use fedex, but i have now found a new place for all my shipping and notarization needs. I have never received such amazing customer service as I did here. I was assisted by Disha for notarization and another gentlemen. As soon as I came in, they warmly greeted me and made me feel very welcome. They assisted me with all my questions and helped me with all my needs promptly. They were even super nice to my 4 year old son, who was asking them a million questions. This is by far the best service I have received in a shipping store. Very helpful staff as you walk in! I have two special occasions that made me want to come back to this place. My first time was when I went in to buy some envelopes to send pictures. I needed some help in finding the right ones, so Staff were very nice and suggested some different kinds for me to choose from. Prices were reasonable and they helped me with finding the right ones! I had been going here for some time to do things such as printing, shipping my items out with them. Did my live scan here and an oversight on their part resulted in wanting to charge me their fee again for the live scan.I spend 90 dollars on a live scan to be sent incorrectly. Not only did I get an insulting "10% off to resend it" the manager was clueless and unhelpful. The young girls who work there however are always nice and helpful so that's why I'm giving two stars. Solely for them but management doesn't value your money and only cares about making a quick buck. Not coming here again. read more

I need the name of the person in charge or I will be reporting you to the better business bureau, the manager hangs up on complaints.. be careful in doing business here, they charge 1.50 per page to fax and no refund if the fax does not go through, they don't dial the number correctly and you still have to pay, spend over 20 dollars for a fax that did not go through, they only try 2 times... they don't provide good customer care it's a too bad to sad attitude, I do not recommend business here... THE WORST picture quality for printing. Do not come here for printing services. The original glossy paper for printing pictures would not go through the printer so the sales cashier switched to a thinner, weaker quality paper and charged me for it even though I was unhappy, it came out damaged and bent.
