I have not received any mail for over 3 months. I keep getting other people's mail in my box. I've complained to the manager several times and he completely disregarded my complaint. I believe the store is renting my box to other people because when I check my mail box I see other people's mail with my mailbox number. Also the store may be throwing my mail away. Beware!! Used this shop for a few things but not copying. Went to get copies made and was told $2.50 just to open each file on flash drive and then a .25 cent per page. Some of the files he clicked for $2.50 was only two pages. I had option to bail, but i choose to proceed as time is money. Felt as though a click to open file for $2.50 was excessive to say the least. He told me they just reduced opening file from $5.00 to the $2.50. read more

This location is the worst!. The owner has no class. Rude to everyone who walks in. I went in to buy a package to return a skirt. He saw that I had a prepaid label. He turned me away and went on to say take it to the post office. He said " I Don't take mail! " in said all other postal annexes do to which he said "good for them I don't do that". If i could give zero stars i would. Walked in there today to ship a small box, middles aged man was completely rude and automatically said "you buy your own tape or buy my box". I will never take my business there after being treated so rudely with assumption. I asked how much a box and he said $6/$7 for a size of a card and iphone box? I have been a customer of Postal Annex for years. I have had a good experience here. I have a repeating two year contract, for a mailbox, because Ravi gives me a discount if I renew for two years instead of one. No mail has ever been lost. Everything gets to my box. Everything I send arrives as scheduled. Ravi is knowledgable about international mailing. I am able to buy miscellaneous items such as pens, paper, markers, post it notes, envelopes, etc. I can make copies. Ravi sends me an email if I have a box at the desk. The kids at the counter are nice. What else can you ask for? Ice cream. That's what. Now that would be nice! Otherwise, Ravi has it covered. read more

I would give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service. I had my box there since 1992. The first owner Marty was amazing. Ever since Ravi took the place over the services went down hill. My contract on my box that I had prepaid several years in advance has finally ended thankfully. In the last couple years I have had mail missing, including credit cards. I have had mail with my name on it sent back to the sender or thrown away, not sure. I received the wrong mail almost weekly. There is a reason his employees are always new. Ravi is a horrible employer and no sense of customer service. He will take your money and run!!!! read more

I used the mail services of this company for many years. They recently changed ownership. Since the new owners have come, I have noticed many negative changes. 1) Often, the mail gets sorted into the wrong boxes. 2) Often, when I come, they have all of the boxes open and the mail is exposed to anybody that walks in. I would think that they would sort mail in the back room. Instead, anybody can walk up to my box (when it is open). To me, it's not secure enough. 3) When I go to the counter for business, it looks extremely unorganized. There are boxes everywhere. I would think they would try to keep random boxes in the back room. To me, it's just a bit unprofessional. read more

Ravi, the owner, and the rest of the staff were very rude and pushy. They, without warning, started to package my item and later complained when I told them to that I had to put something else in the shipment. On top of that, they billed me 3 times to print a single shipping label. I recommend that you have the package ready before hand and just come here to drop off. Don't make use of their services, they will charge you unjustly an arm and a leg. read more

Id rate this place zero stars if i could. I wish I had read these reviews before signing a contract here. Ravi the owner knows nothing about customer service. He's rude, belittling and dismissive. I feel bad for his wife and employees as he talks down to them in front of customers as well. He's recently told me a package is too big to fit in his van and told me to go to the post office to pick it up. This package is a monthly order and I've repeatedly picked it up on multiple occasions at postal annex. Funny thing is I have a Mini Cooper one of the smallest cars made and it fits fine in my car. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and not renewing my contract here. The only reason I've liked this place is one of the employees Nancy. She's awesome. I hope she takes another job elsewhere because whoever hires her is lucky to have her on their team. read more

They are unprofessional, not Organized, sometimes delay to put the envelope in boxes till one year. Horrible attitude.

They had a robbery of boxes at night on 1/10/19. Owners didn't tell PO box holders - and refuse to notify everyone even today 2-1-19!! I only found out because I am missing 2 checks sent by my clients and it took 2 calls and a visit to the store to find out this robbery even happened. The owner is totally rude and not taking any responsibility to tell its customers. If you have expected mail that didn't come in January, call the Lost Hills Sherriff Station Detective Bureau and move your PO Box to a decent business. This place is THE WORST!!! read more

On 8-14-18, I paid $190.72 to have a package delivered overseas. The delivery date was scheduled for 8-23-18. On 8-31-18, my package was returned back to my home undelivered. On 9-5-18, I spoke to Ravi the owner to request for a full refund for a failed service. He was unapologetic, rude, and dismissive. He refused to refund my money. I felt so disappointed and belittled. Rude and insulting owner every time I've gone in but this most recent episode is beyond acceptable behavior. I went on Saturday at 9:40 am but they don't open until 10 so I walked over to Trader Joe's to do my shopping first instead of after. When I went back at 10:15 to get a document notarized the door was open but he was still putting out his displays obviously opening late. I placed my document, driver's license and credit card on the counter along with an envelope. He looks down and tells me to give it to "that guy" and gestures outside to the postal carrier. I told him it needs to be notarized first. He continued to ignore me while he finished placing all his displays of junk on the counter. He finally looks at the document and say he doesn't see my name. I show him where it is so he picks up my DL and tells me to move over there pointing behind me. I have no idea what he is talking about having had many documents notarized over the years so he just keep repeating for me to move back there. I step back to the wall and he tells me to remove my mask which I do. He keeps looking at my DL and me then tells me to remove my glasses which I do. Again he keeps looking at my DL then back at me repeatedly. Finally he says OK and "this must be a really old picture". My response was it was taken six months ago and his retort was that DMV took a really good picture. His message that I looked like shit compared to my photo came through loud and clear. He proceeds to notarize my document and another customer walks in with a package. He stops helping me and goes over to help her which is so rude and unprofessional. I swore I would never go to this place again years ago and I hadn't until now and only because I was shopping at TJ's so it was convenient. I would have and should have walked out but my frozen food was defrosting in my trunk while he performed his shenanigans. This was the final straw and I will NEVER set foot in there again. There is a much better place by Bristol Farms that I usually go to because they are great and super efficient. Don't do business with this jerk. read more

We have had a box here since 2004 before the current owner Ravi bought the place. The current owner knows nothing about customer service, kindness or running an efficient operation. He is often rude, unorganized and often adds random charges for deliveries and other postal items that are just not right nor fair. After 14 years we moved to the Postal Place mail boxes a few miles away in Woodland Hills and couldn't be happier. No more random charges and no more rudeness from Ravi.. read more

Fantastic customer service. The owner, Ravi, is always there, very knowledgeable, gets to know and cares about his customers and invests a great deal of time, energy and money into his business. I have been a customer for over 13 years even before the current owner purchased the business and he has done a tremendous job of taking a business that didn't care about it's customers and turning it into a first class customer service based business. Initially, this was a Mailbox Etc. then a UPS Store and now a PostalAnnex but it doens't matter what the franchise/brand it is, what matters is that Ravi is running the business and taking care of his customers. I'd never consider switching even though there are several competitors in the area as I wouldn't trust anyone but Ravi with my business. I brought in a package with a prepaid USPS label to drop off as I have at a couple of their other locations in the past. I was told they do not accept USPS mail. The employee then told me I could drop it off there if I paid a $2 fee. I told the employee that I have dropped off plenty of USPS packages at several of their other locations and was essentially told that sucks, and that this location doesn't unless I want to pay the fee. Since it would have cost me $2 in gas to drive to another place to drop my package, I paid the $2. While the employee wasn't necessarily outright rude to me, she definitely was short with me, didn't seem to care all, and was overall unhelpful, not even suggesting a nearby place that would actually accept my package. I have yet to see a tracking update, so who knows if my package will actually make it. I'm giving this place 1 star for the less than stellar customer service and mainly due to the fact that a place called "Postal Annex" does not accept postal mail and due to the fact that it is the only location I have been to that has this policy.
