Postalannex+ demonstrates the value of true customer service. I very seldom have I experienced such a professionally run business as I have in the way they treated this 79-year-old with minimal abilities to guide myself through the computer world. From the time I walk through the door and am welcomed as a valued customer, I am, sometimes unsolicited, led through to the process of the business which is still foreign to me. I have had five postal services in the last ten years. They have all had customer issues which, by demonstrating their turnover numbers, seem to be the norm for those of us ex-pats traveling across the Mexico Baja California border. Many of us Veterans who rely on our mail service for our medications have experienced poor communication between the USPS and our postal services relying on the delivery of our medicines. PostalAnnex has gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. read more

You charge $2 for first page of fax and $1 for each additional page. The cost is ridiculous for the service first of all and then your cheap fax machines requires only one page fed thru at a time! Really! For the price your charging, BUY A NEW FAX MACHINE that can auto feed so your customer doesnt have to wait longer necause your too cheap to buy a better fax machine. My business will be going to the New Postal Annex down the street qjere they have better service. read more

Go to the Post Office instead of this store! I was charge $24.01 to mail a package on Monday. I was told it would be there by Thursday/Friday. I was sending a baby shower gift for a Saturday event. The tracking information now says it won't be delivered until Tuesday. That's a full week to deliver a package and not the four days as stated by the worker. I used the Post Office website to estimate how much it would cost to send the package and it was only $13.64. That's is almost a $10 difference and it would have gotten there sooner. So use the direct source, USPS, to ship packages because this store will say what the customer wants to hear and not tell them the truth, plus charge an outrageous fee. read more

Needed a Notary Public. It cost $10 and was done very quickly and professionally. It does get crowded since it's quite a small branch. But for what I needed, it was perfect. read more

I was given a daunting task of mailing a wide head putter for which I no longer had a box for. I was putting off having it sent because I didn't want to deal with the stress of it all. I finally got to postal annex and the staff made everything so easy. They quoted prices and asked which one I was more comfortable going with. They also boxed and packaged the putter. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone was friendly and supportive. I truly appreciate great customer service. read more

I have yet to have a good experience at this store. I would rather wait in the lines at the USPS then deal with the condescending service and overpriced business. The first time I used this location was to mail some cards that my son had made for his grandparents, they were a little bulkier than a normal envelope b/c he had used foam stickers and the lady behind the counter went on, and on, and ON about how much she hated that kind of cards, and how difficult it was to mail, and how much it was going to cost me (granted, it did cost more than it should have, but that's the PA pricing) and then she took forever to complete the transaction, b/c she was still talking about how inconvenient it was to mail that type of card, and even called someone else in from the back to ask them if they also hated mailing that kind of cards. REALLY???? The second time was for a notary for the sale of our car and again it felt like pulling teeth to get it done. I don't know if this woman doesn't have enough to do in her life and so she makes everything so drawn out, but it took 20 minutes to complete a simple notary with a million questions that were none of her business. I wouldn't recommend this store to ANYONE. read more

Feels like I'm sending myself in a box when I walk in, so tight and cramped. The reason for the one star is they try to force a minimum dollar amount to use your debit card or they'll charge a fee. Uh, hello, against the law. If you have the contracts with the Visa and MC that's your deal, next you'll charge me a gas charge because you had to drive to work. Just go the 2 blocks north to the post office, not worth the hassle. read more

Although this Postal Annex is convenient and close by, it got a low rating because the customer service is not good at all. I recently picked up a package that was delivered there (I have a PO Box there also), and the box was obviously damaged in shipping (not Postal Annex's fault but UPS). The employee there stated sharply "that's the way it came to us" with no more explanation, etc. Then when I signed for the package, she thrust the clipboard in front of me and sarcastically said "have a great day". I understand not being in love with your job but don't take it out on customers. read more

Excellent customer service! I am so happy I found this Postal Annex. So far they have helped me with my passport, making several prints for my wedding invitations, and sending military gift packages over seas. I'm very impressed with this store and the care the put into everything they do. In the past I tried the Postal Annex across the street from Southwestern college but they are very rude and their service does not compare. I am just so glad that I discovered this store.
