I'm not sure how they can get away with charging double what the post office does. Mailed a 5 lbs. package (Ground) to IN, they charged $40.00. I calculated what it would have been using USPS, the cost was half. That's outrageous. Seems like they raised the prices for the holidays! No consideration for their customers. read more

Worst customer service ever! Older Asian lady told me it was impossible to send a letter to someone and require that the addressee is the only one who can sign for it. I showed the woman the form and how to do it since I used to work for the post office and she rolled her eyes at me repeatedly while giving over dramatic sighs. She kept saying it couldn't be done and told me how she signs for others all the time. I told her I just wanted it done and sent, but she said no while giving yet even more attitude. Every time I go to this location they are always so kind and attentive. Even when they are swamped with a line of customers, they have always greeted me and apologized for the wait. They take their time and don't rush which is something I value especially when I want to make sure my packages are labeled correctly. I've been to other postal services in the area and this is the only location that is friendly! read more

Worst customer service! I was the only customer in the store and the lady was so rude. I understand these type of businesses have to upcharge. Yet this biz is extreme. I ended up going to the Canyon Lake pack and wrap and the cost was less than 1/2 for the exact same service. read more

For the most part, this postal annex has been helpful. Most of the clerks are friendly and cheerful, and eager to retain loyal customers. My only complaint is that they do not honor the USPS Flat-rate boxes, they want to charge for them by weight. For anything else though this is a good addition to the neighborhood. read more

The mark up on the shipping prices are ridiculous here. Just paid $56 to send out a package, I sent the same exact package out, with the same exact items in it a couple months ago and paid half the price. I understand people need to make a profit, however robbing people is just not good business. From now on I'll be mailing my packages at the post office. read more

The older lady with long white hair is beyond rude. I was actually yelled at as she tried to get in my face, for using tape that they had on the counter for what I can only imagine was to seal a box. Why else would a postal store leave a tape roller out on the counter than to seal boxes? Go to the Canyon Lake Postal Shop a couple blocks away, they are much nicer. read more

After going back & forth about the misinformation I got from the employee that helped me the owner did refund my money & explained that they do charge extra fees to use their facility. I suggested that she train her employees better so the next time a customer asks a question they can give an accurate & honest answer so the customer can make an informed decision. I will be using the Post Office in Canyon Lake from now on though because they don't charge extra fees so it's worth the extra 2 minute drive. read more

I come here all the time to drop of packages and large boxes because of its close distance from my house. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful every time. Their prices are a little higher than a normal post office, but that's expected from a franchise business. read more

after 4 years of good service with old owners, new owners suck! Mixed up my mail, returned it to sender, do not forward to my new address- what a mess. The miss quoted the 1st class delivery time for the last package I sent with them and it was tickets for an NFL game that I sent to a friend and he missed the game because of it. $240 dollar seats!!! This place is only good for shipping if even that. The staff seems real nice but is dumber than a box of rocks. I have tried to use there services a few times and it ends up costing me more than if I went some were else. Plus half the time they don't know what they are talking about and expect you to pay for there incompetencies. The epitome of a business that rips people off and rude employees. I went their a couple of years ago and the prices were outrageous. Never returned! Unfortunately my new wife had them send a 10 page fax which cost $15.00 (Their cost 15 cents?). The fax never reached the intended party. She asked for a refund and was essentially called a LIAR. VERY RUDE LADY. We went today to get a letter notarized and while my husband was signing I was speaking to him in Spanish and she stated she did not speak spanish so only English. Her primary language for sure was not english she was an Asian lady therefore I was not sure what was her primary language.
